Coconut production in Sumur District is 1,181,000 grains/year and in Cimanggu District is 5,509,000. item/year. Coconut farming in the TNUK buffer area is still traditional, namely in the form of granulated coconut and is limited to producing copra products with an average production of about 1 ton of copra/ha/year and a small part of making shell charcoal. Alternative food ingredients that can be developed in the buffer zone of Ujung Kulon National Park are: Coconut sugar, coconut oil, nata de coco, coconut nira soy sauce, coconut milk, coconut cake (coconut cake), and virgin coconut oil (VCO). Academic procrastination is a behavior commonly exhibited by college students. The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of academic burnout and smartphone addiction on academic procrastination, both partially and simultaneously. A cross-sectional survey design was employed, involving 214 students from a state university in Jambi Province, Indonesia. We adapted the Short Form of the Academic Procrastination Scale, the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory – Student Version (OLBI-S), and the Smartphone Addiction Scale - Short Version (SAS-SV) for data collection. The data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The findings suggest that academic burnout and smartphone addiction are predictors of academic procrastination, with a stronger effect observed from smartphone addiction on academic procrastination. This research has significant implications for addressing academic procrastination by reducing academic burnout and smartphone addiction. Interventions targeting self-regulation could also be pursued, as they have proven effective across all variables examined. The implementation of guidance and counseling programs in higher education institutions should be optimized to cultivate an effective student lifestyle.

According to calculations using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, we obtained a Z value of -8.684 with Asyim. The Sig 2 tailed value is 0.000, falling below 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the research group. The experimental group's posttest results revealed changes in the students

Consumptive behavior in online shopping is a common practice among college students, despite its potential negative impacts across various aspects of their lives. This study aimed to describe the prevalence of online shopping consumptive behavior, peer conformity, and self-control among students. It also analyzed the influence of self-control and peer conformity on online shopping consumptive behavior. The research adopted a quantitative approach with a survey method. A total of 125 students, selected through convenience sampling, participated by completing the Self-Control Scale, Conformity Scale, and Consumptive Behavior Scale. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression techniques. The findings revealed that online shopping consumptive behavior was categorized as moderate, while self-control and peer conformity were categorized as high. Additionally, hypothesis testing confirmed that self-control and peer conformity had significant effects on students' online shopping consumptive behavior. These results highlight the importance of developing targeted guidance and counseling programs in higher education to prevent and address students’ consumptive behavior. Such programs should focus on enhancing students’ self-control and promoting positive peer interactions, thereby fostering a supportive social environment for effectively managing consumptive behavior.

Smartphone addiction has increasingly emerged as a significant concern among college students. This study aims to investigate the impact of self-esteem and self-control on smartphone addiction within this demographic. Adopting a survey design with a correlational approach, the study involved 130 students selected using convenience sampling. The researchers employed the Smartphone Addiction Scale, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and Self-Control Scale for data collection. Descriptive statistics were used to examine the variables, followed by hypothesis testing through simple and multiple regression analyses. The results indicate that both self-esteem and self-control negatively affect smartphone addiction, both independently and collectively. Specifically, higher levels of self-esteem and self-control are associated with lower levels of smartphone addiction among participants. This study provides a novel contribution by examining the combined effects of self-esteem and self-control, offering new insights into the roles of these psychological factors in predicting smartphone addiction among Indonesian university students. These findings have significant implications for addressing smartphone addiction through interventions that enhance self-esteem and self-control.

Academic adjustment is essential for first-year students to navigate the learning process smoothly. However, multiple prior studies have highlighted academic adjustment as a commonly encountered challenge. This study investigates the impact of optimism and self-esteem on the academic adjustment of novice students. Employing a quantitative survey method, 155 respondents were selected through convenience sampling. Data collection utilized the brief versions of the Personal Optimism Scale, Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale, and Academic Adjustment Scale. Linear regression was applied to test the formulated hypotheses. The outcomes indicated that both optimism and self-esteem exerted significant partial effects on academic adjustment. Concurrent testing further confirmed their combined influence on academic adjustment. These results lay a robust foundation for intervention development through guidance and counseling services aimed at enhancing optimism and self-esteem levels among first-year students to bolster their academic adjustment.

Alcohol consumption by teenagers is influenced by environmental factors. To overcome alcohol addiction among teenagers, a social construction needs to be built. So efforts are needed to overcome alcohol addiction, namely through collaborative counseling. In Collaborative Counseling the relationships and conversations create something different bringing together the collection, application, innovation and expansion of ideas involving working professionals from various disciplines, contexts and cultures, by detailing what they actually do every day for individuals, couples, families and groups . This research uses a Mixed Method with the Triangular Design type, namely collecting quantitative and qualitative data simultaneously. Quantitative research was conducted to answer the first research question, how addicted the sample was to alcohol during the research. By using Time-series Design with a simple interrupted Time Series approach with a sample size of 8 people. The qualitative research used in this research is a phenomenological approach, namely research that answers what certain phenomena are about. This research will also be used to interpret meaning in context. From the results obtained in this research, it was found that Collaborative Counseling was successful in eliminating addiction in the research sample.
