Abstract

Siswa yang mengalami stres akademik memiliki persepsi yang maladaptif terhadap tuntutan akademik. Stres akademik adalah persepsi subjektif terhadap suatu kondisi akademik atau respon yang dialami siswa berupa reaksi fisik, perilaku, pikiran, dan emosi negatif yang muncul akibat adanya tuntutan sekolah atau akademik. Hal ini menunjukkan perlu adanya upaya guru Bimbingan dan Konseling atau konselor untuk melakukan pengembangan pada praktik pelayanan Binbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan kualitas atau potensi siswa dalam mengantisipasi muculnya stres akademik siswa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya stres akademik. Naskah ini akan mengenalkan konsep dasar stres akademik siswa meliputi; konsep stres, konsep stres akademik, faktor yang mempengaruhi stres akademik, gejala-gejala stres akademik, respon stres akademik. Semoga ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu rujukan.

Abstract

Adolescence is the period of interest due to their properties and its role in determining the life of society. The one that affects its development is self-esteem. Self-esteem is formed through the interaction of individuals with their environment. One family environment, if the environment providing something fun, self-esteem would be positive, but if its not fun and self-esteem will be negative, further support parents, parental control, and relationship to each other between the parents give a direct influence on the development of adolescent self-esteem. This article will expose further the importance of the role of the family in developing the self-esteem of teenage.

Abstract

Understanding the philosophy of science leads to a broad knowledge about the development of science-based on the references of early theories in the philosophy of science. James Ladyman in Understanding Philosophy of Science (2002) contains philosophical meanings starting from the discussion of scientific methods, problems of inductivism, realism and antirealism, explanations and inference, and the meaning of realism. The product of science and technology has a great influence on the process of running life and in shaping the environment. The importance of science is not only in its use in technology but science can be enjoyed (prestige) which is unmatched in society compared to an institution or agency. Most people tend to trust a scientist's word rather than a journalist, lawyer or political. True or false, science is often seen as the final form of an objective and rational research process and a scientist is considered an individual who is able to collect and interpret evidence and use it to arrive at a "scientifically proven" conclusion rather than just a belief or conjecture.

Abstract

Negative beliefs are excessive and uncontrollable concerns in self-development and maintenance that can make a person feel rejected, dissatisfied and feel rejected. Hypnotherapy is applying hypothetical techniques to encourage the subconscious mind to find solutions to problems. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest design model. From this study it was found that: (1) there was a significant difference between negative belief in the pretest and posttest of students in the experimental group. (2) there is no significant difference between the negative beliefs of students in the pretest and posttest in the control group. (3) there is a significant difference between the students' negative belief in the posttest of the control group and the posttest of the experimental group. So it can be concluded that negative beliefs can be reduced through a hypnotherapy approach.

Abstract

Negative beliefs cause many problems in living life so that it can prevent oneself from developing healthy self-esteem, prevent oneself from feeling fulfilled in life, prevent individuals from developing healthy relationships. Negative beliefs can limit what is seen and lead to actions against the best interests of our loved ones and ourselves. Guidance and Counseling Using Cinematherapy can be used to reduce these negative beliefs. Cinematherapy is defined as an umbrella term for a therapeutic process that involves the assignment of films to clients in order to promote and enhance therapeutic benefits. This study uses a single case experimental designs using the A-B-A design with one subject. From the hypothesis test, the result of the Asmyp probability number is obtained. Sig.(2-tailed) is 0.068, or the probability is above alpha 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). From these results, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that cinematherapy is effectively used to reduce negative beliefs

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi religius dan literasi keuangan Indonesia berdasarkan gender dan pendidikan terakhir. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1044 responden (laki-laki = 271; perempuan = 773), individu yang menjadi sampel penelitian memiliki latarbelakang pendidikan yang beragam mulai tingkat sekolah dasar sampai dengan S3 (SD = 5, SLTP = 3, SLTA = 796, D3 = 4, Profesi = 4, S1 = 139, S2 = 77, dan S3 = 16). Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala religius (17 item) dan skala literasi keuangan (13 item). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak JASP. Temuan pada penelitian menunjukkan religius responden berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai 55,6% dan pemahaman literasi keuangan responden berada pada kategori sangat tinggi 26%. Selain itu, kondisi religius dan literasi keuangan menunjukkan laki-laki lebih religius dan lebih memiliki pemahaman literasi keuangan dibandingkan perempuan Lebih lanjut, pendidikan terakhir mempengaruhi tingkat religius dan pemahaman literasi keuangan seseorang, terlihat dari nilai rata-rata pendidikan terakhir S3 tertinggi dibandingkan dengan pendidikan terakhir lainnya.

Abstract

Layanan bimbingan dan konseling di beberapa sekolah selama ini masih terbatas dengan penggunaan metode ceramah tanpa bantuan media. Kurangnya pemanfaatan ini bisa dikarenakan kurangnya fasilitas yang tersedia, faktor latar belakang pendidikan guru BK yang tidak sesuai dengan keilmuannya, kurang inisiatif guru, dan lain sebagainya. Media memiliki peran besar dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Pemanfaatannya perlu dimaksimalkan untuk mempermudah dalam menyampaikan pesan atau informasi kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam terkait dengan Pemanfaatan Media dalam Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling khususnya pada Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Pangkalpinang. Populasi penelitian meliputi 5 sekolah di kota Pangkalpinang dengan status negeri maupun swasta. Sampel penelitian untuk siswa menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.

Abstract

By choosing SMK, it means that students have also chosen what profession they will pursue in the future. The process of choosing a future profession stretches over a long period of time and includes a variety of small choices that eventually lead to a particular professional path. To achieve the desired career in accordance with the demands of today's era, of course mastery of 21st century skills is needed. Because not all students who graduate from school are ready to work. This research is quantitative descriptive. The instrument used is a Career Choice Decision Making Questionnaire and a 21st Century Skill Ability Questionnaire. Based on Table 1 the significance value output above is known between 21st Century Skills (X) and Career Decisions (Y) the Significance value (Sig, (1-tailed) is .00 which means <0.05. So based on this it can be seen clearly that there is a significant correlation.

Abstract

Education will result in changes towards progress, as well as the insight and ability to plan and prepare for a better life. The research objective is to examine the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in developing student comprehension of the importance of continuing education in higher education. The sample in this study is 100 students in senior high school. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design and a pretest-posttest model. The descriptive statistics table revealed the pretest and posttest results, with an average score of 60.74 on the pretest and 84.07 on the posttest. According to calculations using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, we obtained a Z value of -8.684 with Asyim. The Sig 2 tailed value is 0.000, falling below 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the research group.
