Abstract

One problem that has received much attention in this reform era is corruption. Corruption costs the poor by distorting funds used for development activities. Since its establishment, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has ensnared 891 corruptors, as many as 223 others are cadres of political parties. So far, politicians with the status of corruption suspects have always been punished by the court, but there is no reward for the political parties where they take shelter. Whereas political parties benefit from criminal acts that occur. By following the line of thought in corporate crime, political parties should also be charged with corruption. This research uses the typology of normative legal research or so-called doctrinal legal research, which more specifically discusses the principles of law. In this study, researchers used the nature of dextiptive research, because researchers described the Juridical Analysis of Criminal Liability of Political Parties as Corporations in Corruption Crimes. The results of the research is up to now political parties have never been held liable for criminal acts for corruption which involve them, whereas based on the characteristics of the corporate concept in the law on corruption eradication, political parties can be equated with corporations in criminal law. Supreme Court Regulation No. 13 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Handling Criminal Cases by Corporations, which is the latest legislation issued to act on political parties as corporations, still has weaknesses, including not explaining the criteria of subjects that can be criminally liable. So as to cause the actions of people in carrying out the duties and authorities in a corporation (political party) it can actually be accounted for personally. Keywords: Accountability - Political Parties – Corporations - Criminal Acts - Corruption

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the career development of equality tutors in the Learning Activities Studio (SKB) Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive qualitative paradigm approach. The subject of this research will be determined based on purposive sampling, there are 3 (three) informants in this study. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews), data analysis is done by: data reduction (data reduction); data exposure (data display); and conclusion drawing and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results of the study show: 1) Equal equivalency tutors implement tutor career development, from tutors' indicators participating in education and training in the LCS, attending seminars in the LCS, attending workshops, following promotions. 2) supporting factors for tutor career development are the SKB equality tutors who always try to participate in various training activities, seminars, workshops and promotions to support their careers in the world of work. While the inhibiting factors are some tutors who are difficult to attend in participating in karri development activities such as seminars, workshops, training. 3) The impact of career development on equality tutors at Pekanbaru City Learning Centers (SKB), where so far the SKB equality tutors are tutors who have high competence in learning and teaching activities, have tutors with minimum tertiary education qualifications.Key Words: Development Of Equal Tutor

Abstract

Abstract

Increasing corn production can be done by carrying out extensification in marginal areas, one of which is acidic soil. However, problems in acidic soil include low soil fertility and high Al content which can poison plants. One approach that can be taken is the use of tolerant corn varieties. This study aims to evaluate the growth and tolerance levels of several corn varieties to aluminum stress. The study was conducted from January to February 2024 at the Greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tissue Culture Laboratory and Biology Laboratory of Andalas University. The study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a concentration treatment of 0 ppm, 180 ppm AlCl3 and corn varieties, each consisting of three replications. Each replication consisted of 8 plants with 4 sample plants planted on seedbed media containing Hoagland nutrient solution composition. The results of the study from the six varieties evaluated showed that there were 3 varieties, namely P32, Bisi 18, and Lamuru, which were classified as somewhat tolerant to aluminum stress.

Abstract

Polybags are planting media that are often used as nursery media. However, the use of polybags can cause the environment to become polluted due to the use of plastic, which is difficult to decompose by soil microbes, and also can destroy planting media and caused root damage in planting process to the field. One way to overcome these problems is to use organic-based nursery containers that are environmentally friendly. Poliarec (Polybag Organic of Areca catechu) is an organic polybag derived from areca peel waste. This product was made in 3 stages, first stages by making of polybags using 250 gr of areca peel waste to produce one unit of polybag measuring 10x10 cm. The second stage was carried out weight and density tests, and the third stage was carried out functional tests by conducting planting experiments on horticultural seeds. Poliarec can be planted directly on the ground because it is easily decomposed by microbes so that it can simultaneously become fertilizer and is able to maintain soil moisture. The density test showed, Poliarec has a low density category type based on SNI standards. It can function well as a seedling media after a functional test on chili seeds for 4 weeks. From this functional test, it was also found that Poliarec can save water usage because watering can be done once every three days. The direct benefits of this creative and innovative work are in addition to support sustainable agriculture by reducing the use of plastic polybags, and also will increasing the economic value of areca peel waste.
