Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi sebagai salah satu upaya mentranformasi kehidupan masyarakat membutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat menjamin keadilan dan keseimbangan bagi masyarakat. Sistem keuangan Islam hadir menawarkan solusi yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan ekonomi yang berkeadilan. Sistem keuangan Islam saat ini mulai berkembang dan memainkan peran penting dalam mengalokasikan sumber daya dan meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi. Sistem keuangan Islam (Syari’ah) yang didasarkan pada prinsip transaksi bebas bunga, berbagi risiko kemitraan dan altruistik donasi, merupakan pusat praktek-praktek keuangan setiap muslim di seluruh dunia. Struktur keuangan Islam sudah jelas bersumber dari Al Quran dan Sunnah. Sistem keuangan Islam juga menganut prinsip keadilan bagi setiap manusia tanpa memandang latar belakang yang berbeda. Berbagai sumber daya dalam Islam dipandang sebagai pemberian atau titipan Allah SWT. Manusia harus memanfaatkannya seefissien dan seoptimal mungkin dalam pemanfaatannya dalam memenuhi kesejahteraan bersama di dunia yaitu untuk diri sendiri dan orang lain. Namun yang utama dan wajib bahwa kegiatan tersebut akan dipertanggung jawabkan oleh setiap manusia kepada Allah SWT.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The data used in the article used is secondary data that researchers obtain from various credible sources. The sources that researchers mean are sources that are commonly used in every study, namely scientific articles, scientific magazines, books, and various other sources. The data is obtained through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data selection, and drawing conclusions. The rsult in this article show that Green Sukuk and Indonesia Emas have the same straight line to support each other to achieve existing goals. From the four points presented in the previous paragraph, there is a point of superior civilized human resources. One of the characteristics of superior civilization is that people invest more often with sukuk instruments than spending on unproductive consumption. Thus, it can be concluded that Green Sukuk can contribute to creating Indonesia Emas 2045. Keywords: Green Sukuk, Golden Indonesia, 2045

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution of Islamic business ethics in facing modern economic challenges and how these ethical principles can help build ethical businesses. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which aims to identify, evaluate, and synthesize findings from literature relevant to this topic. The first step is to formulate research questions related to modern economic challenges and the contribution of Islamic business ethics. Next, relevant literature is selected with inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then analyzed to provide a deep understanding of the solutions offered by Islam. The results of the study show that Islamic business ethics emphasizes moral principles such as honesty (ṣidq), justice ('adl), amanah, and social responsibility. Business in an Islamic perspective is not only oriented towards material profit, but also aims to obtain blessings and social welfare. These principles prohibit detrimental practices such as usury, gharar, and maysir, and encourage the implementation of zakat, infaq, and waqf to overcome economic inequality. In addition, the application of sharia principles in modern business, as applied by sharia fintech and halal marketplace, shows that businesses can operate ethically and have a positive impact on society. Thus, this study underlines the importance of implementing Islamic business ethics to create sustainable, ethical, and fair businesses, as well as a relevant model for public policy in facing global economic challenges.

Abstract

In the application of akad muarakah, Shariah Financial Institutions (SFIs) agree to melt some of the assets they own jointly with customers to implement a specific venture. The proceeds of the effort will be shared between LKS and the customer based on the percentage of contributions made, both cash and non-cash. Such a practice is commonly known as the term yield sharing. To provide a sense of security for all parties involved in this practice, the National Shari'ah Council (NSN) which is part of the Indonesian Ulema Assembly (MUI) has issued fatwa MUI No. 8/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. In the Fatwa has been discussed about everything related to muarakah starting from ijab qabul, capital specifications, division of labor to profits and losses that all parties must bear. To accommodate muarakah transactions, the Indonesian Accounting Association (IAI) has issued Financial Accounting Standards Statement (PSAK) number 106 in 2007 which regulates in detail the accounting of muarakah transactions. MUI fatwa no 8/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 is certainly one of the foundations of the formation of PSAK 106 on muyarakah.

Abstract

Sistem perbankan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syari’ah Islam mampu menyediakan berbagai produk yang bervariasi dan banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Salah satu produknya adalah pembiayaan mikro merupakan pembiayaan bank kepada nasabah yang diperuntukkan kepada nasabah yang telah mempunyai usaha kecil dan membutuhkan pengembangan untuk usahanya. Pelaksanaan akad murabahah pada pembiayaan Mikro Syariah di Bank Aceh adalah untuk membantu usaha pedagang-pedagang kecil di pasar. Pembiayaan ini mempunyai cara yang mudah dan cepat sehingga tidak mempersulit nasabah untuk pengajuan pembiayaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan usahanya.

Abstract

Brand awareness sangat berperan dalam keputusan konsumen untuk memilih suatu produk. Sebuah perusahaan harus mempunyai strategi pemasaran dengan pembentukan brand awareness melalui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Secara empiris, penelitian ini hendak menguji beberapa faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap brand awareness diantaranya brand ambassador, brand attitude, dan sertifikasi halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi kader KAMMI Daerah Gayo yang masih aktif dan tinggal di Aceh Tengah serta pernah mengkonsumsi produk HNI dan diperoleh sampelsebanyak 41 responden. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh variabel brand ambassador (X1) yang signifikan terhadap brand awareness (Y) ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,622 > 2,0262). (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh brand Attitude (X2) terhadap brand awareness (Y) dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung < t tabel (1,173 < 2,0262). (3) Terdapat pengaruh variabel sertifikasi halal yang signifikan (X3) terhadap brand awareness (Y) dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,587 > 2,0262). Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel brand ambassador, brand attitude, dan sertifikasi halal terhadap brand awareness, dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel dengan nilai 42,615 > 2,86. Ketiga variabel tersebut bisa menjelaskan variabel brand awareness sebesar 77.6 % yang dilihat dari nilai R Square.
