Abstract

Abstract

The Bali Mandiri Cooperative is a cooperative that operates in the savings and loan sector. Data processing of savings and loan activities submitted in credit applications is still done manually so that the credit department must make the right decisions, especially if there are doubts in determining decisions for prospective borrowers, where the doubts are because the criteria for prospective borrowers are almost the same, this is having an impact on the company if the wrong decision occurs in the event of bad credit. The decision support system using Rank Order Centroid (ROC) calculations and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method compares manual and system calculations that show the same results. This system includes data management which provides for managing data criteria, attribute value data, and submitting data (credit applicant data, data selection period, data submission, and decision support system process). This data will produce a credit applicant report and a credit applicant selection report.

Abstract

The coffee shop industry is increasingly competitive, requiring business owners to adopt data-driven strategies rather than rely solely on intuition, as traditional approaches such as surveys and manual observation are often subjective, time-consuming, and lack scalability. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate an end-to-end intelligent system based on computer vision to automatically and non-intrusively analyze customer demographics (age and gender) and visit duration (dwell time). The proposed framework emphasizes both technical accuracy and privacy-by-design principles, where facial data is processed in real time without storage, and only anonymized metadata is utilized for business analysis. Using a simulated 60-minute test video containing 50 virtual customers with balanced gender, varied age groups, and predetermined visit durations, the system was evaluated and demonstrated strong performance, achieving 96% accuracy in gender classification, 89% in age group classification, and a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of less than 45 seconds in dwell time measurement. The findings confirm that the ethical application of computer vision can provide valuable business insights, including the identification of demographic-based peak hours, the recognition of product preferences, and the optimization of spatial layouts, ultimately enabling coffee shops and SMEs to enhance competitiveness and profitability through data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply understand how religious literacy is interpreted and its role in shaping religious moderation among students at Muhammadiyah University of Mamuju. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with active students who had taken Islamic Religious Education courses and were involved in religious activities and campus organizations as subjects. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Indicators of religious literacy include understanding aspects of faith, worship, and morals, while indicators of religious moderation include attitudes of tolerance, inclusiveness, and the ability to reject extremism and radicalism. The results indicate that students' religious literacy is generally in the good category. In terms of faith, students have an adequate basic understanding, although there is still variation in contextual interpretations. In terms of worship, students understand the procedures for performing worship well, but consistency and internalization of values vary. Meanwhile, in terms of morals, students have a good understanding of Islamic moral values, although their implementation is not yet fully consistent. On the other hand, students' religious moderation attitudes are also considered good, characterized by tolerance of differences, inclusiveness in social interactions, and critical thinking skills in rejecting extremism and radicalism. However, there is still variation in the level of internalization of these attitudes, influenced by social environment, academic experience, and exposure to digital media. This study concludes that religious literacy plays a crucial role in shaping students' religious moderation attitudes, necessitating reinforcement through dialogical, contextual, and ongoing learning.
