Abstract

employee performance partially or simultaneously at PT Berkat Mahkota Putra South Tangerang. This research method uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT Berkat Mahkota Putra Tangerang Selatan with a total of 70 people. This data collection technique was carried out by taking objects from the sample or can be called sampling, the sampling method using the saturated sample technique. the research sample was 70 respondents. Data analysis and testing techniques include validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests including simple & multiple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests, correlation coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. From the results of this study, the first hypothesis test, namely the effect of work motivation (X1) on employee performance at PT. Berkat Mahkota Putra Tangerang Selatan obtained t_count> t_table or (10.848> 1.668) this is reinforced by the sig value (0.000 <0.05). Thus, H_O is rejected and H_1 is accepted. So it can be stated partially that there is a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT. Berkat Mahkota Putra Tangerang Selatan. While the second hypothesis test, namely the influence of Work Discipline (X2) on employee performance at PT. Berkat Mahkota Putra Tangerang Selatan obtained the results of the T_count value> T_table or (10.946> 1.668) this is reinforced by the Sig value (0.000 <0.05). Thus, H_O is rejected and H_2 is accepted. So it can be stated partially that there is a significant positive influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Berkat Mahkota Putra Tangerang Selatan. The third hypothesis test, namely the influence of work motivation (X1) and workload (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Berkat Mahkota Putra Tangerang Selatan, obtained the F_count value> F_table or (98.718> 3.130), this is also reinforced by Sig (0.000 <0.05). Thus, H_O is rejected and H_3 is accepted. This means that simultaneously work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Berkat Mahkota Putra Tangerang Selatan Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi siswa pada SMK Via Medika Ciputat. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan assosiatif metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini juga mengunakan teknik sampling dimana teknik sampling yaitu teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis koefisien,korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian kreativitas guru pada SMK Via Medika Ciputat adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi siswa yang diperoleh dari persamaan regresi Y = 15,063 + 0.615 X. Nilai konstanta sebanyak 15,063 dan koefisien regresi 0,615,koefisien regresi bernilai angka yang menunjukan positif.Nilai koefisien korelasi sebanyak 0,918 atau memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan hasil nilai koefisien determinasi sebanyak 58.2% dan sisanya sebanyak 41.8% dipengaruhi dengan beberapa faktor lain.Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu 10.09>1.66 yang artinya bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya Kreativitas Guru (X) memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan kepada terhadap Motivasi Siswa (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee productivity at Erafone in West Jakarta. The method used is an associative method with quantitative analysis. The number of samples used was 62 people. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee productivity. The regression analysis shows a positive relationship, with a strong correlation coefficient. The coefficient of determination suggests that leadership style contributes significantly to productivity, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test confirms that leadership style has a significant impact on employee productivity. Similarly, work discipline also has a significant effect on employee productivity. The regression analysis demonstrates a strong correlation, with a considerable portion of productivity being explained by work discipline. The hypothesis test supports the conclusion that work discipline plays a crucial role in enhancing employee productivity. When analyzed simultaneously, leadership style and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee productivity. The regression analysis confirms a very strong relationship, with a high coefficient of determination indicating that these two variables account for a substantial portion of productivity. The hypothesis test further validates that leadership style and work discipline jointly influence employee productivity in a meaningful way.
