Abstract

Agro-industry is a sector that has quite diverse development potential, especially in the field of processing. One of them is processing fruit into fruit juice drinks. Nozy Juice is classified as an advanced MSME, but its competitive level is still lower than other agro-industry. This is because almost all of Nozy Juice's production activities are still done manually, giving rise to various risks that have an impact on decreasing the company's productivity level. To reduce this risk, a fuzzy-based House of Risk (HOR) approach is used which aims to identify the most critical risk agents. Then the risk mitigation design is carried out as an action plan. The essential risk of the 15 risk agents was a human error with an Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) percentage of 24.275%. Furthermore, a risk mitigation design is carried out for 10 risk events. This is expected to minimize risks in the production process of packaged fruit juice drinks at Nozy Juice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the critical thinking skills of grade 04 Plumbon 03 Public Elementary Schools in the project to strengthen the profile of the Pancasila Merdeka Curriculum and the results of this study are expected to be used as a reference source for research in the field of critical thinking skills of elementary school students. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method. data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation while data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman model, namely through several processes of data collection, reduction, and presentation. Research time from May to June 2023, location in Bulu Hamlet, Plumbon, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo. This study used observation, interview, and documentation methods involving all 9 grade IV students and 1 class teacher. The results of the study can be concluded that the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Plumbon 03 in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) are high because they have mastered the five indicators of critical thinking skills, namely observation, analysis, evaluation, inference, and explanation. This can happen because it is supported by factors of critical thinking skills, namely basic cognitive abilities, experience, interpersonal skills, educational and social environment, and the ability to manage emotions.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Grade VI Bahasa Indonesia teaching module at SDN Polokarto 01 within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum, focusing on its alignment with pedagogical principles such as differentiated learning, culturally responsive teaching (CRT), and Understanding by Design (UbD). A library research method was employed to analyze the module’s structure, content, and assessment instruments. The findings reveal that the module meets basic systematic requirements, including learning objectives, essential materials, and interactive activities aligned with students’ cognitive development. However, three critical weaknesses were identified: (1) the absence of diagnostic assessments to map individual student needs, contradicting the principles of differentiated learning; (2) questions and contextual materials lacking relevance to students’ local environment, neglecting CRT’s emphasis on cultural connections; and (3) misalignment of summative assessments with learning objectives, particularly in developing creative writing skills, which deviates from UbD’s backward design principles. The study recommends integrating diagnostic assessments, contextualizing materials using local examples (e.g., incorporating the case of Alas Karet Polokarto), and aligning assessments with learning objectives through holistic rubrics.
