Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) disebabkan oleh penyumbatan pada pembuluh arteri koronaria sehingga distribusi darah dan oksigen ke otot jantung menjadi terhambat. PJK merupakan penyebab kematian nomor lima terbesar di Indonesia. Sumatera Barat merupakan provinsi dengan jumlah penderita PJK paling banyak di antara 34 provinsi lainnya. PJK disebabkan oleh faktor genetik berupa mutasi kromosom. Disamping itu faktor gaya hidup seperti jenis makanan, olah raga dan merokok juga menjadi pemicu kemunculan PJK pada seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan pola pewarisan secara genetik, pola makan dan olah raga penderita PJK etnis Minangkabau. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Responden adalah seratus orang pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap PJK di rumah sakit khusus jantung Sumatera Barat dan RSUP M Jamil Padang. Data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PJK diwariskan secara autosomal dominan. Penderita PJK laki-laki lebih banyak dari perempuan. Sembilan puluh sembilan persen responden memiliki pola makan rendah serat dan 56% responden memiliki pola makan tinggi energi. Lima puluh enam persen responden tidak melakukan aktivitas olah raga sebelum menderita PJK, dan 97% responden memiliki riwayat merokok. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa kemunculan PJK pada pasien etnis Minangkabau disebabkan faktor genetis yang diwariskan secara dominan autosomal dan didukung oleh gaya hidup yang tidak baik. Clarias gariepinus L. atau disebut juga lele Afrika merupakan komoditas ikan air tawar. Ikan ini memiliki banyak keunggulan dibandingkan ikan air tawar lainnya. Namun kendala yang sering dihadapi para petani ikan lele dumbo di kota Padang adalah tingginya angka kematian benih karena penyakit yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh bakteri patogen. Mengingat kerugian yang dialami akibat kematian misal benih, maka perlu dicari cara agar benih punya daya tahan yang tinggi terhadap infeksi bakteri, salah satunya dengan vaksinasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian vaksin beberapa bakteri patogen terhadap kematian benih lele dumbo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), tujuh perlakuan isolat bakteri dan 3 ulangan. Vaksin yang diberikan adalah CFE dan Whole Cell dan PBS (kontrol). Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase kematian benih lele dumbo pada uji tantang. Hasil vaksinasi dengan menggunakan isolat Micrococcus sp. menunjukkan persentase rata-rata kematian benih pada perlakuan A1 (CFE) adalah 3,16 dan A2 (Whole cell) adalah 4,00. Pada isolat Proteus sp. menunjukkan persentase rata-rata kematian benih pada perlakuan B1 (CFE) sama dengan perlakuan B2 (Whole cell) adalah 3,26 dan pada isolat Enterobacter sp. menunjukkan persentase rata-rata kematian benih pada perlakuan C1 (CFE) adalah 2,82 dan C2 (Whole cell) adalah 3,67. Sedangkan persentase rata-rata kematian benih pada kontrol (K) adalah 1,55. Vaksinasi terhadap benih lele dumbo (Clarias gariepinus L.) tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap persentase kematian dan peningkatan daya tahan tubuh terhadap infeksi bakteri patogen. Kata kunci : Vaksinasi, bakteri patogen.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease marked with high blood sugar levels. Patients with diabetes mellitus susceptible to pulmonary tuberculosismaking it difficult for to cure them. This research aims to find out figure of anti tuberculosis drug resistance in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes mellitus. This descriptive research was conducted in the Laboratory of Microbiology Center for Lung Disease Treatment Lubuk Alung West Sumatra. Sputum samples were pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus as many as 10 samples. The results of Mycobacterium tuberculosis sensitivity to anti-tuberculosis drugs in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes mellitus showed resistance to one drug, isoniazid by 10% and the other anti tuberculosis drugs are not resistance.Key words : diabetes mellitus, pulmonary tuberculosis, anti tuberculosis drugs, resistance

This study to determine the effect of submaximal exercise on muscle tissue and endothelial damage in athletes indicated by increased levels of IL-6 plasma in the students of The Education Center and Sport Training Student West Sumatera. This study was experimental pre and post-test group design to 17 students sport of football in PPLP West Sumatera. IL-6 before and after exercise submaximal examined was method by ELISA. Statical analysis was bypaired samples t-test and the results obtained statistically significant when p <0,05. The results showed the mean levels IL-6 before the submaximal exercise 4,2±2,8 pg/ml and 7,2±3,6 pg/ml after exercise. The increase levels of IL-6 statistically highly significant p<0,001.Key words : IL-6, submaximal exercise

West Sumatra as one of the provinces in Indonesia affected by COVID-19 is among the 10 highest case provinces. West Sumatra also has a high comorbidity rate. Distribution of comorbid cases (elderly, hypertension and diabetes mellitus) are found in all districts / cities in West Sumatra. The aim of the study was to map the distribution of comorbid populations against COVID-19 events in West Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. A systematic data search carried out by the comorbid population against COVID-19 was obtained from the health profile database of the health department, West Sumatra Central Statistics Agency 2018, and https://corona.sumbarprov.go.id/ to update the latest case of COVID-19 by Regency / City in West Sumater Province. The distribution of comorbidity is carried out using GIS analysis techniques using Arc-GIS 10.5 software. The highest incidence of COVID-19 and the highest comorbid population in West Sumatra is found in Padang City as the epicenter of spread. Data in the city of Padang are 65,550 elderly, hypertension 203,787 and diabetes mellitus 22,538 and 177 cases of COVID-19 positive confirmed. The conclusion is the high number of comorbid people makes Padang City a high-risk area for COVID-19 in West Sumatra Province.

This research is based on the problems that exist at junior high school 28 padang, namely the learning model that is less varied, students' learning competencies are still low. Efforts that can be done are applying thelearning model teams games tournament (TGT) with scientific literacy in the Respiratory system material at 28 Padang Junior High School. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of thelearning model that Teams Games Tournamen (TGT) contained scientific literacy to the learning competencies of Grade VIII students of 28 SMP Negeri Padang. This research is an experimental research with randomized control group posttest only design. The study population is the students of class VIII Junior high school 28 padang 2018/2019 academic year which spread into nine classes. Sampling research using simple random sampling. The results were selected class VIII.3 as experimental class and class VIII.5 as a control class. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the t-test. The results of the study using the t-test it can be concluded that the competency of students' knowledge of the value of tcount 3,34> ttable 1.67, in the competency attitude the value of tcount is 1,84> ttable 1.67, and the competence of value skills tcount 1,85> ttable 1.67. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of TGT models with scientific literacy can improve the competency of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of class VIII students of junior high school 28 Padang.

On the curriculum of 2013, students are encouraged to perform the steps in the process of scientific or scholarly learning. The learning process in high school Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP had been scientific approach but the book used by the students have not based scientific approach, yet then the topics in the book used the students has not been in accordance with the core competence and basic competence in the curriculum of 2013. Thus, the descriptive researchers doing research to see the need for developing a module of biology for students of Class XI high school. Analytical techniques used in this research is descriptive statistical. This form of analysis on activities of observation, the definition of collection problems that occur in the learning process. Needs analysis to develop module are curriculum analysis, analysis of problems in learning, and analysis of learning materials. Research results are those of the third there is a lack of analysis, books used in schools has not been in accordance with the curriculum of 2013. There is a deficiency in basic competence 3.2 and 4.2 on Bioprocess cell topics, books used in schools have not provided scientific/scientific approach which scientific approach/scientific can enhance the learning interest of students so that learning process went smoothly, and the analysis of the three. then the lack of one of the solutions is to develop of biology module based on scientific approach on Bioprocess cell topics.

Adolescent period is transition from children to adult signed ny phisic alteration, mental and social life. In senior high school is the last adolescent peroid where is in thiss tmie they want to know many things, love chalenges and courageous of the risk. If they take any decision without smart consideration so will happen divergence of phisic, mental, and social life. For example is free sex before mariage. This case happen because the adolecents done get maximal information about keep their reproduction healthy. To fix this problem we can develope a booklet as aa simple media. This reserch purpose to result a education booklet about validation and practical the adolecent reproduction healty. This research is developing of researchusing there step from developing model 4-D. This reserch would held in the eleven grade SMAN 1 Batang Anai with 30 students as a subject of the research. Data collection instrument use validation questionnaire and practically. Based on the research have done, got validation precentage is 89,95% with validity criteria. While practically precentage is 89,42% with practical criteria. Thrus, the conclucion that have been resulted a validity and practical education booklet about adolecent reproduction healthy for senior high school student.

Students of SMAN 1 Batang Anai have knowledge about adolescent reproductive health as limited as bathing regularly, exchanging panties after taking a shower and for young women swapping pads 3 times a day. The results of interviews with counseling teachers that there had been cases of pre-marital pregnancy and the presence of same-sex students. The purpose of this study is to describe the knowledge of high school students and parents about the reproductive health of adolescents at SMAN 1 Batang Anai. This research is a descriptive study with a population of 118 students and 24 parents of students determined by propotinate stratified random sampling, the measuring instrument used is a question as an instrument. Analysis In this study using simple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of the study found that students 'knowledge included in the sufficient category with a total of 82 people (69.5%), age and sex of students had an influence on students' knowledge of reproductive health with a influence of 3.3% and 4.2% respectively. . Likewise, the knowledge of parents is included in the category of enough with 12 people (50%), the level of education of parents influences the knowledge of parents about adolescent reproductive health with a large influence of 60.7%. Knowledge of parents is very influential on children's knowledge about adolescent reproductive health with a large influence of 58.1%.

Misconceptions is a concept that doesn’t suitable with the concept recognized by expert. Misconceptions whom occur in students’ selves prohibit the formed of relation with new concepts and disrupt the realization of learning process. Therefore, misconceptions needs to be known by teacher and folloed up early. The aim of this research is to identify the misconception on the concepts of food digestive system material in humans which experienced by second class at SMP 15 Padang. This research is a descriptive research which conducted at SMP 15 Padang. The populations of this research are 221 students of second class. The sample is 22,5% of 221 members of populations, which is 50 members.the tacking of sampling used simple random sampling technique. The data used are primary data which taking by two tier multiple choice and analyzed through quantitative technique analysis by percentage. Based on the results of the study, it seen that the highest misconception is the type of food ingredients and its content by 38%, digestive organs (digestive glands and glands) by 49%, the structure and function of the digestive organs by 38%, the relationship between structure and bioprocess in digestive organs by 46.75%, indicator of mechanical and chemical digestion by 50%, disorders / diseases of the digestive system by 49%, and the Thus it can be concluded that there is a misconception in Class VIII students of SMP 15 Padang about the food digestive system material in humans with varying percentages.
