Abstract

This study aims to: 1) identify the factors causing problematic financing in murabahah products at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang, 2) determine the strategies for resolving problematic financing in murabahah products at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang, and 3) analyze the strategies for resolving problematic financing in murabahah products from the perspective of Islamic economics at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang.This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data used included both primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis procedure used qualitative data analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the factors causing problematic financing in murabahah products stem from two sources: internal and external factors. 2) The strategies for resolving problematic financing in murabahah products at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang include maintaining communication with customers, rescheduling, reconditioning, and confiscating and selling collateral. 3) Based on the analysis, the strategies for resolving problematic financing in murabahah products at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang are in accordance with the perspective of Islamic economics, DSN MUI fatwas on murabahah financing, and do not contradict sharia principles

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the certified internship and independent study (MSIB) program on the Self-confidence and job opportunities of Hamzanwadi University students. The design in this study is descriptive quantitative with a survey technique to obtain primary and secondary data and data from the MSIB Higher Education Program Coordinator at Hamzanwadi University. The population in this study was 61 respondents consisting of students who took the MSIB program at Hamzanwadi University from batches 1 - 5 in 2021/2022 - 2023/2024. The sampling technique used was a total sampling technique or census sampling. The data was processed using SPSS statistics ver. 22 with several tests, namely hypothesis analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. Based on the process data, between internship variables and student self-confidence with a t table value smaller than the calculated t (2.002 < 2.705) there is a positive influence, without any significant impact between internship variables and student job prospects with a t table value > calculated t (2.002 > -0.586), independent study variables on self-confidence with a lower calculated t value than the t table (1.784 < 2.002), independent study variables on job opportunities with a higher t table value than the calculated t (2.002 > 0.863), simultaneously there is a large effect between internship variables, certified independent studies (MSIB) on self-confidence with a table F value greater than the calculated F value (11.631 > 3, 16) and significantly affects between internship variables, certified independent studies (MSIB) on job opportunities with a calculated F value < F table (1.210 < 3.16). In R square (R2) on variable Y1, the results obtained were 26.2% and Y2 obtained 0.7%, meaning that students' self-confidence and job opportunities can be explained by the internship and certified independent study variables and the remaining 73.8% and 99.3% are unknown due to the influence of variables outside this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Sampoerna retail community on the competitiveness and income of UMKM grocery stores in the Masbagik area. The research method used in this study is qualitative research using a case study approach. Data sources are collected through primary data and secondary data. All SRC members who are members of the SRC Samas Cobra Riborn will be informants with a sample of 25 stores. Data collection techniques and instruments in this study use interviews, observations and documentation.Based on the results of the study, it shows that grocery stores that are members of the SRC show an increase in various aspects of competitiveness, such as improving product quality, prices, customer service and product innovation. SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) plays a very important role in increasing income in grocery stores, because with the coaching and mentoring of these grocery stores, they have a good store management system so that they can increase grocery store income drastically like before partnering with SRC. Respondents' sales turnover is in the low category, which is below 1,000,000, while after partnering with SRC, sales turnover increased by around 2,000,000-13,000,000 and above per day

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direction of the impact of online shopping on consumer behavior and lifestyle among economic education students at Hamzanwadi University. The research sample consisted of 52 students from the class of 2020 from a total population of 110 students, using quantitative methods. And simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed using Google Form, and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, linearity, simple linear regression and t tests. The results of the analysis show that online shopping has a positive and significant influence on student consumption behavior and lifestyle. For variable X against Y1, the value of tcount > ttable (5,716 > 2,010), and for variable Thus, it can be concluded that online shopping has a positive and significant impact on consumption behavior and lifestyle of economics education students at Hamzanwadi University.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an important component in the world economics, where it is one of the determinants of a person’s success in carrying out economic activities. Strategy plays an important role in supporting the sustainability of economic life in the fields of marketing, business or interprise. Marketing strategy can also be said to be a way to obtain big profits if the strategy can be executed well and correctly.    This research was descriptive in nature using a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research result show that the marketing strategy used by the PKK and  UMKM outlets still uses ordinary and minimal strategies, such as relying solely on lip to lip, coustomers who come directly to the outlet, using cell phones, and even social media the only media used is still facebook. Even though there are many strategies that can be used to get even greater benefits, such as collaboration weith scholl agencies, offices and health centere, using social media, which now have many types, as well as trying print media that can be usedexpand the outlet network.
