Abstract

Global competition marked by the emergence of many competitors operating in the world and the emerging markets of competitors in other countries led to the business environment into a dynamic and strong competition. With qualitative research is research that aims to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects holistically, and by way of description in the form of words and languag, in a specific context by using various natural and scientific methods. Collecting technique is interview and documentation study. Data collection methods used in this study include, the method of interviews and documentation methods The results show that is expected to coordinate all organizational elements to be managed jointly with the hope of improving the performance of the organization concerned

Abstract

This research aims to develop and determine the quality of physics learning modules based on contextual on the material of rigid dynamics of rotation and equilibrium for class XI students. The research method used is the Research and Development (R & D) method which includes; analysis of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, and usage tests. The data in this research were analyzed qualitatively deskriptive. The subject of this research included three lecturers and two physics teachers as experts, as well as students of class XI IPA MA NW Kotaraja. The research instrument used was the validation sheet and student response sheet. Design validation resulted in a score of 3.29, a product trial yielded a score of 3.17, and a trial of use resulted in a score of 3.23. All the results of this research indicate that the module is very feasible to develop.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to find the value of pluralism and inclusivism in the discursive leadership of Islam. The data was collected through the recording of documents from the discursive leader of the Islamic organization Nahdlatul Wathan (abbreviated NW), as well as the governor of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB abbreviated), Indonesia, namely Mr. Guru Bajang (abbreviated as TGB). Data is in the form of thought texts, statements, TGB actions, and other parties' statements as discursive. TGB is positioned as a discursive storyteller as well as a guide in its transformation. Data were analyzed according to the communication function in functional grammar and Critical Discourse Analysis component analysis. Through this study, it was found that the discretion of the TGB was related to optimism, alignment of Islamic values, safeguarding the Unitary Republic of Indonesia, caring for diversity, and building the nation as a discursive common property and needs as a plural society and transformed inclusively. As an ideational communication function, discursive becomes TGB aspirational form of contextual dynamism, as an instrument of accelerating interpersonal development agenda, and textual future historical responsibility. The five discursive TGB in this study belong and jointly guide the dynamics of the future. TGB as a storyteller has a reciprocal relation to the five discourses and has shown results through development progress in the context of NTB and Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was aimed to know the effect of using learning type Make A Match toward activity and the result of study economy sub material the difference of micro economy and macro economy and the problems faced by the government in field of economy on tenth grade students of MA Mu’allimat NW Kelayu in the school year 2015/2016. Sample of the study was taken by using simple random sampling. Grade xa as experimental group and grade xb as control group. Design of the research was using tru experimental design. Technique of collecting data was using observation sheet and result of study test. The prosentage of student’s activity by using learning type make a match around 4.26 classified into very active.Data analysed to use uji-t. result of hypothesis indicate that t [count/calculate] t tables of that is ( 8.868 1.734) meaning ho refused and [is] ha accepted, so that can be concluded that there is influence of usage of model study of Make A Match to result and activity learn items sub material the difference micro economy and macro economy and the problems faced by the government in field of economy on tenth grade students of MA Mu’allimat NW Kelayu in the school year 2015/2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Make A Match terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar ekonomi sub materi perbedaan ekonomi mikro dan ekonomi makro serta masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pemerintah dalam bidang ekonomi pada siswa kelas X MA Mu’allimat NW Kelayu tahun pembelajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di MA Mu’allimat NW Kelayu tahun pembelajaran 2015/2016. Sampel peneitian ditentukan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Kelas Xa sebagai kelas eksperimen sedangkan kelas Xb sebagai kelas kontrol. Rancangan penelitian  yang digunakan  adalah nonequivalent control group design. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Presentase aktivitas siswa  dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Make A Match sebesar 4.26 tergolong sangat aktif. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. hasil hipotesis menunjukkan  bahwa t hitung t tabel yaitu (8.868 1.734) yang berarti ho ditolak dan ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Make A Match terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar ekonomi sub materi perbedaan ekonomi mikro dan ekonomi makro serta masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pemerintah dalam bidang ekonomi pada siswa kelas X MA Mu’allimat NW Kelayu tahun pembelajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

This development was carried out to develop mobile-based Economics Teaching Materials to increase student learning motivation during the pandemic. The development model in this study uses the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research instrument used consisted of: (1) Media Validation Sheet, (2) Material Validation Sheet, (3) Student Motivation Assessment Sheet, (4) Student Initial Needs Assessment Sheet. Validity data consists of validation assessment data from media experts and material experts who are analyzed and by converting the data scores into qualitative data. Effectiveness data was analyzed from the results of the assessment of the motivational instrument which was analyzed by determining the number of scores according to students and then determining the percentage of the total effectiveness based on the absolute assessment. The test results show that the mobile-based class XI economics teaching materials for increasing student learning motivation during the pandemic meet the valid and effective criteria. The validity criteria can be seen from the analysis results of media validity of 90.71% and material validity of 92.5% so that the two validation results meet the valid criteria. The criteria for effectiveness can be seen from the results of the analysis of the motivational instrument. Interest in the appearance and ease of understanding the material independently at home reached a value of 91.7% - 95.8%, indicating that interest in learning in using mobile-based economic teaching materials can be increased by innovative teaching materials that are interesting and easy to operate independently. So when viewed from the motivational instrument, it shows an average presentation of 92% from the standard > 87.50% so that the teaching materials are included in the category of very effective use in online learning during the pandemic

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy for optimizing the realization of the Regional Revenue Agency of East Lombok Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic in increasing PAD revenue. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, research conducted on independent variables without making comparisons and connecting with other variables. Methods of data collection is done by using observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is using data collection, data reduction, data presentation to the conclusion. Based on the analysis, information was obtained that there was an increase in PAD receipts in East Lombok Regency during the covid-19 pandemic, which was influenced by PAD sources which significantly affected the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the optimization strategy analysis, it was found that intensification and extensification strategies were carried out, including 1) optimizing human resources by making new innovations during the covid-19 pandemic, 2) optimizing facilities and infrastructure, 3) collecting data on taxpayer objects while looking for new potential PAD, 4) cross-border cooperation. agencies, 5) use of technology, 6) sanctions in the form of reprimands, 7) socialization, 8) incentives for officers. Meanwhile, the exentification strategy carried out included 1) seeking new potential, 2) optimization of roles with BUMD. The inhibiting factors found include 1) the existence of relaxation policies (regulations), 2) Human Resources, 3) Facilities and Infrastructure 4) No sanctions, 4) Public awareness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of transparency carried out by the village government in managing the allocation of village funds (ADD). This study uses a qualitative method. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data is then analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that at the planning stage the Dasan Borok Village government applies the principle of transparency by holding deliberation by inviting various parties such as the village government, village institutions, village consultative bodies (BPD), religious leaders, community leaders and so on. In the deliberation, the village government conveyed in detail the amount of funds received, the sources of funds, and the planned use of these funds. The form of transparency at the implementation stage is by installing billboards and activity boards that contain an overview of the activities and the funds used. The form of transparency in the accountability stage is by making several reports such as the village government accountability statement report. reports on the implementation of village governance, reports on the realization of the implementation of APBDes accountability, and reports on stunting convergence. These reports are then submitted to the PMD Office, Inspectorate and BPD. This means that the Dasan Borok Village government manages the allocation of village funds (ADD) properly and transparently at every stage.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam rangka membangun kemandirian ekonomi bagi siswa kelas XII MA Semaya, Kec. Sikur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam rangka membangun kemandirian ekonomi akan dilakukan dengan cara presentasi, diskusi dan simulasi. Sasaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah siswa kelas XII MA Semaya, Kec. Sikur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Hamzanwadi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh siswa kelas XII MA Semaya, Kec. Sikur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur yaitu; akan mengadakan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi siswa kelas MA Semaya, Kec. Sikur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. kesimpulan : a. Para siswa MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur, sebagai peserta kegiatan pelatihan sangat antusias atau termotivasi untuk berwirausaha. b. Guru pendamping siswa kegiatan pelatihan juga sangat antusias dengan kegiatan ini dan berharap secara bertahap kemauan siswa untuk menghasilkan produk-produk kreasi atau inovatif semakin baik atau tinggi. c. Kegiatan pelatihan ini telah membuka wawasan para siswa MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur dalam proses pengembangan jiwa berwiausaha, untuk menuju kemandirian ekonomi setelah siswa lulus dari pendidikan advokasi. d. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini perlu dilakukan baik berupa binaan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan, sehingga peserta pendampingan khususnya siswa MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur dapat menjalankan praktik berwirausaha. Harapan lebih jauh ke depan, dari kegiatan tindaklanjut ini adalah siswa lulusan dari MA ini akan mampu berwirausaha untuk menghasilkan produk-produk inovatif, Beberapa saran yang dapat disampaikan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan ini antara lain: 1. Pihak Sekolah MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur, perlu untuk terus meningkatkan jiwa berwirausaha bagi para siswa dengan membentuk klinik-klinik wirausaha, membuat outlet atau membuat e-shopping untuk menjual/memasarkan produk-produk hasil kreasi para siswa. 2. Pihak Sekolah MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur, secara periodik/berkala mendatangkan entrepreneur-entrepreneur muda sebagai pembicara untuk lebih memotivasi para siswa untuk mengembangkan jiwa berwirausaha. 3. Pihak Sekolah MA Semaya Kec. Sikur Kab. Lombok Timur dapat merintis jaringan (network) ke Perusahaan-perusahaan calon pengguna produk hasil kreasi siswa.
