Abstract

Salah satu dari kemajuan jaman teknologi yang sering mengiringi aktivitas hidup manusia mulai dari bangun tidur hingga menjelang tidur, tidak lain yaitu internet. Tidak dipungkiri adanya pengaruh internet terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ada pengaruh positif dan ada pengaruh negatif. Seperti dua sisi mata uang, tergantung bagaimana kita menyikapinya.  Semua sekolah berusaha menampilkan komputer di sekolahnya tentu dengan fasilitas internet. Dengan internet, sekolah kemudian berharap kesan berteknologi dan Go internasional melekat padanya. Siswapun diharapkan mendapatkan akses yang berguna bagi proses belajar dan mendapatkan ilmu di sekolah.Dengan memperhatikan pengalaman dari beberapa sekolah-sekolah yang sudah memanfaatkan internet, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) memiliki pengaruh yang cukup berarti terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Secara umum bentuk soal terbagi ke dalam dua bagian, yakni soal uraian dan soal objektif. Soal uraian adalah pertanyaan yang menuntut siswa menjawab dalam bentuk menguraikan, menjelaskan, mendiskusikan, membandingkan, memberikan alasan, Soal objektif ini lebih baru dari soal uraian, tetapi bentuk test ini banyak digunakan dalam menilai hasil  belajar disekolah-sekolah. Hal ini disebabkan antara lain karena luasnya bahan pelajaran yang dapat dicapai dalam test dan mudahnya menilai jawaban test. Test ini dikategori selalu menghasilkan nilai yang sama meskipun yang menilai guru yang berbeda atau guru yang sama pada waktu yang berbeda. Test objektif lebih dikategori pada speed tests (tes yang menginginkan kecepatan menjawab)Kata Kunci : Rancangan aplikasi , Hasil tes dan Bentuk tes

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the habituation method as an effective medium for developing students’ Islamic character. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach by examining various relevant literature sources, such as books, journals, and educational documents. The findings indicate that the habituation method functions not only as a learning strategy but also as a process of internalizing moral, spiritual, and disciplinary values. This process involves consistency, teacher exemplification, and a supportive school environment. Thus, the habituation method can serve as an effective means of shaping a holistic Islamic character, encompassing aspects of faith, worship, and morality.

Abstract

The increasingly dynamic business environment requires organizations to possess human resources (HR) that are competent, adaptive, and competitive. One strategy to improve the quality of human resources is the implementation of competency-based recruitment management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of competency-based recruitment as a strategy for enhancing HR quality at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, as well as to identify supporting factors, obstacles, and its impact on organizational performance. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research informants include HR managers, line managers, and newly recruited employees. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through triangulation. The results indicate that competency-based recruitment improves the alignment between individual competencies and job requirements, strengthens a meritocratic culture, and reduces employee turnover rates. The main supporting factors include top management commitment, the use of digital technology, and collaboration between HR departments and line managers. The obstacles encountered include resistance to change and limited understanding of competency-based methodologies. Overall, competency-based recruitment has proven effective in improving HR quality and supporting the sustainability of organizational strategies in the banking sector.
