Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Jalin Sepakat Teknologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 77 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 75,0% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (16,395>1,993). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 88,8% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (23,057>1,993). Kompensasi dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 4,305 + 0,923X1 + 0,021X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 88,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (262.562>3.12).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of motivation and work discipline on the performance of outsourcing employees at a service provider company in South Tangerang. A descriptive method with an associative nature and a quantitative approach was used to test population parameters through statistics. The population consists of 109 outsourcing cleaning service employees at PT. Siaga Mandatama Karya in 2019, with a saturated sample. Data analysis included validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results show that motivation has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, with a strong correlation between the two variables. Work discipline also has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, indicating a strong relationship between them. When both motivation and work discipline are considered together, they have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The analysis shows a strong relationship between the independent variables (motivation and work discipline) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The coefficient of determination indicates that motivation and work discipline contribute significantly to employee performance, while other factors also influence it. In conclusion, motivation and work discipline have a significant and positive effect on the performance of outsourcing employees at the service provider company in South Tangerang.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the economic development of rural communities. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in managing human resources (HR) effectively, especially in adapting to the demands of the digital era. This community service program (PKM) aimed to enhance human resource governance among MSMEs under the Tajaul Karomah group in Situgadung Village, Tangerang Regency. The main objective was to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage HR efficiently and leverage digital tools to improve productivity and competitiveness. The PKM activity was conducted on April 4–5, 2025, by 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and involved 30 participants from the local community. The method of implementation included planning, execution, and reporting stages. Activities were carried out through material presentations, hands-on practice, group discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of HR management principles and digital adaptation strategies. Participants expressed strong interest in applying the acquired knowledge to their business operations. This PKM initiative has contributed positively to local MSME development and demonstrated the importance of academic-community collaboration in addressing socio-economic challenges.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Tunas Alfin Tbk Kota Tangerang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden, teknik analisis data yang di gunakan yaitu: uji asumsi klasasik, uji analisis kuantitatif, dan uji hipotesis. Variabel disiplin kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Di buktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,907>1,993 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000<0.05. Variabel pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Di buktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,143>1,993 dan nilai signifikansi 0.00<0.05. Variabel disiplin kerja (X1) dan pelatihan (X2) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Di buktikan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 27,809> 2,73 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The increasing demand for high-quality healthcare services has made the performance of nurses a critical component in achieving organizational effectiveness, particularly in public hospitals. However, contract nurses often face psychological pressures that can affect their work performance. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of job insecurity and emotional exhaustion on the performance of contract nurses at RSU Tangerang, addressing a pressing issue in human resource management in the healthcare sector. Using a quantitative approach with an associative research design, data were collected from 150 contract nurses, selected from a population of 240 using the Slovin formula. The data were obtained through closed-ended questionnaires distributed via WhatsApp, using a Likert scale for measurement. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The findings reveal that both job insecurity and emotional exhaustion negatively affect nurse performance. Job insecurity leads to reduced motivation and a sense of uncertainty, while emotional exhaustion diminishes energy and professional engagement. These results imply that improving employment stability and providing emotional support are essential strategies for hospital management to enhance nurse performance. Future policy and managerial decisions should consider these psychological aspects to maintain service quality and workforce sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and communication on employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office. The method used is descriptive quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with convenience sampling using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 67 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 26.1% and a hypothesis test obtained a t-value > t-table or (4.790 > 1.997). Communication has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a coefficient of determination of 24.8% and a hypothesis test obtained a t-value > t-table or (4.628 > 1.997). Job satisfaction and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.079 + 0.545 X1 + 0.403 X2. The coefficient of determination is 69.6%, while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a value of F count > F table or (30.020 > 3.140).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia in East Jakarta. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was all 60 employees of PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, therefore all 60 employees of PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia were sampled in this study. The analytical methods used in data processing included validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test) using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the Physical Work Environment (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia. This can be seen from the calculated t-value of 11.845 > t-table 2.002, thus the calculated t-value > t-table with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Then there is also an influence between Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia, this can be seen from the results of the t-test with a calculated t value of 10.834> t table 2.002, so the calculated t> ttable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. And thirdly, there is an influence between the Physical Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia in East Jakarta, this can be seen from the multiple regression equation, namely Y = 16.138 +0.138 X1 + 0.227 X2. And the results of the f-test with a calculated F value of 87.251> F table 3.159 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.
