Abstract

This study aims to determine how much LDR, CAR, and NPL affect profitability proxied by Return on asset, this type of research uses secondary data and methods used quantitative descriptive methods and statistical analysis. Popoluasi data used in this study is the Financial Report (Annual Report) of PT. BANK DKI period 2009-2023. While the sample used in this study is the statement of financial position and income statement. For the classical assumption test itself consists of normality Test, multicollinearity Test, Heterochedasticity Test and autocorrelation Test. The data management used in this study is SPSS version 21. Based on the results of T test LDR (X1) of 0,034 > 0,05 which means partially significant effect on profitability (Y), and NPL (X3) of 0,034 > 0,05 which means partially significant effect on profitability (Y), while CAR (X2) of 0,063 > 0,05 which means partially no significant effect on profitability (Y) and F test results obtained from the value of F count 4,720 > F table of 4,46 0,024 > 0,05 which means that there is an effect of LDR, car, and NPL simultaneously on profitability (Roa), coefficient of determination showed that LDR (X1), CAR (X2) and NPL (X3) had a strong effect on ROA by 56% while the remaining 44% were influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of motivation and work discipline on the performance of outsourcing employees at a service provider company in South Tangerang. A descriptive method with an associative nature and a quantitative approach was used to test population parameters through statistics. The population consists of 109 outsourcing cleaning service employees at PT. Siaga Mandatama Karya in 2019, with a saturated sample. Data analysis included validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results show that motivation has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, with a strong correlation between the two variables. Work discipline also has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, indicating a strong relationship between them. When both motivation and work discipline are considered together, they have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The analysis shows a strong relationship between the independent variables (motivation and work discipline) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The coefficient of determination indicates that motivation and work discipline contribute significantly to employee performance, while other factors also influence it. In conclusion, motivation and work discipline have a significant and positive effect on the performance of outsourcing employees at the service provider company in South Tangerang.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the economic development of rural communities. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in managing human resources (HR) effectively, especially in adapting to the demands of the digital era. This community service program (PKM) aimed to enhance human resource governance among MSMEs under the Tajaul Karomah group in Situgadung Village, Tangerang Regency. The main objective was to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage HR efficiently and leverage digital tools to improve productivity and competitiveness. The PKM activity was conducted on April 4–5, 2025, by 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and involved 30 participants from the local community. The method of implementation included planning, execution, and reporting stages. Activities were carried out through material presentations, hands-on practice, group discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of HR management principles and digital adaptation strategies. Participants expressed strong interest in applying the acquired knowledge to their business operations. This PKM initiative has contributed positively to local MSME development and demonstrated the importance of academic-community collaboration in addressing socio-economic challenges.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan konsekuensi dari adanya aktivitas manusia seiring peningkatan populasi penduduk dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Saat ini, pengelolaan sampah masih menimbulkan permasalahan yang sulit dikendalikan tidak terkecuali di daerah Tangerang Selatan. Tim PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) Dosen Universitas Pamulang telah bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Aksa Sahwahita Anodya dan kader posyandu setempat membuat gerakan kepedulian terhadap masyarakat guna mencari alternatif solusi permasalahan sampah. Dengan mengambil tema “Pemanfaatan Potensi Sumber Daya Sampah Sebagai Kunci Sukses dalam Pengimplementasian Sistem Pengelolaan Sampah Yang Ideal”, kegiatan dilaksanakan di Jalan Parakan RT 003 RW 009, Kelurahan Benda Baru, Kecamatan Pamulang, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Wujud aksi dalam bentuk sosialisasi potensi sampah sebagai sumber daya serta pembagian paket sembako kepada masyarakat kecil dan pekerja informal seperti driver ojek online, pelaku UMKM, hingga tunawisma di sekitar wilayah. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan mengenai sampah sebagai edukasi tentang cara pengelolaan sampah dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada dan simulasi pemilahan sampah oleh peserta. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini masyarakat mendapat tambahan wawasan pengetahuan dan mampu menerapkan pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar serta dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas pengelolaan sampah yang ada di sekitar tempat tinggal masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance Central Pamulang. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 78 respondents. Data analysis was performed using simple and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, with a determination coefficient of 73.0% and the regression equationY = 7.038 + 0.870X1. The t-test results show a t-count of 14.352 > 1.992and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.050. Work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a determination coefficient of 92.2% and the regression equation Y = 2.336 + 0.923X2. The t-test results show a t-count of 29.936 > 1.992 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.050. Simultaneously, leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, with a determination coefficient of 92.3% and the regression equation Y = 2.094 + 0.074X1 + 0.862X2. The F-test results show an F-count of 450.116 > 3.12 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.050. Based on these results, it can be concluded that leadership style and work discipline greatly contribute to improving employee performance at PT Federal International Finance Central Pamulang. Therefore, the company is advised to continuously enhance leadership effectiveness and enforce work discipline to achieve optimal performance

Abstract

The increasing demand for high-quality healthcare services has made the performance of nurses a critical component in achieving organizational effectiveness, particularly in public hospitals. However, contract nurses often face psychological pressures that can affect their work performance. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of job insecurity and emotional exhaustion on the performance of contract nurses at RSU Tangerang, addressing a pressing issue in human resource management in the healthcare sector. Using a quantitative approach with an associative research design, data were collected from 150 contract nurses, selected from a population of 240 using the Slovin formula. The data were obtained through closed-ended questionnaires distributed via WhatsApp, using a Likert scale for measurement. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The findings reveal that both job insecurity and emotional exhaustion negatively affect nurse performance. Job insecurity leads to reduced motivation and a sense of uncertainty, while emotional exhaustion diminishes energy and professional engagement. These results imply that improving employment stability and providing emotional support are essential strategies for hospital management to enhance nurse performance. Future policy and managerial decisions should consider these psychological aspects to maintain service quality and workforce sustainability.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT AK,Tbk Jakarta Selatan. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu memberikan informasi mengenai motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT AK,Tbk Jakarta Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT AK,Tbk Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dan didapat sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, dan Hipotesis. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil uji t terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan  dengan nilai t hitung > ttabel atau 2,213 > 1,987 dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. dengan nilai t hitung > ttabel atau 7,358 > 1,987. Hasil uji f variabel motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan  dengan  nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 27,637> 3,10.
