Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the types and patterns of the noun phrase. The aim of this research is to identify the types and patterns of word combinations that form noun phrases in journal articles published by BJA educational article with the title "Being a good educational supervisor". The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach data obtained from articles published by BJA education articles. The results of the analysis show varying patterns of use of noun phrases. Combinations of words that form noun phrases in journal articles published by BJA educational article with the title "Being a good educational supervisor". This research attempts to discuss the use of noun phrases among researchers in their research reports. It examines not only the correct usage but also the inappropriate use of noun phrases. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach data obtained from articles published by BJA education articles. The results of the analysis show varied patterns of noun phrase use.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of developing research innovations initiated by schools and/or local governments on increasing the research abilities of high school teachers in Laguboti District. The main focus of the research is to analyze the extent to which innovative initiatives in research supported by schools or local governments contribute to improving the research capabilities of teachers in the region. The research method used included collecting primary data through questionnaires distributed to high school teachers in Laguboti District. Secondary data is also taken from documentation of research innovation development initiatives implemented by schools or local governments. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple correlation, which measures the extent to which the role of the school/government influences teachers' research abilities. It is hoped that the research results will provide a clear picture of the effectiveness of developing research innovations by schools and/or local governments in improving the research capabilities of high school teachers in Laguboti District. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding can become the basis for improving educational policies and practices in the region.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan pola frase nomina. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan pola kombinasi kata pembentuk frase nomina pada artikel jurnal terbitan artikel pendidikan BJA dengan judul “Menjadi Pembimbing Pendidikan yang Baik”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan oleh artikel pendidikan BJA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pola penggunaan frasa nomina yang bervariasi. Gabungan kata yang membentuk frase nomina pada artikel jurnal terbitan artikel pendidikan BJA dengan judul “Menjadi Pembina Pendidikan yang Baik”. Penelitian ini mencoba membahas penggunaan frasa nomina di kalangan peneliti dalam laporan penelitiannya. Ini tidak hanya mengkaji penggunaan yang benar tetapi juga penggunaan frasa kata benda yang tidak tepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan oleh artikel pendidikan BJA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pola penggunaan frasa nomina bervariasi.
