Abstract

Abstract This research aims to: (1) Find out how to develop a Class XII Electrical Equipment Repair Learning Module at SMK Negeri 14 Medan. (2) Knowing the response of users of the Class XII Electrical Equipment Repair Learning Module at SMK Negeri 14 Medan. (3) Determine the level of feasibility and effectiveness of the Class XII Electrical Equipment Repair Learning Module at SMK Negeri 14 Medan. This research will be tested involving class This type of research is Research and Development (R & D) with the ADDIE research model. The ADDIE research model includes 5 stages, namely first analysis which includes analysis of product needs, second design namely compiling modules, layouts and module materials, third development namely developing products that have been designed for validation in order to get input from media experts and material experts, fourth implementation namely implementing the product to get responses from users (students) to the modules that have been developed, the fifth evaluation is evaluating the module based on several inputs from experts and user responses. The instruments used in this research were a validation questionnaire and a user response questionnaire. The results of this research are known: (1) This research development produced a product in the form of a learning module for Electrical Equipment Repair Class XII TITL at SMK Negeri 14 Medan. (2) The results of product user (student) responses in the "Very Good" category obtained an average percentage score of 93.5%. So the electrical equipment repair learning module that was developed was declared suitable for use. (3) The feasibility of this module was obtained from the validation results of media experts in the "Very Feasible" category which had a score percentage of 90%, and the subsequent validation results were obtained from material experts in the "Very Feasible" category. ” which obtained a score percentage of 88.75%. The effectiveness of the module developed in the "Very Effective" category has a score percentage of 86%. The recommendation in this research is that module development be carried out again in other subjects so that it can increase students' motivation and enthusiasm for learning. Key Words: Learning Module, Electrical Equipment Repair AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui cara mengembangkan Modul Pembelajaran Perbaikan Peralatan Listrik Kelas XII di SMK Negeri 14 Medan. (2) Mengetahui respon pengguna Modul Pembelajaran Perbaikan Peralatan Listrik Kelas XII di SMK Negeri 14 Medan. (3) Mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan efektivitas Modul Pembelajaran Perbaikan Peralatan Listrik Kelas XII di SMK Negeri 14 Medan. Penelitian ini akan diuji coba dengan melibatkan siswa kelas XII Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 14 Medan semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R & D) dengan model penelitian ADDIE. Model penelitian ADDIE meliputi 5 tahapan yaitu pertama analysis yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan produk, kedua design yaitu menyusun modul, layout dan materi modul, ketiga development yaitu mengembangkan produk yang sudah didesain untuk dilakukan validasi agar mendapatkan masukan oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, keempat implementation yaitu menerapkan produk untuk mendapatkan respon dari pengguna (siswa) terhadap modul yang telah dikembangkan, kelima evaluation yaitu mengevaluasi modul berdasarkan beberapa masukkan dari para ahli serta respon pengguna. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah angket validasi dan angket respon pengguna. Hasil Penelitian ini diketahui : (1) Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa modul pembelajaran Perbaikan Peralatan Listrik Kelas XII TITL di SMK Negeri 14 Medan. (2) Hasil respon pengguna produk (siswa) dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” memperoleh rata – rata presentase skor  93,5%. Maka modul pembelajaran perbaikan peralatan listrik yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan (3) Kelayakan modul ini didapatkan dari hasil validasi ahli media dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” yang memiliki presentase skor 90%, dan hasil validasi berikutnya didapatkan dari ahli materi dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” yang memperoleh presentase skor 88,75%. Efektivitas modul yang dikembangkan dengan kategori “Sangat Efektif” memiliki presentase skor 86%. Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengembangan modul dilakukan lagi pada mata pelajaran lainnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan semangat belajar siswa.Kata kunci : Modul Pembelajaran, Perbaikan Peralatan Listrik

Abstract

The implementation of spatial use, the dynamics of development as well as the development of the strategic environment in recent years, have often influenced the implementation of the West Nias RTRW as a reference in development. This sometimes causes an imbalance in the arrangement of a space or region. This paper aims to review the suitability of the content of the West Nias RTRW with regulations and policies related to spatial planning. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that it is necessary to renew the technical material for the RTRW of West Nias Regency by adjusting the dynamics of the latest spatial planning regulations and policies. It is also hoped that there will be serious attention from the local government regarding the sustainability of funding to the stage of stipulation of the Regional Regulation on the revision of the RTRW, as well as the placement of human resources with a spatial planning background in technical OPD.Keywords: spatial planning, RTRW revision, West Nias Regency

Abstract

Kepala sekolah memegang peran penting terhadap situasi pembelajaran di sekolah, hal tersebutdipengaruhi oleh bagaimana kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Setiap pengambilan keputusan yang diambil oleh kepala sekolah dapat menentukan bagaimana warga sekolah khususnya guru untuk dapat menjalankan aturan- aturan yang tersedia, seperti kedisiplinan. Abstract

This research is a response to challenges in school library management, including manual data management and the need for effective human resource management. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, which consists of several stages such as preliminary studies, development, and product determination. The purpose of this study was to produce an effective training design to improve the quality of web-based library management in Labuhanbatu Regency. The training was aimed at library heads, library staff, and prospective library heads in secondary schools in Labuhanbatu. The needs analysis stage involved interviews and questionnaires to training participants, which indicated the need for increased knowledge in the management of web-based library information systems. The development process included designing a training model, creating training modules, training materials, and web-based training media. The training combined practical and theoretical models, with simulations of the use of web-based library information systems. Evaluation was conducted through performance tests and validation by experts. The evaluation results showed that the training design was rated as excellent by the experts, with an average score of 86.70% for the material and 89.30% for the media. The final product is considered internally valid and can be implemented. The scores from the questionnaire test of the trainees showed the success of the training with a percentage of 76.11%. Statistical tests showed that participants' knowledge increased significantly after the training. The N-Gain Score value of 62.68% indicates that the training model is quite effective.

Abstract

Simulation technology tools are becoming important learning tools in higher education, facilitating the development of practical and cognitive skills in a safe and widely accessible environment. Simulation technology is applied in practicing and developing practical learning skills in a safe environment, without real risks. Computers as media and are used to improve learning outcomes and facilitate students in innovative learning. The importance of using simulation media in learning electricity engineering because inviting students to learn and interact with simulations can improve critical thinking skills, problem solving, and decision making. The simulation media was developed using the ADDIE model to achieve learning effectiveness targets by observing the parameters of alignment between simulation content and learning outcomes, interactivity that allows students to be actively involved in the learning process, the quality of feedback provided by simulations to help students understand in improving learning outcomes in the field of electricity engineering. The results of testing 21 respondents showed an increase in student involvement and motivation in the pretest results of 65.5 and post-test 83.38 in the experimental class, indicating that there was an increase in learning outcomes from media users. Practicality test 80% in the practical category shows the implication of using the media provides convenience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara persepsi guru mengenai perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru, serta hubungan antara iklim komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga meneliti hubungan antara persepsi guru terhadap perilaku kepala sekolah dan iklim komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru-guru SMP di Tanjung Morawa, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dengan total sampel sebanyak 60 orang yang diambil menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait fenomena yang diteliti.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, dengan nilai ry1.2 = 0,514 yang lebih besar dari rtabel = 0,254 dan thitung = 4,526 yang lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,67; (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim komunikasi dan kinerja guru, dengan nilai ry2.1 = 0,316 lebih tinggi dari rtabel = 0,254 dan thitung = 2,517 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,67; dan (3) Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim komunikasi dengan kinerja guru, dengan nilai Ry(12) = 0,674 lebih besar dari rtabel = 0,254 serta Fhitung = 23,780 yang lebih tinggi dari Ftabel = 3,23. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru tentang perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim komunikasi secara bersama-sama berkontribusi sebesar 45,5% terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui, mengkaji, dan menganalisis secara deskriptif dan melakukan Verifikasi mengenai kompetensi kepala sekolah, motivasi guru, kompetensi guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal, serta kinerja guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah verifikatif dan deskriptif, dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sedangkan teknik cluster proportional stratified random sampling digunakan peneliti untuk mengambil sampel. Data angket, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kelemahan dalam kompetensi manajerial dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal. Motivasi guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal juga menunjukkan kelemahan pada aspek gaji ataus pekerjaannya dan kualitas suasana kerja. Sementara itu, kompetensi guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal memiliki kelemahan pada aspek kompetensi sosial dan profesional. Kinerja guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal menunjukkan kelemahan terutama pada penilaian hasil pembelajaran, dan aspek pengetahuan siswa juga menunjukkan kelemahan dalam kompetensi lulusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal, motivasi guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal, dan kompetensi guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Sedang Kecamatan Sunggal, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kinerja guru SMP di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Kecamatan Sunggal secara keseluruhan terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the application of the Fraud Triangle, which includes pressure, opportunity, and rationalisation, as well as the GONE Theory, which involves greed, opportunity, need, and exposure, in the self-management Special Allocation Fund (DAK) management strategy in the education sector. The results show that pressure on fund managers often comes from demands to meet unrealistic physical or non-physical development targets, while opportunities arise from weak supervisory systems, lack of transparency and inadequate internal control mechanisms. Rationalisation is found in the form of justifying fraudulent actions with certain reasons, such as urgent needs or for the smooth running of the program. In the GONE Theory perspective, greed is the main driver of misuse of funds, while necessity and weak risk exposure increase the probability of violations. There are several things that can be done by educational institutions and students themselves to minimise student fraud behaviour, first from the aspect of pressure which is the main aspect that encourages someone to commit fraud. The pressure aspect comes from a person's psychology, so the way to overcome it is to provide positive directions, and provide spiritual and emotional strengthening to students. Transparent, accountable DAK management supported by strong supervision is essential to ensure that the main objectives of using funds are achieved, namely improving the quality of education and equitable development.

Abstract

Kebutuhan energi yang terus meningkat dan semakin menipis cadangan energi fosil mengakibatkan terjadinya defisit energi listrik. Hal ini membutuhkan sumber energi alternatif sebagai dalam mengatasi masalah kebutuhan energi listrik terutama untuk kebutuhan listrik pada sarana pendidikan seperti perkuliahan. Energi terbarukan energi surya merupakan salah satu solusi paling efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan energi yang terus meningkat. Hal ini juga dapat menurunkan dampak negatif emisi karbon terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prospek penerapan energi terbarukan pada gedung Teknik Elektro FT- Unimed, dengan melakukan simulasi sistem cadangan energi listrik melalui pemanfaatan tenaga surya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan memadukan energi terbarukan dari tenaga surya, baterai dan sumber dari jaringan Perusahan Listrik Negara (PLN) sebagai sumber energi cadangan dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan energi listrik. Sistem akan disimulasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak homer pro. Aspek yang akan dibahas dalam simulasi adalah perbandingan nilai ekonomis dari pembangkitan off grid, on -grid dan hybrid yang dinyatakan dalam nilai Net present cost (NPC) dan Cost of energy (COE).
