Arsip yang tercipta dalam kegiatan pemerintahan desa memerlukan pengelolaan yang baik untuk menunjang pemerintahan desa dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) mengetahui peranan arsip di Desa Karyawangi Kabupaten Bandung Barat; (2) mengetahui proses pemberkasan mulai dari penyimpanan, peminjaman, pengambilan, pemeliharaan dan pengamanan serta pemindahtanganan dan pemusnahan arsip di Desa Karyawangi Kabupaten Bandung Barat; (3) mengetahui kendala yang terjadi pada proses pemberkasan di Desa Karyawangi Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arsip berperan sebagai sumber ingatan bagi kantor Desa Karyawangi; proses siklus arsip meliputi penyimpanan, peminjaman, pengambilan, pemeliharaan dan pengamanan serta pemindahtanganan dan pemusnahan arsip; kendala yang ada adalah kurangnya sarana, prasarana dan tenaga dalam mengelola arsip.

Komunita Magazine through online media in the form of a website has now undergone many changes and developments so that in this case it is necessary to conduct research to determine the effectiveness of the website. Komunita Magazine's website traffic analysis aims to determine the effectiveness of changes and website development, the authors try to conduct a study using google analytics. Google analytics can generate visitor analysis reports from the web, so the authors see effectiveness based on the number of visitors.

A library is an institution or institution that provides a collection of written, printed and recorded library materials as a central source of information which is regulated according to standard systems and rules and utilized for educational purposes, research, information dissemination and intellectual recreation for the community. In modern life, libraries need to provide accurate and equitable information services to the entire community, not only around regional library buildings, whether in Provincial/Regency/City Libraries but also to communities whose residences are far from the reach of library buildings. So that people in these areas can enjoy information services to increase their knowledge, libraries must be in their environment. To build a library building requires quite a lot of money, so to overcome this, the Bandung City Archives and Library Service provides suitable facilities, namely the Mobile Library. A mobile library is a library where reading materials are carried around from one place to another, services to the community are carried out directly in the place where the mobile library is located. The aims of this research are to analyze the needs for mobile library service website features; Find out visitor reports and the distribution of areas visited by Disarpus using graphs. The research stages that will be carried out include an initial survey, determining the problem formulation, determining research methods, data processing and analysis, and creating a final report.

With the rapid advancement of technology, libraries can now be accessed digitally. A digital library is an online or digital-based library that provides access to various types of books, journals, articles and other reading materials. Digital libraries provide services that allow users to read, download, or even search for specific materials they need without having to go to a physical library. Digital libraries can be accessed from anywhere and at any time, as long as there is an internet connection. In recent years, digital libraries have become increasingly popular due to their practicality and easy access to information and knowledge. The aim of this research is to develop library collections digitally; Facilitate access to information and knowledge from anywhere and at any time. The school library is one of the places of learning in schools to assist students in finding and adding knowledge. With the advancement of information technology, school libraries have shifted from conventional libraries to digital libraries. Digital libraries have advantages over conventional libraries because websites can be accessed anywhere and no longer need to come to the library. Thus the current digital library is very much needed. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based digital library at SMAN 21 Bandung, this is because SMAN 21 Bandung has a conventional library. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, while the data collection techniques are carried out by conducting observations, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is to produce a web - based digital library design at SMAN 21 Bandung. This research produces a digital library design consisting of User Login Features, User Authority, New Member Input, Collection Input, Collection Borrowing, Collection Returns, Borrowing and Returning Reports, Forums. For future research, it is possible to apply digital attendance and labeling of collections using RFID so that it can facilitate daily operations in the library.

This study aims to examine the implementation and testing of a digital archiving system in Karyawangi Village, West Bandung Regency, and its impact on the village's economic transformation through improved administrative efficiency and transparency. Prior to the digital archiving system, archive management was conducted manually, often resulting in issues such as the loss of important documents, difficulty in access, and slow administrative processes. The implementation of the digital archiving system is expected to provide solutions to these problems by offering easier access, better security, and greater time efficiency. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to village residents involved in using the system, as well as documentation related to the implementation process. The study's findings indicate that the majority of respondents, 83%, stated that the digital archiving system facilitates access to documents. Additionally, 75% of respondents noted an increase in time efficiency in archive management, while 80% expressed satisfaction with the overall system. However, the study also identified challenges in the implementation, such as frequent technical disruptions, which could affect the overall user experience. Overall, the results of this study show that the digital archiving system positively contributes to archive management in Karyawangi Village and supports the village's economic transformation by enhancing administrative efficiency and transparency. However, further improvements are necessary to address existing technical obstacles to ensure that the benefits of this system can be fully optimized by all users.

Perpustakaan digital menawarkan kemudahan aksesibilitas bagi para penggunanya tanpa adanya batasan ruang dan waktu. Perpustakaan SMKN 8 Bandung menginisiasi kerjasama dengan prodi Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi dalam hal pengembangan perpustakaan digital. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan program yang sudah dilakukan oleh mahasiswa melalui kegiatan MBKM prodi teknik informatika dan Prodi Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi, maka pengabdian pada masyarakat dilakukan melalui kegiatan Sosialisasi Penggunaan Digital Library agar pengelola perpustakaan SMKN 8 Bandung dapat menggunakan digital Library untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional di perpustakaan SMKN 8 Bandung. Kegiatan ini dihadiri dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang yang terdiri dari kepala perpustakaan, staf perpustakaan, staf ICT, dosen prodi Perpustakaan dan Sains Informasi, dosen prodi Teknik Informatika dan mahasiswa Universitas Widyatama.

Desa Cisontrol menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menyediakan akses informasi yang memadai bagi warganya. Kesenjangan informasi yang terjadi di desa ini disebabkan oleh dua faktor utama: keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya literasi informasi masyarakat desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian. Terdapat dua hasil pembahasan pada penilitian ini, yaitu: 1. solusi dari aspek manajemen dengan menerapkan Paket Teknik Informasi dan Current Awareness Services (CAS) yang dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan dan penyebaran informasi secara efisien, memastikan bahwa masyarakat dan perangkat desa mendapatkan akses yang cepat dan tepat terhadap informasi yang mereka butuhkan; 2. solusi dari aspek sosial kemasyarakatan mulai dari sosialisasi website data hingga praktik penggunaan website data.
