Abstract

Magnetite/hydroxyapatite composites can be applied in biomedical fields such as drug delivery, orthopedics, protein adsorption/release, hyperthermia therapy, and solid phase extraction from plasmid DNA. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of reaction temperature and hydroxyapatite ratio on the crystallinity, crystal size, particle size, magnetism and morphology of the composites of magnetite/hydroxyapatite synthesized using the hydrothermal method. Composites were synthesized from 2 mmol of FeCl3, 4 mmol of citrate and 6 mmol of urea which were dissolved in 40 ml of distilled water and stirred at 300 ppm using a magnetic stirrer for 15 minutes, then added 7.5 g/L polyethylene glycol and commercial hydroxyapatite of various concentrations (70%, 80% and 90%) and stirred again for 1 hour. Then the suspension was put into a hydrothermal container and in the oven at a temperature of 200oC, 220oC, and 240oC for 12 hours. The magnetite/hydroxyapatite composite particles obtained were then characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). The magnetite particles produced are cubicly shaped and hydroxyapatite were hexagonally shaped. The increase in reaction temperature from 200 oC to 240oC at the concentration of magnetite are 10% increased the crystals size of magnetite from 22,87 nm to 24,162 nm and crystal size of hydroxyapatite increased from 26,456 nm to 27,8 nm. While the increase in the concentration of magnetite in composite from 10% and 30% at 240oC increased the crystal size of magnetite from 24,162 nm to 27,472 nm, decreased the crystal size of hydroxyapatite from 27,8 nm to 26,288 nm. Magnetite/hydroxyapatite composite were superparamagnetic with coercivity 0,2 Oe and saturation magnetization (Ms) 4,2 emu/g. Abstract

Employee training and development programs implemented in order to reduce oreliminate the gap between the ability of employees to the desired organization, that is byincreasing knowledge and skills and change attitudes. But" How Implementation ofEmployee Training and Development in Hotel Front Office FurayaPekanbaru ?" Fromthis study the authors hope to be an alternative as well as considerations in employeetraining and development programs . The purpose of this study is to identify andanalyze the implementation of employee training and development programsparticularly Front Office employee at Hotel FurayaPekanbaru. To determine the factorsthat affect the implementation of employee training and development programs in HotelFront Office FurayaPekanbaru. The number of samples in the Front Office employeesas many as 17 samples . In sampling the authors use the census the total population ofthe sampled population is small and because the amount of easily accessible byresearchers, the primary data is a source of data that was obtained directly fromrespondents through interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires) and observations, suchas the identity of respondents and respondents about how the Implementation ofEmployee Training and Development in Hotel Front Office FurayaPekanbaru, whilesecondary data is a source of data and information as well as information from theparties relating to this study. To obtain the data and information that is more valid, datacollection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Thisresearch survey form explanation is research that takes a sample of the population andthe use of questionnaires as the main data collection tool, so that the data is expected toanswer the research desired. From these results it can be concluded that the ProgramImplementation Training and Employee Development Front Office at HotelPekanbaruFuraya works quite well. However it is suggested to be increased in thefuture in order for the company nor the employee in order to carry out the training anddevelopment of more effective.

Abstract

Implementasi rekrutment perangkat Desa masih ditemui permasalahan dikarenakan belum adanya keterbukaan penerimaan calon perangkat Desa sehingga sebagian masyarakat Desa tidak mengetahuinya. Desa lubuk kembang melakukan rekrutmen perangkat Desa masih belum adanya keterbukaan penerimaan calon perangkat Desa dan masih ditemui pelanggaran mulai tingkat usia dan pendidikan. Implementasi rekrutmen perangkat Desa di Desa lubuk kembang tidak terlepas dari penetapan Komunikasi, Sumberdaya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta faktor hambatan Implementasi Rekrutment Perangkat Desa Di Kantor Desa Lubuk Kembang Bunga Kecamatan Ukui Kabupaten Pelalawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Pembahasan bahwa rekrutmen perangkat Desa di Desa Lubuk Kembang Bunga belum terimplementasi dengan maksimal hal ini dikarenakan belum dilakukan sosialisasi ditegah masyarakat penerimaan calon perangkat Desa baik bentuk baliho amaupun website Desa, belum terbukanya hasil tes secara tertulis dan wawancara bagi setiap calon perangkat Desa. Saran peneliti yaitu sebaiknya Pemerintah Desa melakukan sosialisasi penerimaan calon perangkat Desa melalui baliho atau website kantor Desa maupun secara langsung ditegah masyarakat, sebaiknya pemerintah Desa menetapkan ujian tertulis dan wawancara bagi setiap calon perangkat Desa, dan camat sebaiknya melakukan pendataan kembali persyaratan bagi setiap calon perangkat Desa yang di rekomendasi Kepala Desa.

Abstract

Accurate rainfall prediction is crucial for effective water management and disaster mitigation. This study introduces a novel hybrid neural model that employs a fourth-degree polynomial kernel and provides the first empirical comparison of the trainlm and trainrp functions to enhance forecasting accuracy. This study explored the application of a neural network algorithm with RBF-Polynomial (degree 4) kernel for training and testing data in rainfall forecasting. This study focused on monthly rainfall data collected from Mataram City, Indonesia. We developed a hybrid BP-RVM algorithm as the main algorithm that offers a predictive approach to compare the trainlm and trainrp functions. We conducted 20 trials with combinations of learning, momentum, and gamma-RBF at internal values of 0.01-0.9. The training results from trainrp with more than 118 iterations yielded the best performance with learning rate 0.8 and momentum 0.2; MSE value of 2,236.25 and RMSE of 47.29. These results indicate a relatively low error rate for the proposed method. In contrast, the trainlm method, which only requires 18 iterations with a learning rate of 0.6 and momentum of 0.4, produces an MSE of 2,689.25 and RMSE of 51.86, showing its efficiency in reducing the computation time but with a slightly higher error rate than trainrp. Overall, the trainrp method was more accurate in capturing actual rainfall patterns with lower error rates, whereas the trainlm method exhibited good stability but greater sensitivity to parameter variations. This comparative analysis highlights the potential of trainrp to achieve more precise rainfall predictions within the study area.

Abstract

The scientific article writing skills of students participating in the Community Service Program (KKN Dik) are still considered low in terms of academic and digital literacy. The purpose of this activity was to improve the writing skills of AI-based Community Service Program articles among the KKN Dik group at MBS Selong High School, East Lombok. The method used in this community service program was a training activity with socialization and hands-on practice. The method was implemented in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results and discussion indicate that the training using the ChatGPT and Mendeley tools improved participants' understanding of scientific article structure, their ability to use AI ethically, and their ability to produce publishable Community Service Program articles. The integration of AI into the writing training facilitated and increased students' confidence in the academic world. This training activity provided opportunities to produce high-quality scientific work in completing final reports during the Community Service Program.
