Abstract

Learning achievement is one measure that students have learned well. Learning achievement is an indicator of education in schools which is the hope of all parties, namely parents, teachers, and students. Achievement is a measure of the quality of education. Learning achievement is needed in the consideration to determine class promotion, graduation, and selection of outstanding students. Optimal learning achievement is the main goal of students in learning. Learning achievement can be measured from the value obtained by students. The average score related to the social studies score of the subject teacher shows similarities. Based on the background described above, the researcher's problems can be formulated as follows: is there a relationship between emotional intelligence and learning achievement? Is there a relationship between motivation and learning achievement? And collectively, is there a relationship between emotional intelligence and learning motivation? with learning achievement ?. In accordance with the formulation of the problem, this study has specific objectives, namely: to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning achievement, to describe the relationship between motivation and learning achievement; and jointly describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning motivation and learning achievement. Meanwhile, the long-term goal is as a reference for other researchers and this research will be included in an accredited scientific journal. This research is a study that aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning motivation with student achievement. The type of research that researchers do is quantitative research because in the procedure and analysis the researcher uses statistical analysis. The research sites are in urban and rural elementary schools. In determining the location of SD using SD numbering, from the population list every multiple of 20 is taken as a sample. All students in grade 5 for SD will be used as respondents to fill out the questionnaire. The methods used to collect data in this study include questionnaires, documentation, observation methods, and interviews.

Abstract

This research aims to help deal with the identity crisis experienced by VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Banyuwangi. The research carried out is a guidance and counseling action research in which the research was carried out in two cycles. The subjects consisted of five classes, each consisting of 30 students so that the total number was 150 people. There are nine students who show the behavior of adolescents who experience identity crisis seen based on the percentage of the results of the questionnaire and direct observation, and the nine students are given the form of cognitive behavioral counseling. In this study, in the first cycle an increase was obtained, but only two students achieved criteria above 80%, while seven students had not achieved a significant improvement. So that the second cycle is held, the overall student reaches an increase of up to 80% and above. The results of the analysis showed that the effort to overcome the identity crisis experienced by students by using cognitive behavioral counseling services in eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Banyuwangi, there was a change in student behavior toward more positive individuals and groups

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi aparat desa dan etika pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pada masyarakat desa Wringinpitu Kecamatan Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi.. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik uji statistic melalui alat bantu program SPSS. Pembahasan dan hasil penelitian, melalui nilai F hitung sebesar 44.961 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (kurang dari 0.05) yang berarti bahwa Kompetensi aparat desa dan Etika Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Yang berarti pula bahwa apabila kompetensi aparat desa mengalami peningkatan dan Etika Pelayanan mengalami peningkatan, maka kepuasan masyarakat juga akan meningkat. Besarnya pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut sebesar 0.481 artinya besarnya pengaruh Kompetensi aparat desa dan Etika Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 48.1%, sedangkan sisanya 51.9% kepuasan masyarakat disebabkan oleh variabel lain. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa, ada pengaruh secara signifikant antara Kompetensi aparat desa dan Etika Pelayanan di desa Wringinpitu Banyuwangi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to compare the concept of decriminalization of narcotics abusers in Thailand and Indonesia, and determine the best concept that can be implemented in Indonesia because decriminalization in Indonesia has not been effective.The type of research used is pure normative legal research, with a comparative approach. The results of Thailand's research in changing policies for decriminalization followed by changes to law enforcement and the criminal justice system, this is very different from our country. The lack of clarity in the legal substance, in this case the Narcotics Law, is the main reason for the failure to implement decriminalization for narcotics abusers. No less important is the culture of law enforcement and society in viewing the decriminalization of narcotics abusers in Indonesia which hinders rehabilitation efforts for narcotics abusers. Different from Thailand, because overcoming narcotics abusers is Thailand's national development agenda, the War of Drugs is carried out with drug control and support from the local community, thereby changing the culture of viewing narcotics abusers as patients, not criminals, which is also accompanied by the construction of rehabilitation facilities and infrastructure in each region. where this has not been done by the government of our country.
