Abstract

Makalah ini mencoba membahas masalah ketenagakerjaan dan pengangguran. Masalah pengangguran perlu dikurangi dan menciptakan lapangan kerja guna meningkatkan dan mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Menciptakan pasar tenaga kerja adalah kunci kemudahan dalam berbisnis. Penerapan kebijakan di Indonesia selama ini belum memberikan kemudahan bagi swasta dan dunia dalam menjalankan usahanya. Sejumlah hal menjadi kendala yaitu perizinan yang lama, biaya yang mahal dan waktu pengerjaan yang lama karena dapat mengganggu terciptanya pekerjaan lapangan yang berkualitas. Aspek kelembagaan merupakan elemen kunci yang perlu ditingkatkan dalam upaya mengurangi pengangguran. Selain itu, pentingnya aspek kelembagaan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pembangunan dengan menciptakan dan memperluas lapangan kerja. Aspek hukum kelembagaan perlu dilakukan pengaturan barang publik dalam aturan formal dan nonformal

Abstract

Community service activities in the national combination program were conducted in Waqf Village, Sukaratu Village, and Majasari Pandeglang District, targeting partner groups of opak food craftsmen and waqf farmer groups. The problem with fostered partners is that no one needs to be able to implement business management, online marketing, or apply innovative technology in standard production processes. Community service in the national service program aims to increase the knowledge and skills of fostered partners in implementing business management, online-based marketing, and technological innovation in the production process. Activity methods include the socialization of national programs, the application of technology in the production process, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity show that the two fostered partners can apply business management, online marketing (e-commerce), and the application of packaging technology with nitrogen injection as well as the application of production with solar dome dryers to dry opaque patches, which is very helpful during the rainy season, can still production. There was an increase in the business of the two fostered partners to reach 80%.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about cooperatives in order to improve the family economy. The method of implementing this community service is counseling related to the formation of cooperatives. The partners of this community service are groups of community institutions engaged in sports and fitness in South Tangerang. The evaluation instrument for the activity uses a pre-test and post-test which are then analyzed descriptively. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in the knowledge of members of the activity related to cooperatives by 65%, an increase in knowledge of the stages of forming a cooperative by 35%. In addition, the participants have the motivation to improve the family economy through the formation of cooperatives in their organizations.

Abstract

In today's competitive business environment, operational efficiency is crucial for organizations to maintain a competitive edge. The integration of automation and the Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a transformative approach to streamline processes and enhance productivity. However, the synergistic impact of these technologies on operational efficiency remains underexplored. This study aims to evaluate the individual and combined effects of automation and IoT on operational efficiency. It seeks to provide empirical evidence on how these technologies contribute to optimizing workflows and decision-making processes. Methodology Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from organizations across multiple industries. Constructs were measured through validated survey instruments, and hypotheses were tested for direct and synergistic effects. The findings indicate that automation significantly enhances operational efficiency by reducing errors and improving process consistency. IoT adoption complements this by enabling real-time insights and improved decision-making. The combined implementation of these technologies demonstrates a moderate synergistic effect, amplifying operational gains. This study underscores the transformative potential of integrating automation and IoT. By leveraging their complementary strengths, organizations can achieve higher levels of efficiency, providing valuable guidance for digital transformation strategies. Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to improve members' skills in utilizing digital marketing to increase sales of MSME products. The method of implementation is counseling on the use of digital marketing as an alternative means of marketing MSME products. The partners for this program are community-based organizations engaged in sports and fitness in South Tangerang. The evaluation instrument used pre-tests and post-tests, which were then analyzed descriptively. The results of this program indicate a 65% increase in members' knowledge of digital marketing for cooperatives and a 35% increase in their knowledge of the stages of using digital marketing to establish a cooperative. Furthermore, participants are motivated to improve their family's income by increasing sales of their MSME products through digital marketing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is its significance in providing scientific and practical contributions to the government's strategy in developing public awareness for handling stunting in Lampung Province. This research method is a literature review which uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. The data sources for this research were obtained from references such as journals, books and other written sources, especially strategic data from the Ministry of Health for Lampung province for 2019-2024. Research results: The Lampung Provincial Government adopted various strategies to develop public awareness regarding stunting. This strategy includes an educational campaign involving relevant parties, such as health workers and teachers, to convey accurate information about the importance of nutrition and healthy feeding practices. Training and counseling are also carried out regularly to provide the public with a deeper understanding of stunting and how to prevent it. The use of effective communication media, such as social media, posters, brochures and educational videos, is an important means of conveying messages related to stunting to the public. Apart from that, active community participation in program planning and implementation is also emphasized, so as to create good cooperation between the government and the community in overcoming stunting in Lampung Province.

Abstract

Deindividuasi dapat menjelaskan kenakalan remaja, khususnya perilaku tawuran antar kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana deindividuasi pada remaja pelaku tawuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, Subjek dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 4 remaja yang melakukan tawuran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bandar lampung. Proses analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Nvivo 12 Plus untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deindividuasi berperan signifikan dalam perilaku tawuran yang dilakukan oleh remaja. Tekanan sosial dan pengaruh teman sebaya, identitas dan loyalitas kelompok, hilangnya kontrol diri, penolakan terhadap nasihat dan opini lain, pembelaan diri dan penghindaran tanggung jawab adalah sejumlah tema yang menjadi temuan pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tradisi Membaca Al-Qur’an adalah amalan yang mulia. Diharapkan dengan tradisi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur’an pelakunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan jawaban apakah tradisi khataman Al-Qur’an berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur’an ibu-ibu majelis Al Battar. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitartif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tradisi khataman qur’an belum berperan secara efektif dalam meningkatkan kualiatas bacaan Al-Qur’an Ibu-ibu majelis Al Battar karena rendahnya pemahaman mereka terhadap ilmu tajwid.

Abstract

Tujuan pembelajaran ini akan dicapai apabila didukung dinamika pembelajaran yang berjalan dengan baik. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dinamika pembelajaran ialah kondisi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran dan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatoris (partisipatory approach). Penelitian ini menerapkan studi pustaka dan sekaligus studi lapangan, namun dibedakan secara tegas dengan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil Dinamika pembelajaran di Indonesia saat ini terganggu secara eksternal oleh krisis wabah Covid-19. Bebebrapa dampak diantaranya; 1) sekolah dialihkan ke rumah melalui proses pembelajaran daring; 2) terjadi transformasi media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi melalui penggunaan Wathshap Group, Zoom, Google Classroom, WebEx, Youtube, dan saluran TV; 3) penyesuaian metode pembelajaran; 4) penyesuaian evaluasi pembelajaran untuk penentuan standar kenaikan kelas dan kelulusan; dan 5) tuntutan kolaborasi orangtua peserta didik di rumah sebagai pengganti guru mengontrol pembelajaran anak.

Abstract

This purpose of this community service activity is to implement a raw material inventory control system at Laven.flo, a micro-enterprise engaged in the production of wire-feather bouquets. The main issue identified is the unstructured inventory management, which often leads to stock surpluses or shortages, thereby disrupting production flow and reducing customer satisfaction. The implementation of this activity adopts a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving the business owner directly in all stages—from problem identification to evaluation. Methods employed include ABC analysis to classify raw materials based on usage value, weekly demand estimation based on historical production data, and the implementation of a simple spreadsheet-based inventory recording system. The results show that the system improves procurement efficiency, reduces storage costs, and minimizes the risk of production delays. Furthermore, the participatory approach enhances the owner's awareness of the importance of data-driven inventory management. Therefore, the system developed can serve as a practical and replicable model for other micro-enterprises with similar characteristics.
