Abstract

This research is motivated by the desire to know the deviations of Islamic understanding in the novel Tuhan Izinkan Aku Menjadi Pelacur! Memoar Luka Seorang Muslimah using discourse analysis as the basis. This type of research conducted by researchers is descriptive qualitative research with interview data, observation and documentation. In this study, the researcher emphasizes on seeing the deviations of Islamic understanding that are conveyed through the texts contained in the novel Tuhan Izinkan Aku Menjadi Pelacur! Memoar Luka Seorang Muslimah. In this case the researcher draws Islamic understanding from three aspects, namely aspects of aqidah (faith), aspects of worship, and aspects of morals which will later be linked to deviations from Islamic understanding in this novel. The results show that in this study there are deviations in Islamic understanding that are contained in the texts of the novel Tuhan Izinkan Aku Menjadi Pelacur! Memoar Luka Seorang Muslimah, starting from the aspects of aqidah (faith), worship and morals.

Abstract

This research aims to reinterpret the concept of Grundnorm proposed by Hans Kelsen in the context of the legal system in Indonesia. Grundnorm or basic norm is a fundamental idea in Kelsen's pure theory of law, which serves as the basis for the validity of the hierarchy of norms in a legal system. In the Indonesian context, the legal system has its own uniqueness with a strong influence from the principles of Pancasila, customary law, and legal pluralism rooted in society. This research uses a juridical-normative approach with critical analysis of the relevance and application of the Grundnorm concept amidst the dynamics of Indonesian law. The results show that the Grundnorm in the Indonesian context can be interpreted as fundamental values contained in Pancasila, which serves as a constitutional and moral foundation for the national legal system. This interpretation strengthens the argument that Pancasila not only functions as a state ideology, but also as a universal value framework that integrates various elements of customary law, religion, and positive law. As such, this research contributes to the development of modern legal theory discourse by highlighting how local and cultural values can interact with global legal theories, such as the Grundnorm, to create an adaptive and relevant legal system for Indonesian society.

Abstract

Abstract: The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social protection program that provides cash assistance to low-income families who are designated as Beneficiary Families (KPM). PKH is a program targeting low-income families, with the primary focus on economically disadvantaged families. PKH is an initiative focused on the development and enhancement of human resources, with a particular emphasis on aspects of education, health, and social welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Family Hope Program Policy in Bojong Village, to find out the factors that hindered the Implementation of the Family Hope Program Policy in Bojong Village, to find out the efforts being made to overcome obstacles to the Implementation of the Family Hope Program Policy in Bojong Village—the third stage of payment and finally the commitment verification. The driving and inhibiting factors for PKH, which were implemented in Bojong Village, Bungbulang District, were that, although not fully implemented, the community acknowledged that this program had helped and provided relief to the community.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam dunia kesehatan telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam layanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah tingginya risiko kesalahan medis dan meningkatnya beban administratif yang dialami perawat, yang pada akhirnya berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana penerapan teknologi dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses keperawatan di lingkungan rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan sistematis. Populasi yang dikaji adalah perawat rumah sakit dengan intervensi berupa penggunaan berbagai teknologi keperawatan dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Strategi pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui database PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci “penerapan teknologi,” “proses keperawatan,” dan “teknologi keperawatan.” Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2025 serta tersedia dalam format full text. Artikel yang tidak relevan, duplikat, atau tanpa metode penelitian yang jelas dieliminasi. Dari hasil seleksi, diperoleh empat artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Electronic Health Records (EHR), Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS), Mobile Nursing Systems, dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, akurasi dokumentasi, pengambilan keputusan klinis, serta keselamatan pasien. Kesimpulannya, penerapan teknologi terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas keperawatan di rumah sakit, namun keberhasilannya bergantung pada faktor pelatihan, kesiapan infrastruktur, serta penerimaan dan adaptasi tenaga keperawatan terhadap inovasi tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, solvency, and activity ratios on profitability (Return on Assets/ROA) in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2024. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the results reveal that the activity ratio (Total Asset Turnover/TATO) significantly and positively affects profitability. In contrast, the liquidity ratio (Loan to Deposit Ratio/LDR) and solvency ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER) do not significantly influence profitability. These findings highlight that efficient asset management plays a crucial role in enhancing bank performance. Empirically, this implies that banking firms should prioritize asset utilization strategies to improve financial outcomes. From a managerial perspective, the results suggest the need for focused efforts on optimizing operational efficiency over merely maintaining liquidity or adjusting capital structure.
