Abstract

Saat ini, pengguna Labkom belum menggunakan sistem pengaman untuk akses penggunaan PC. Penggunaan pengaman dengan identifikasi pengguna PC di Labkom penting, khususnya peserta kuliah praktik terjadwal. Oleh karena itu, dibuat alat dengan identifikasi peserta mata kuliah praktik menggunakan QR Code. Perancangan alat/sistem pengaman menggunakan perangkat keras (hardware) dan perangkat lunak (software). Hardware terdiri dari Webcam, Layar TFT Raspberry Pi, sebagai mikrokontroler, router sebagai pendistribusi IP Adress. Webcam mengidentifikasi dan memverifikasi data pada pola QR Code peserta kuliah praktis. Identifikasi dilakukan saat peserta melakukan pendaftaran (login). Hasil Data kemudian disimpan pada database. Peserta kuliah praktis memiliki akses untuk menggunakan PC serta mengakses E-Learning di Labkom setelah Data pola QR Code terverifikasi dengan data pada database.

Abstract

Liberica coffee is one of the superior commodities in Cipasung Village, which has the potential to be developed through agritourism and community empowerment. However, Liberica coffee SMEs in this area face various challenges, including limited market access, processing technology, and product promotion. This study aims to optimize the potential of Liberica coffee SMEs by developing agritourism and Sharing Sessions with students from Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that agritourism not only increases the economic value of coffee but also enhances community knowledge through direct visitor participation in the coffee production process. Additionally, Sharing Sessions with students provide insights into product innovation and marketing strategies. This holistic approach is expected to strengthen local economic sustainability and increase the competitiveness of Liberica coffee SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, solvency, and activity ratios on profitability (Return on Assets/ROA) in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2024. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the results reveal that the activity ratio (Total Asset Turnover/TATO) significantly and positively affects profitability. In contrast, the liquidity ratio (Loan to Deposit Ratio/LDR) and solvency ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER) do not significantly influence profitability. These findings highlight that efficient asset management plays a crucial role in enhancing bank performance. Empirically, this implies that banking firms should prioritize asset utilization strategies to improve financial outcomes. From a managerial perspective, the results suggest the need for focused efforts on optimizing operational efficiency over merely maintaining liquidity or adjusting capital structure.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of craftsmen's experience on construction project productivity in Cirebon. Using a productivity rating method based on perception, productivity was quantitatively measured through foreman observations. The results indicate that craftsmen's experience has a significant influence, contributing 40.4% to productivity. A strong positive correlation (ρ = 0.557) was also found between experience and work quality, indicating that more experienced workers tend to be more productive and efficient. The implications of this study emphasize that workers' experience is a key factor in achieving optimal productivity. Additionally, work quality, safety, and discipline are essential elements that must be considered to enhance project success.
