Abstract

Student perception is the way students see in summarizing the various information obtained while interpreting it so that it forms a mindset towards various phenomena that occur. Student perceptions are divided into four dimensions, namely internal, external, knowledge, and benefit dimensions. This study aims to determine student perceptions of mathematics teaching modules implemented in the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. This study involved seventh grade students. Data were collected through student response questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study are that the internal dimension is in the good category with a result of 71.2%. In the external dimension, the result is 71.4% which is included in the good category. In the knowledge dimension, the result is 71.3% which is included in the good category. In the benefit dimension, the result is 70.9% which is included in the good category. The results show that from the four dimensions of perception show that students have a good perception of the use of the independent curriculum teaching module used in daily mathematics learn.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the students' reflections on learning with scaffolding done by student teachers. To achieve the purpose of this research, a research design is used with the approach of concurrent embedded strategy of mixed methods with the research subjects being students of eleventh grade SMA Assaadah. The instruments used to collect data in this research are questionnare sheet and interview guide which have been declared valid by two experts. The results of data analysis show that the level of satisfaction of each statement of the learning reflection questionnaire with scaffolding answered by students, there are 10 items of the statement answered with a very satisfied index and 7 items of the statement answered with a satisfied index. The average of the satisfaction index results from all the student questionnaire’s answers is 3.32 which is in the criteria of very satisfied with the learning with scaffolding index. Based on the interview results, it is also known that scaffolding helps them to build a better understanding of how the learning process takes place. They can recognise that learning is a journey that involves trials, failures, and learning from mistakes. Students who receive scaffolding are more likely to appreciate the support they receive from the teacher. They can understand the important role of that support in helping them achieve a better understanding.Keywords: Reflection, Scaffolding, Student’s Satisfaction, Instructional

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul ajar kurikulum merdeka berbasis STEM-PBL pada materi statistika yang layak dari aspek valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa SMA Assa’adah Bungah pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4D yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (perencanaan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran). Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian terdiri atas instrumen pengujian kevalidan berupa lembar validasi, istrumen pengujian kepraktisan berupa angket respon guru dan siswa, dan instrumen keefektifan berdasarkan dari hasil asesmen sumatif dan asesmen formatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar yang dikembangkan berdasarkan aspek kevalidan memperoleh skor 3,8 yang termasuk kategori sangat valid. Nilai kepraktisan diperoleh dari angket respon guru dengan skor 3,5 dan angket respon siswa diperoleh skor 3,6 dengan kategori sangat praktis. Selanjutnya, aspek keefektifan dari asesmen sumatif diperoleh skor rata-rata 88,7 yang termasuk kategori efektif. . Kata kunci: Modul Ajar, STEM, Problem Based Learning, Statistika, Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

The role of teachers is as teachers, mentors, and educators. As a teacher, teachers carry out education, creating effective and enjoyable learning. As mentors, teachers help students recognize themselves and their problems and solve their problems. As educators, teachers facilitate the process of recognizing and maturing students through learning. This research aims to find out evaluation of the role of teachers on the implementation of an independent curriculum mathematics learning. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This study examined mathematics teachers. The data collection method used was by conducting document analysis, observation, and interviews. The documents analyzed were teaching modules. Data analysis was conducted this was is done by minimizing amount of data, presenting data, and making conclusions. All of this was done using the triangulation techniqueThe results of observation and interview results are analyzed using completeness and content of the documents.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan keefektifan dari model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) atas pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Model pembelajaran PBL ini dipilih guna meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika pada siswa. Penggunaan model PBL akan bisa membantu dan mendukung siswa dalam menguasai konsep atas materi yang telah diajarkan dengan lebih mendalam. Konsep tersebut diterapkan dalam pemecahan masalah dimana hal ini akan menguatkan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam bentuk eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperiment guna mengetahui mengenai gejala atau pengaruh pada variabel-variabel sebagai akibat dari perlakuan tertentu. Bentuk desain pre-eksperiment yang akan dipilih adalah one group pretest-posttest design dimana sampel akan diberikan pretest sebelum perlakuan dan kemudian diberikan posttest setelah perlakuan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 28 siswa dari kelas VII-F yang merupakan kelas eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes tertulis berbentuk uraian sebanyak 7 soal pretest dan 7 soal posttest. Hasil uji normalitas menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa data telah terdistribusi normal dimana nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh saat pretest adalah  dan posttest adalah . Dari hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000  yang menunjukkan bahwa antara nilai mean pretest dengan nilai mean posttest terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, artinya model pembelajaran PBL mempengaruhi pemahaman konsep matematika siswa pada materi Persamaan Linear Satu Variabel. Kemudian analisis keefektivan N-Gain menurut hake, dari hasil perhitungan, diperoleh nilai mean sebesar 51,64 dengan kategori tingkat efektivitas model pembelajaran PBL kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika pada siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of a teaching module by utilizing a problem-based learning model, namely problem-based learning by focusing on feasible opportunity material by considering 3 aspects, namely valid, practical, and effective. This development research model uses the 4D model, which includes 4 stages namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year at SMA Assa'adah Bungah. The results of the research that has been carried out, prove that the teaching module produced is declared valid by getting a score of 3.3, which puts it in the valid category. The teacher response questionnaire scored 3.1, which placed it in the practical category, and the learner response questionnaire scored 3.7, which placed it in the very practical category. In addition, three observers found that the analysis of the learning implementation sheet was effective with an average score of 94% for the fully implemented category and through the summative test results obtained an average score of 90 for the very effective category. Since all three aspects of the teaching module assessment have been met, the teaching module is suitable for use.

Abstract

Era kurikulum merdeka menghadirkan berbagai perubahan dan tantangan baru bagi guru. Beberapa kekurangan yang mungkin dihadapi oleh guru dalam era kurikulum merdeka yang patut mendapat sorotan adalah beban kerja yang lebih besar karena banyak hal yang harus dipenuhi oleh guru dalam hal menyusun materi, penilaian, dan pelaporan kemajuan siswa. Hal tersebut menjadi masalah yang sangat besar terutama bagi guru yang tidak terbiasa dengan teknologi atau lingkungan mengajar yang kurang mendukung infrastruktur teknologi. Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru Madrasah Aliyah Nadhotul Ulama Petung untuk menyusun modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka dengan bantuan teknologi yaitu Chat GPT. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah Focus Grup Discussion dan workshop. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dua sesi yaitu tanggal 24 November 2023 untuk FGD tentang modul ajar kurikulum merdeka dan 26 November 2023 untuk workshop penyusunan modul ajar kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 20 orang guru dari beberapa mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di MA NU Petung. Dari hasil workshop didapat nilai rata-rata untuk kelengkapan modul ajar yang dibuat oleh guru sebesar 79%.
