Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of drug control analysis using the EOQ and ROP methods with profit levels at RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau. The research conducted is operational research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation and interview methods. The analysis technique uses data reduction analysis, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn in this study are 1) Availability of drugs at RSIA there are 6 types of drugs, namely liquid drugs, tablets, capsules, suppositories, injectable drugs and implants. 2) Availability of drugs prior to implementation of the EOQ and ROP methods related to the type and quantity of drugs cannot be sufficient to meet the needs because there are still several drugs which cannot be met in a timely manner to fulfill their needs. 3) Availability of drugs has been implemented by applying the EOQ and ROP methods in the pharmaceutical warehouse when viewed from the type and quantity of drugs that are sufficient to meet the wishes of the pharmaceutical installation in a timely manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Perindustrian dan perdaganagan Kota Lubuklinggau. Dari hasil rekapitulasi hasil regresi linear sederhana Y = 39,831 + 0,372 X1. Dari persamaan nilai estimasi fungsi regresi di atas menunjukan bahwa nilai konstanta yang diperoleh adalah sebesar a = 39,831. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tanpa dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas Konflik (X1), maka Motivasi (Y) adalah sebesar 39,831 satuan. Nilai koefisien regresi mewakili variabel Konflik yang diperoleh sebesar b1 = 0,372, menunjukkan bahwa setiap perubahan satu satu pada Konflik, maka Motivasi akan berubah berbanding lurus, yakni sebesar 0,372 satuan.Untuk melihat pengaruh parsial dari masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dapat dijelaskan dengan menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t dapat dijelaskan, bahwa Variabel Konflik (X1) terhadap Motivasi (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung = 4,123 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (1,998) dengan tingkat signifikansi sig.= 0,05 dengan ttabel = n–1–1 = 65-1-1=63. Hal ini berarti secara parsial variabel Konflik (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Motivasi (Y) Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Products and Promotions on VIVO Brand Smartphone Purchasing Decisions in Lubuklinggau City. This research is a type of quantitative research. The research sample was 40 people. In this study using primary and secondary data sources. The results of the study of Product Variables partially influenced the VIVO Brand Smartphone Purchase Decision variable in Lubuklinggau City, this was evidenced from the tcount greater than ttable, which was 5.871>2.021 and a significant level of sig = 0.10. Promotion variable partially influences the VIVO Brand Smartphone Purchase Decision variable in Lubuklinggau City, this is evidenced from the tcount greater than ttable, namely 3,441> 2,021 and a significant level of sig = 0.10. Product and Promotion variables simultaneously influence the VIVO Brand Smartphone Purchase Decision in Lubuklinggau City, this is evidenced from the fcount value = 56,853 greater than the ftabel value= 3.25 and theprobability (sig. 0,000) is smaller or less than 0.05.
