Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Kemampuan Kerja dan Komitmen Pegawai yang belum diterapkan dengan baik, sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas Kinerja Pegawai yang belum maksimal pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Lubuklinggau.Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data, dengan cara melakukan pengamatan langsung serta mencatat fenomena yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian (observasi), pembagian daftar pertanyaan kepada responden (kuesioner), dan dokumentasi dengan cara mencatat dan mengumpulkan dokumen informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kemampuan Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) memperlihatkan secara parsial variabel kemampuan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel Komitmen Pegawai (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) memperlihatkan secara parsial variabel komitmen pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel bebas penelitian Kemampuan Kerja dan Komitmen Pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

The issue in this study is that the Hambalayo café service is still subpar, and the food delivered does not always have a nice high quality taste. This is owing to a lack of employee dependability, which also has an impact on the food served. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Cafe Hambalayo in Lubuklinggau City. The research method adopted is quantitative. The Likert scale is used as a measurement scale. With a sample of 100 respondents, the population in this study was Hambalayo cafe customers. Through the direct distribution of questionnaires, primary data was collected. Regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, coefficient of determination, and f test are among the data analysis techniques used. From this research, it can be concluded that: service quality influences customer satisfaction significantly; facilities influence customer quality significantly; service quality influences customer loyalty significantly; and facilities influence customer loyalty significantly. Customer happiness and loyalty are significantly impacted by the quality of service and facilities at Cafe Hambalayo in Lubuklinggau City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of drug control analysis using the EOQ and ROP methods with profit levels at RSIA Ananda Lubuklinggau. The research conducted is operational research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation and interview methods. The analysis technique uses data reduction analysis, data presentation and conclusions. Based on the analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn in this study are 1) Availability of drugs at RSIA there are 6 types of drugs, namely liquid drugs, tablets, capsules, suppositories, injectable drugs and implants. 2) Availability of drugs prior to implementation of the EOQ and ROP methods related to the type and quantity of drugs cannot be sufficient to meet the needs because there are still several drugs which cannot be met in a timely manner to fulfill their needs. 3) Availability of drugs has been implemented by applying the EOQ and ROP methods in the pharmaceutical warehouse when viewed from the type and quantity of drugs that are sufficient to meet the wishes of the pharmaceutical installation in a timely manner.

Abstract

This research examines the moderating effect of competency on the relationship between work environment and work performance of Lubuklinggau Environmental Service employees who were members of the State Civil Service (ASN). Finding out how much impact employee competence has on the correlation between these two factors and output is the main objective of this research. This research used a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires. Lubuklinggau Environmental Service staff from ASN were used as research samples. To test the research hypothesis, we used moderation analysis and multiple regressions. Employee performance was positively influenced by the work environment and behavioral integrity, according to the research. In contrast, the relationship between workplace integrity, employee performance, and behavioral integrity was influenced by the employee's skill level. Organizational management should pay attention to the work environment, behavioral integrity, and the need to develop employee competency in order to improve the performance of ASN workers. These results were very important in this regard. With luck, this research will increase knowledge about public sector human resource management and provide an idea of ​​how ASN staff can work more efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji variabel promosi yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli kopi selangit melalui kemasan produk. Selain itu, penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei. Untuk mengumpulkan data, kuesioner dibagikan kepada agen penjualan kopi Selangit yang berada di wilayah kecamatan Selangit,. karena jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Selanjutnya, alat bantu analisis SmartPLS digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dengan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, semua indikator yang digunakan untuk menilai variabel promosi, kemasan produk, dan keputusan pembelian semuanya valid. Semua indikator memiliki tingkat validitas yang tinggi jika nilai loading lebih dari 0,70. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel dalam penelitian ini memenuhi syarat reliabilitas dengan nilai alpha cronbach lebih dari 0,70, nilai reliabilitas komposit lebih dari 0,70, dan AVE lebih dari 0,70. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi sangat bermanfaat dan signifikan dalam hal kemasan produk dan keputusan pembelian. Hal yang sama, kemasan produk juga positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen lebih mempertimbangkan promosi untuk menghindari risiko, terutama produk baru dengan sedikit informasi atau ketidakpastian. Kemasan produk juga memastikan produk aman dan dapat dikonsumsi oleh konsumen sesuai dengan janjinya. Desain kemasan yang menarik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya dapat melindungi produk agar tidak rusak saat berada di tangan konsumen dan membuatnya lebih menarik untuk dibeli.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital transformation on the performance of the Lubuklinggau City Post Office, framed within the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. The introduction highlights the necessity of adapting to digital advancements in public services, emphasizing the importance of efficiency, ethical practices, and community welfare. As the digital era progresses, public institutions must evolve to meet the changing needs of society while adhering to fundamental Islamic values. The methodology employed in this qualitative research involved direct observations and interviews with employees and management at the Lubuklinggau City Post Office. The researchers aimed to gather insights into the current digital initiatives implemented and their effects on service delivery and employee performance. The data collection process was structured in two stages: initial observations to understand the general context, followed by focused interviews to extract specific information relevant to the research objectives. The results indicate that the Lubuklinggau City Post Office has successfully integrated various digital services, such as electronic payments and online tracking systems, which have significantly improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Employees reported enhanced performance due to clearer regulations and the availability of digital tools that facilitate their tasks. However, challenges such as information literacy and the potential for misinformation in the digital landscape were also identified. In the discussion, the findings are analyzed through the lens of Maqashid Syariah, illustrating how the digital transformation aligns with the principles of protecting assets and promoting community welfare. The study concludes that while digital transformation presents challenges, it also offers substantial opportunities for enhancing public service delivery, provided that ethical considerations and community needs are prioritized. This research contributes to the understanding of how public institutions can navigate the complexities of digital transformation while remaining committed to their core values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Musi Rawas yaitu sebanyak 35 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai Dinas Badan Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama yaitu lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis uji t yang menunjukan nilai t hitung = 9,711 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (35-1=34) = 2,032 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hipotesis kedua yaitu disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung = 10,793 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (35-1=34) = 2,032 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.. Dan hipotesis ketiga yaitu lingkungan kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung= 110,436 lebih besar dari nilai F tabel 3,295 dengan tingkat signifikan = 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The problem in this research is product quality, where there is still a lack of product innovation, product attractiveness, there is still a lack of information on the characteristic features and the impression of the quality of the products being marketed. Then the quality of service, there is still a lack of reliability and responsiveness in serving the wishes of consumers. Purchasing decisions, there is still a lack of conveying information about prices, there is still a lack of strategy in marketing and consumer doubts regarding the accuracy of purchasing decisions. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction, service to consumers has not been maximized, there is still a lack of consumer comments on products, and there is still a lack of attention to products in promoting sales. This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable (Case Study at PT. Mandala Multi Finance, Tbk Lubuklinggau Branch). In this study, a four-item variable questionnaire method was used, namely Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2), Purchase Decision (Y) and Consumer Satisfaction (I). The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and FTest. From the results of the Multiple Regression Analysis, the equation Ŷ = 4.754+0.101 X1+0.823 X2 is obtained. Furthermore, from the analysis, the value of Rsquare (R2) is 0.918 or 91.8%. This value gives the understanding that Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) contribute 91.8% to the Purchase Decision (Y). While the remaining 8.2% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. Based on the results of the Anova calculation (Ftest), it can be seen that the Fcount value is 219.193 with a significant level of 0.000 while Ftable with α = 5% and (n-k-1) or (42-2-1) = 39. And the numerator (k-2 ) is 3.238. Fcount (219.193) > Ftable (3.238), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence between Product Quality and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic framework for aligning human resource (HR) investments with financial objectives and broader business goals to enhance organizational performance. Through a qualitative literature review, this research synthesizes existing literature to understand the dynamics between strategic HR management, financial planning, and organizational outcomes, thereby elucidating how strategic alignment can optimize budget allocation in HR. The research methodology encompasses a comprehensive review of scholarly articles, foundational texts, and empirical studies related to strategic human resource management (SHRM). The focus is on how integration of HR functions with organizational strategies can contribute to enhanced financial performance and competitive advantage. By examining studies from the past three decades, this review highlights how effectively aligned HR practices support not only immediate operational goals but also long-term strategic objectives. Findings indicate that organizations demonstrating a high degree of strategic alignment in HR practices, such as recruitment, training, and compensation, see improved financial outcomes and organizational agility. The study reveals that investments in HR are most effective when meticulously aligned with an organization's strategic vision, emphasizing the importance of a dual approach where HR not only supports but actively drives strategic decisions. Furthermore, the integration of advanced analytics and technology in HR processes emerges as a significant enhancer of this alignment, enabling more precise decision-making and real-time adjustments in strategy. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing a detailed analysis of the mechanisms through which strategic HR alignment impacts organizational performance and by proposing a framework for organizations to optimize their HR budget allocation in line with strategic goals.
