Abstract

Abstract This study aims to know whether there is a significant influence of using Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model on students’ physic achievement on the topic heat at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Nagajuang. The research was conducted by using experimental method with 60 students as the sample and they were taken by using total sampling technique. Test and observation were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analyzes, it could be found that a) the average of using TPS learning was 91.06 (very good category) and (b) the average of students’ heat achievement before using TPS learning model was 60 (less category) and after using TPS leaning model was 89.77(very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using ttestone tail, the result showed that ttable was less than tobserved (1.91<8.51), it means, there is a significant influence of using TPS learning model on students’ physic achievement on the topic heat at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Nagajuang.

Abstract

This study examines the illumination of the Kanjeng Kyai Al Qur'an manuscript, an ancient Quranic manuscript completed in 1799 in Surakarta, now preserved at the Yogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace. As a religious text and a work of art, this manuscript reflects the artistic skills and spirituality of the Yogyakarta community in the 18th century. The research explores the fusion of Islamic art styles, such as arabesques and geometric motifs, with traditional Javanese elements rich in philosophical symbolism. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this study maps the historical context, illumination techniques, and materials used in the manuscript's creation, as well as its relevance to art education and the character of the Yogyakarta community. Findings indicate that the illumination of this manuscript integrates aesthetics, symbolism, and spiritual values, making it a source of inspiration for contemporary art and a medium for cultural heritage preservation. The implications of this research include enriching the art education curriculum, fostering character development based on local values, and strengthening cultural identity in the era of globalization. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem analisis kinerja karyawan berbasis web untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) di PT Jembatan Data Pangrango, sebuah perusahaan penyedia layanan internet di Sukabumi. Sistem analisis kinerja karyawan manual yang sebelumnya digunakan menyebabkan inefisiensi dalam memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja. Dengan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD), sistem ini dibangun untuk mencatat absensi, mendeteksi anomali, dan menganalisis pola kinerja karyawan berdasarkan data historis. Sistem ini juga mampu memprediksi performa karyawan secara individual dan memberikan rekomendasi pelatihan yang sesuai untuk peningkatan kinerja. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mendeteksi pola ketidakhadiran, keterlambatan, dan lembur, sehingga memudahkan perusahaan dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja dan perencanaan pengembangan karyawan secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas iluminasi pada manuskrip Kanjeng Kyai Al Qur'an, sebuah mushaf Al-Qur'an kuno yang diselesaikan pada tahun 1799 di Surakarta dan kini disimpan di Keraton Yogyakarta Hadiningrat. Manuskrip ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai teks religius, tetapi juga sebagai karya seni rupa yang mencerminkan keterampilan artistik serta spiritualitas masyarakat Yogyakarta pada abad ke-18. Iluminasi yang menghiasi manuskrip tersebut menunjukkan perpaduan antara gaya seni Islam, seperti arabesque dan motif geometris, dengan elemen-elemen tradisional Jawa yang sarat makna filosofis. Penelitian ini menyoroti konteks kesejarahan manuskrip tersebut serta implikasinya bagi pendidikan seni rupa. Dengan mempelajari iluminasi ini, para pelajar seni rupa dapat memahami bagaimana estetika, simbolisme, dan nilai-nilai spiritual diintegrasikan dalam seni tradisional. Lebih jauh, penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya karya seni tradisional sebagai sumber inspirasi bagi perkembangan seni kontemporer, serta mendorong pelestarian warisan budaya Yogyakarta dalam menghadapi arus globalisasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya kurikulum pendidikan seni rupa, terutama dalam bidang sejarah seni dan desain grafis.

Abstract

This summarizes the implementation of a training program aimed at enhancing teachers’ competencies in utilizing paper waste as an innovative and sustainable teaching media. The activity commenced with thorough preparation, including the development of training materials, tools, and practical supplies, as well as preparing discussion and evaluation facilities. The implementation involved lectures, live demonstrations, interactive discussions, and independent hands-on practice, with close supervision from the team of instructors. Participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also practical experience in creating handprinted textiles from paper waste. Ongoing mentorship was provided to ensure the application of the training results in school environments and to support the continuous development of innovative and eco-friendly creations. Through an interactive approach and direct practice, this activity successfully improved participants’ skills in producing environmentally friendly craftworks and fostered awareness of creative waste management. The outcomes of this training are expected to enrich teachers’ competencies and increase awareness of environmentally responsible innovations. Overall, this program contributed positively to the development of craft education and environmental sustainability, opening opportunities for similar activities to be implemented more broadly and sustainably in the future.
