Abstract

Maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure involves managing and organizing these resources to ensure they are always in good condition and ready for use to achieve educational goals. This research aims to investigate the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 5 Satu Atap Pangkalan Lampam. The type of research used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this research is ensured through time triangulation, technique triangulation, and source triangulation. The results indicate that the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 5 Satu Atap Pangkalan Lampam is quite good. This is evident from the awareness, understanding, organization, implementation, and documentation aspects. Supporting factors include adequate funding and good cooperation between teachers and students in classroom maintenance activities. The inhibiting factors are mainly due to a lack of awareness and understanding among students regarding the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The concept of Rohis Da'wah is a common practice in Islamic schools, which has been widely used to promote religious tolerance and tolerance among Muslim students. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the effectiveness of principals' strategies in promoting religious tolerance in schools. The research findings would highlight the principal's effectiveness in fostering religious tolerance and shed light on the broader impact of such efforts on creating a more harmonious and accepting society. The research shows that students exposed to different religious beliefs gain a broader understanding of the world and develop stronger critical thinking skills. Furthermore, the findings of this research would provide valuable insights into the long-term effects of such initiatives and their significance for the students' future lives and society as a whole.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran perencanaan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu kelulusan serta unsur pendukung dan penghambat. Kepala sekolah menjadi narasumber utama dalam penelitian kualitatif ini, dengan perspektif siswa dan instruktur sebagai informan pendukung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan adalah tiga dari pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan bersama-sama. Berdasarkan temuan studi tersebut, SMAN 1 Semende Darat Laut telah melakukan persiapan strategis yang baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusannya. Hal ini terlihat dari perencanaan strategis yang telah diselesaikan, termasuk peningkatan kemampuan guru, inisiatif pendidikan baru, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, dan pertumbuhan ekstrakurikuler. Keinginan untuk mendorong pendidikan berkelanjutan, kepemimpinan yang baik antara pemimpin dan bawahan, dan semua instruktur bergelar sarjana adalah elemen yang mendukung. Kurangnya sumber daya, infrastruktur, dan waktu untuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, sebaliknya, adalah masalah yang menghambat siswa untuk lulus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Pelaksanaan Program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an di SD Islam Cendikia Faiha Palembang serta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan informan seperti Kepala Sekolah, Pembina tahfidz, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pelaksanaan Program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an berjalan cukup baik dengan koordinasi, motivasi, komunikasi, dan pengarahan yang baik. Faktor pendukungnya termasuk tersedianya guru qiraah/tahfidz, fasilitas seperti musholla, dan dukungan lingkungan. Faktor penghambatnya termasuk pengaturan waktu antara tahfidz dan sekolah, perbedaan tingkat kecerdasan siswa, dan kurangnya kerja sama dengan orang tua siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan di SMPN 53 Palembang. Metode penelitiana menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan mencakup lima aspek utama, yaitu penyadaran, pemahaman, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pendataan. Setiap aspek ini mencakup disiplin, tanggung jawab, kepedulian, pengecekan keadaan, serta pemeliharaan rutin dan berkala. Penyadaran dan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya pemeliharaan telah ditanamkan pada staf perpustakaan, sementara pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan dilakukan secara terstruktur. Pendataan yang baik memastikan pemeliharaan yang berkelanjutan dan terjadwal. Secara keseluruhan, pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan di SMPN 53 Palembang telah mendukung fungsi perpustakaan yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Smart Madrasah as a technology-based innovation in Islamic education management in strengthening students’ religious values at MA Negeri 1 Palembang. The background of this research is based on the demands of educational transformation in the digital era, which require Islamic educational institutions to integrate technology into educational management without neglecting Islamic values. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, involving the principal, teachers, and students as research informants. The results show that the implementation of Smart Madrasah is carried out through the utilization of digital technology in learning management, administration, and religious activities. This includes the use of learning applications, digital religious media, and integrated madrasah information systems. This innovation contributes to the development of students’ religious culture, such as improving discipline in worship, enhancing understanding of Islamic values, and strengthening religious character in daily life. However, several challenges were identified in its implementation, including limitations in infrastructure, teachers’ digital competence, and students’ readiness to optimally utilize technology. In conclusion, Smart Madrasah as a technology-based innovation in Islamic education management plays a strategic role in strengthening students’ religious values, although it requires continuous support in terms of infrastructure development and human resource capacity building.
