Abstract

Indeks kedalaman kemiskinan merupakan ukuran rata-rata kesenjangan penyebaran pengeluaran masing-masing penduduk terhadap garis kemiskinan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi indeks kedalaman kemiskinan, baik dari indikator kesehatan, SDM maupun ekonomi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah pemodelan statistika untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi indeks kedalaman kemiskinan di Indonesia. Data kemiskinan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersumber dari data SUSENAS yang berupa data longitudinal dengan individu pengamatan adalah seluruh kabupaten/kota di Indonesia dari tahun 2008 sampai 2012. Analisis data longitudinal tidak cukup menggunakan OLS karena beberapa asumsi OLS seperti homokedastisitas dan tidak ada autokorelasi sulit terpenuhi pada analisa data longitudinal karena cendurung adanya pengaruh antar individu dan antar waktu pengamatan dalam model. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut digunakan metode Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) yang digunakan untuk menaksir parameter model data longitudinal. GMM adalah metode penaksiran parameter yang fokus utamanya adalah meminimalkan fungsi kuadratik untuk mencari parameter . Analisis GMM untuk data longitudinal pada penelitian ini denganRandom Effect. Dengan menggunakan model Random Effect maka kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah semakin tinggi Rata-rata lama sekolah (X1), Angka Melek Huruf penduduk usia 15-55 tahun (X3), Persentase rumah tangga yang menggunakan air bersih (X5) dan Angka harapan hidup (X6) maka indeks kedalaman kemiskinan akan semakin kecil. Sedangkan jika semakin tinggi Persentase rumah tangga yang pernah membeli beras raskin (X4) maka indeks kedalaman kemiskinan juga semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Pesisir Sembulang terletak Kelurahan Sembulang, Kota Batam, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau yang merupakan kawasanpariwisata,pemukimandanjugaterdapatkegiatanadministratif pemerintahan. Peta erosi pantai merupakan suatu peta yang menyajikan informasi tentang titik erosi pantai di Pesisir Sembulang. Erosi merupakan perpindahan material tanah dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain oleh media tertentu, seperti air, angin dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi erosi pantai di Kawasan Pesisir Sembulang. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data lapangan dari foto udara yang diambil dengan drone DJI Phantom 4. Selanjutnya untuk mendapatkan hasil foto udara yang diolah di agisoft menjadi Ortofoto. Hasil dari Ortofoto itu yang dijadikan peta dasar untuk pengolahan peta erosi pantai di kawasan pesisir sembulang. Peta erosi pantai dapat ditampilkan dengan menggunakan foto udara.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk pemahaman individu tentang nilai-nilai dan konsep-konsep agama islam. Dalam konteks globalisasi yang terus berkembang, kebutuhan akan pemahaman yang inklusif terhadap keragaman agama semakin mendesak. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi potensi integrasi konsep Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) ke dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep agama. Melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT, kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari penerapan strategi pembelajaran ini dieksplorasi secara mendalam. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa SRL memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan belajar mandiri, meningkatkan refleksi diri, dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Namun, tantangan seperti tingkat kemandirian siswa yang beragam dan kebutuhan akan dukungan guru yang kuat juga diidentifikasi. Berdasarkan temuan ini, beberapa rekomendasi diberikan, termasuk pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih terintegrasi dengan SRL, pelatihan guru yang lebih intensif, dan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis SRL dapat digunakan secara efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep agama Islam, serta menawarkan panduan bagi pendidik dan peneliti dalam menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam.Abstract: Islamic religious education is crucial in shaping an individual's understanding of Islamic values and concepts. In the context of ever-evolving globalization, the need for an inclusive sense of religious diversity is increasingly urgent. This article explores the potential integration of Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning as a solution to improve understanding of religious concepts. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of implementing this learning strategy are explored in depth through a SWOT analysis approach. The results show that SRL allows students to develop self-study skills, enhance self-reflection, and integrate religious values into their daily lives. However, challenges such as diverse levels of student independence and the need for solid teacher support were also identified. Based on these findings, several recommendations were given, including developing a curriculum that is more integrated with SRL, more intensive teacher training, and integrating technology in Learning. This article contributes to understanding how SRL-based learning approaches can be used effectively to enhance understanding of Islamic religious concepts, as well as offer guidance for educators and researchers facing challenges and seizing opportunities in the context of Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan Islam telah menjadi aspek fundamental dalam masyarakat Muslim, membentuk nilai, keyakinan, dan perilaku individu. Di era kontemporer, lanskap pendidikan berkembang pesat, menuntut refleksi terhadap kondisi terkini dan proyeksi masa depan pendidikan Islam agar tetap relevan dan transformatif. Artikel ini mengkaji perubahan pendidikan Islam melalui analisis literatur dan SWOT, serta menyoroti kebutuhan integrasi subjek modern seperti sains, teknologi, teknik, seni, dan matematika dalam kerangka pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang dikumpulkan dari database akademik seperti Google Scholar, JSTOR, dan ProQuest. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SWOT untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan signifikan seperti kurangnya inovasi metode pengajaran, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan akses yang tidak merata ke pendidikan berkualitas. Namun, terdapat peluang besar dalam kemajuan teknologi, peningkatan kesadaran global, dan potensi kemitraan dengan institusi internasional. Transformasi pendidikan Islam membutuhkan inovasi dalam metode pengajaran, adopsi pendekatan interaktif dan kontekstual, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan relevansi pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam juga harus menjawab isu sosial kontemporer seperti keadilan sosial, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan kepemimpinan etis, sehingga siswa dapat berkembang menjadi warga global yang bertanggung jawab dengan integritas moral dan spiritual yang kuat. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada diskusi akademik mengenai pendidikan Islam dan mendorong praktik pendidikan yang lebih adaptif dan transformatif.Abstract: Islamic education has been a fundamental aspect of Muslim society, shaping individuals' values, beliefs, and behaviors. In the contemporary era, the educational landscape is rapidly evolving, demanding reflection on the current state and future projections of Islamic education to remain relevant and transformative. This article examines changes in Islamic education through literature analysis and SWOT, highlighting the need for integrating modern subjects such as science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics within the Islamic education framework. The research employs a qualitative approach with literature studies collected from academic databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, and ProQuest. Data is analyzed using the SWOT method to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Islamic education. The findings reveal that Islamic education faces significant challenges such as a lack of innovative teaching methods, limited resources, and unequal access to quality education. However, there are substantial opportunities in technological advancements, increasing global awareness, and potential partnerships with international institutions. Transforming Islamic education requires innovation in teaching methods, adopting interactive and contextual approaches, and utilizing information and communication technology to enhance engagement and educational relevance. Islamic education must also address contemporary social issues such as social justice, environmental sustainability, and ethical leadership, enabling students to develop into responsible global citizens with strong moral and spiritual integrity. This article aims to contribute to the academic discussion on Islamic education and encourage more adaptive and transformative educational practices.

Abstract

This research examines the effects of internal control, compliance, management remuneration, and work ethic on auditors' ethical behavior. The study involved 46 auditors from a public accounting firm in Central Jakarta, using purposive sampling. Both quantitative and descriptive statistical methods, along with multiple linear analysis, were employed. Data was collected through a questionnaire assessing internal control, compliance, management compensation, work ethic, and auditors' ethical behavior. Findings reveal that internal control and compensation significantly influence auditors' ethical behavior. However, management compensation alone does not have a significant effect. Work ethic also has a substantial impact on ethical behavior. Collectively, internal control, compliance, management compensation, and work ethic significantly affect auditors' ethical behavior. Managerial implications include the necessity for robust internal control systems to prevent unethical conduct and designing management compensation structures that do not incentivize unethical behavior.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the most important 21st century skills for students, and the fact that students' abilities are lacking due to their involvement in the classroom is critical thinking skills. The purpose of this research is to prove that teaching mathematics concepts in STEM schools has or does not have an effect on the critical thinking skills of elementary school students. This research is qualitative with a quasi-experimental type. This study involved 20 Grade V students at SDIT An-Nujaba' Mataran who were included as a sample selected by the saturated sampling technique, the instrument used in this study was a critical thinking ability test. The analysis technique uses the t-test (paired sample t-test). The results of this study indicate that there is a p-value = 0.000 which indicates a significant difference before and after the application of STEM-based mathematics learning. The findings of this study indicate that, with the support of STEM mathematics education, students' critical thinking skills have a significant effect. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of leverage, market value, and profitability on share prices. This study used a sample of food and beverage industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling using 12 companies. The method used in this study is quantitative and uses financial statements data. The research model is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study are partial. Namely, the DER, PBV, PER, and ROA variables do not affect stock prices. Simultaneously all variables, namely DER, PBV, PER, and ROA, do not affect stock prices. This research is expected not to pay attention to the amount of profit the company alone without knowing the profit capability to generate cash for the company because it is only an illustration of the company's performance in the short term. In addition, investors also need to pay attention to the performance of the company's organizational governance tools to obtain better corporate action information in making investment decisions

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, company growth, and company size on debt policy. This research uses descriptive quantitative type. This research uses a population of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2021. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling, and a sample of 7 companies was obtained. This research uses secondary data, namely annual financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The research results show that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, company growth, and company size do not affect debt policy. Managerial implications. Firstly, discuss implications related to managerial ownership. Second, discuss implications related to institutional ownership. Thirdly, discuss implications related to company growth. Lastly, discuss implications related to company size. Understanding these implications can aid managers in formulating effective debt policies to optimize firm performance and mitigate financial risks. Further research avenues are also suggested to deepen the understanding of these dynamics. They need to understand the risks and potential benefits of using debt, as well as consider external factors such as market conditions and regulations.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran perencanaan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu kelulusan serta unsur pendukung dan penghambat. Kepala sekolah menjadi narasumber utama dalam penelitian kualitatif ini, dengan perspektif siswa dan instruktur sebagai informan pendukung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan adalah tiga dari pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan bersama-sama. Berdasarkan temuan studi tersebut, SMAN 1 Semende Darat Laut telah melakukan persiapan strategis yang baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusannya. Hal ini terlihat dari perencanaan strategis yang telah diselesaikan, termasuk peningkatan kemampuan guru, inisiatif pendidikan baru, peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, dan pertumbuhan ekstrakurikuler. Keinginan untuk mendorong pendidikan berkelanjutan, kepemimpinan yang baik antara pemimpin dan bawahan, dan semua instruktur bergelar sarjana adalah elemen yang mendukung. Kurangnya sumber daya, infrastruktur, dan waktu untuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, sebaliknya, adalah masalah yang menghambat siswa untuk lulus.
