Abstract

Purpose: The writing of research aimed to give analysys regarding the impact of non-financial compensation on job satisfaction and its effect on the performance of Baturaja University.Methodology: This study used a quantitative method. Data was collected by creating a research instrument that was distributed to 53 employees of Baturaja University as the research sample and analyzed using path analysisResults: The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance through the mediation of the job satisfaction variableConclusions: Non-financial compensation significantly affects employee job satisfaction and performance at Universitas Baturaja, with job satisfaction acting as a mediator. The management should improve non-financial compensation to enhance employee performance.Limitations: This study has limitations in terms of the sample, which is restricted to employees with a tenure of 3 years after being appointed as permanent employees, totaling 53 people. It is hoped that the sample size and other independent factors can be expanded for future research. Variables such as the work environment, leadership, career development, and other related topics may also influence the improvement of employee performance.Contribution: As additional information to expand knowledge, it can also be used as a reference for researchers who will conduct similar studies in the future. Furthermore, it can provide input or contribute ideas to the University in improving employee performance through satisfaction indicators, so that employee performance becomes better and aligns with the University's Vision and Mission.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the quality of management of regional property. The research uses quantitative descriptive methods using multiple linear regression to critically analyze factors that are thought to influence the quality of management of regional property within the Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency government environment. The results of this research show that simultaneously and partially the variables of apparatus quality, regulatory compliance and management information systems have a positive effect on the quality of management of regional property in the regional government of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the perception of the destination and the visitor experience affected tourists' satisfaction when they visited Central Java Province (Borobudur Temple); how these factors also affected tourists' intention to return to Central Java Province; and how tourist satisfaction affected tourists' intention to return to Central Java Province (Borobudur Temple).Methodology: Data was collected from tourists who visited Indonesia's Borobudur temple as the survey's target population. In this study, surveys were conducted during a two-month period from June to August 2021 using the convenience sampling methodology. Through the use of an online survey and questionnaire, data was gathered. The SPSS for Windows 26 application was utilized for the linear regression analysis step in the data analysis process. Validity tests, reliability tests, and coefficient of determination tests were the analysis methods applied.Finding: The perception of a destination has a significant impact on visitor satisfaction, visitor perception also has a significant impact on visitor revisit intention, visitor experience also has a significant impact on visitor satisfaction, and visitor experience also has a significant impact on visitor revisit intention.Conclusion: More tourists will visit Borobudur Temple, the most beautiful temple in the world if the location has a positive and attractive image. Also, the experience of tourists has a big impact on how happy they are after seeing Borobudur Temple. If visitors to Borobudur Temple have an extraordinary experience, their satisfaction with their visit will increase. In addition, the experience of visitors has a huge impact on their plans to return; more and more people will visit Borobudur Temple if their happiness with the experience is fulfilled.

Abstract

AbstractBusiness development at this time is running so fast. One area that is quite rapid development is the field of Information Technology (IT) which is the business field of PT. BPR Utomo Mss. In this research, researchers have the opportunity to conduct research on PT. BPR Utomo Mss. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance of PT. Finnet Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this research is employees of PT. BPR Utomo Mss. The data were collected using simple random sampling which was distributed to 70 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and library data. The method used is multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that the motivation, work discipline and work environment affect simultaneously and significantly to employee performance as indicated by the level of significance F <α (0,000 <0.05) and Adjusted R-square of 0.310. This means that the contribution of Motivation, work discipline, and work environment is 31%. While the remaining 69%, explained by other variables outside this study. Partially, motivation have significant effect to employee performance equal to 0,017, work discipline have significant effect to employee performance equal to 0,006, and work environment have significant effect to employee performance equal to 0,025. Salah satu bidang yang cukup pesat perkembangannya adalah bidang Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang merupakan bidangbisnisdari PT. BPR Utomo Mss. Pada penelitian kali ini, peneliti berkesempatan melaksanakan penelitian pada PT. BPR Utomo Mss. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Finnet Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawanPT. BPR Utomo Mss. Pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling yang didistribusikan kepada 70 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan data pustaka. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh tingkat signifikansi F <α (0,000 <0,05) dan Adjusted R-square sebesar 0,310. Artinya kontribusi Motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja adalah 31%. Sedangkan sisanya 69%, dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Secara parsial, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,017, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,006, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,025. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening di Kantor Kecamatan Baturaja Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 40 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji mediasi menggunakan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. Selain itu, kompensasi, kompetensi, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi juga terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kompensasi dan kompetensi dengan kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kompensasi dan kompetensi tidak hanya berdampak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, tetapi juga melalui peningkatan motivasi pegawai.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance with innovation as a mediating variable. This research aims to understand how effectively managing knowledge can foster innovation and ultimately enhance performance within healthcare organizations. Research Methodology: This study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected from 100 employees at the Tanjung Agung Health Center. The sample was selected using the Slovin formula to ensure representativeness. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software to test the relationships between knowledge management, innovation, and organizational performance. Results: The results show that knowledge management significantly and positively affects both innovation and organizational performance. Furthermore, innovation functions as a mediating variable, meaning that better knowledge management leads to increased innovation, which subsequently improves organizational performance. These findings are particularly evident among employees at Tanjung Agung Health Center, suggesting the critical role of internal knowledge systems in driving institutional success. Conclusion: The study concludes that effective knowledge management is essential in fostering innovation, which plays a key role in enhancing organizational performance. Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and learning can yield long-term benefits for institutional development. Limitation: The research was limited to a single health center and focused only on two variables, which restricts the generalizability of the findings across different settings or sectors. Contribution: This study provides valuable insights into how innovation strengthens the link between knowledge management and performance, offering a strategic direction for organizational improvement, especially in healthcare settings.
