Abstract

Population health management (PHM) has emerged as a pivotal strategy in healthcare, aiming to address the health needs of communities while enhancing care quality and outcomes. Recent years have witnessed a surge in research at the intersection of data analytics and public health interventions within the realm of PHM. This paper presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the literature on data analytics and public health interventions in the context of population health management. Through systematic data collection from reputable scholarly databases and rigorous analysis, this study aims to map out the trends, key contributors, and emerging themes shaping the discourse in this domain. The analysis encompasses publication trends, authorship patterns, citation metrics, and network visualizations to provide insights into the landscape of literature. Notable findings include a high citation rate per paper and author, indicative of scholarly interest and collaboration within the research community. Key themes identified include outcomes, interventions, population health improvement, determinants, and health disparities. Additionally, temporal analysis reveals a shift towards non-communicable diseases and the increasing role of data in patient care. The author collaboration network highlights a core cluster of researchers with extensive collaborative ties, alongside peripheral authors and topics representing specialized or nascent areas. The density visualization map identifies potential areas for future research, including health disparities, women's health issues, and geographic-specific studies.

Abstract

Abstract

Pain is a very unpleasant sensory and emotional experience. Pain during childbirth is due to uterine contractions, cervical dilation and stretching of the pelvic floor muscles. The purpose of this study was to explain the contribution of presenting aromatherapy to labor pain with the accompanying labor variable. The research design was non-experimental with a cross sectional study approach. The population was all mothers who gave birth at the Nanggung Public Health Center on 24 February - 14 March 2020. The sampling technique was accidental sampling of 40 people. Data using Chi Square test and Multiple Logistic Regression with risk factor analysis model. The results showed that 65% of the mothers who experienced mild labor pain were in labor. The provision of aromatherapy had a significant contribution to labor pain in laboring mothers (p-value 0.014) with an OR of 6.768, while delivery companions did not have a significant contribution to labor pain in laboring mothers (p-value 0.127). The provision of aromatherapy during childbirth is highly recommended to manage the pain caused by the delivery process and it is important for midwives to support mothers who give birth in managing a safe and comfortable birth experience, minimal trauma both psychological and physiological.

Abstract

This bibliometric study delves into the extensive literature on risk and protective factors for mental health in the modern era, considering the complexities posed by technological advancements, socio-cultural shifts, and globalization. Utilizing bibliometric analysis, we identify clusters of literature, analyze trends over time, and explore potential research avenues. The network visualization reveals six distinct clusters, each representing thematic discussions related to mental health. Trend analysis highlights the evolution of research focus from early concerns to contemporary issues, with COVID-19 emerging as a prominent theme. Density analysis identifies research gaps and potential future topics. The collaboration network among authors suggests opportunities for interdisciplinary research. This analysis offers valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to inform evidence-based strategies for navigating the intricate landscape of mental health in the modern era.
