Abstract

Education at school is very important for a student to develop the potential he has. To maximize this potential, a strategy is needed that suits the needs of each student. Teachers are required to recognize and understand the various characteristics of students, in order to maximize the strategies needed by students. For this reason, the use of the Differented Instruction strategy is utilized to accommodate the diverse needs of these students. The Differented Instruction strategy is a method used to adapt the various characteristics of students to learning and assessment, which does not only use one strategy but combines several suitable strategies. The purpose of this research is to find out that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies is very beneficial for the diverse needs of students. By maximizing this strategy can have a major positive impact on the development of student education. As proficient they optimize their abilities to be more productive and creative. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The data obtained is through the distribution of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was made using the Google form application. The results of this study explain that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of students in order to maximize their own potential, understand how to do assignments in a fun way, and be able to learn according to the needs of each student with a variety of backgrounds. So that the various knowledge given by the teacher can be absorbed optimally. The conclusion from this study is that optimizing the use of Differentiated Instruction strategies to accommodate student needs is very effectively used in learning. The limitation of this research is that researchers only conduct this research at the school/madrasah level which incidentally requires a new strategy in learning such as the use of this Differentiated Instruction strategy.

Abstract

Keeping students engaged in teaching and learning activities is a very difficult task for teachers and schools. Changes in school systems are continuously changing the way students interact and engage in learning, forcing educators to explore resources and strategies to better support students. Educational technology helps educators meet today's needs and is an important resource for the learning process. Increased use of technology in learning environments can support and enhance student engagement. The emergence of collaborative platforms is a form of technological interest to support student engagement. The purpose of this research is to explore whether technology with collaborative platforms can support student involvement in the learning process. Through research on supporting student engagement through this technology-based collaboration platform, researchers hope that using technology-based collaboration platforms in learning can help students in the learning process. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Researchers conducted a survey using a Google form consisting of 15 sentences related to the research title. The researchers found that supporting student engagement through technology-based collaborative platforms had a major impact on student engagement. The presence of a collaborative learning platform makes students more enthusiastic and excited. Students feel that with cooperation in the learning process, learning becomes more differentiated and attracts students' attention. The limitations of this research are that researchers only conduct research in schools and researchers do not conduct research directly in schools but share survey links on Google forms containing statements about supporting student engagement through technology-based collaborative platforms.

Abstract

Tumbuhan memiliki bentuk daun yang beraneka ragam. Daun yang gugur hanya akan mengotori lingkungan sekitar dan dapatmengurangi keindahan tempat tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini mendorong kreativitas anak serta memperluas pemahaman mereka tentang manfaat tumbuhan disekitarnya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan diSDN 24 Pandang-Pandang desa Bonto Tiro kecematan Sinoa kabupaten Bantaeng yang berjumlah 13 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan observasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa terlibat aktif selama pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung serta dapat mempraktekan apa yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya dan meningkatkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa, dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alami dari sekita siswa menjadi sadar bahwa pentingnya menjaga lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of inclusive leadership and organizational adaptation on business resilience in Makassar City's hotel business using through the perspective of open innovation. This study applies a quantitative approach, examining data from 96 hotel managers adopting the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings of the study show that open innovation has a impact on business resilience, while the direct effect of inclusive leadership and organizational adaptability on business resilience is not significant. However, through open innovation, both show significant useful effect. This study underlines the importance of external collaboration, technology adoption, and innovation implementation in increasing business resilience. These results are relevant for the business approach in the era of disruption, especially in the context of the hospitality industry in Indonesia. This study shows that open innovation, such as collaborating with outside partners, adopting new technology, and encouraging fresh ideas, is key to helping hotels in Makassar become more resilient in times of disruption. While inclusive leadership and adaptability alone do not directly improve resilience, they do have a strong positive effect when combined with open innovation. This means hotel managers should focus on creating a culture that supports teamwork, openness, and learning from others outside the organization. For policymakers, the findings suggest the need to support innovation networks and provide training or resources that help hotels connect with external experts and stay competitive. This approach is especially important in the fast-changing hospitality industry in Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh teknologi pembelajaran terhadap keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar siswa dari perspektif psikologi pendidikan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 300 siswa SMA di wilayah urban dan rural melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa di wilayah urban memiliki keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa di wilayah rural. Uji t menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok, sementara analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini mendukung teori-teori pendidikan yang menekankan pentingnya kontrol dan otonomi dalam pembelajaran, serta menggarisbawahi perlunya peningkatan akses teknologi dan pelatihan bagi guru untuk memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan strategi pengajaran yang lebih adaptif di era digital.

Abstract

Pengabdian terhadap masyarakat dalam kegiatan sosialisasi pendidikan ini menggunakan pendekatan sosial bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pendidikan. Sosialisasi pendidikan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung proses pendidikan di desa tersebut, baik melalui kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan maupun melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan pendidikan. Peneliti tidak hanya mengumpulkan data, tetapi juga memotivasi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam program peningkatan kepedulian pendidikan. Subjek pada pengabdian ini melibatkan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi. Selain itu, masyarakat juga menunjukkan respons positif dengan mendukung program-program pendidikan yang ada di desa. Peneliti ini menyimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi pendidikan dengan pendidikan pendekatan partisipatif efektif dalam membangun kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi ChatGPT dalam mendukung pembelajaran di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan subjek 10 mahasiswa dan 2 orang dosen di program studi teknologi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap penggunaan ChatGPT sebagai alat bantu belajar. Mereka mengapresiasi kemampuan aplikasi ini dalam memberikan jawaban yang cepat dan akurat serta membantu dalam memahami materi yang sulit. Namun, beberapa mahasiswa mengungkapkan kekhawatiran mengenai ketergantungan yang berlebihan pada teknologi ini dan potensi pengurangan interaksi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran
