Abstract

Location Based Service is the ability to find the geographic location of a mobile device and provide services based on the location it gets. The development of location base service applications has been widely used today, one part that needs attention to be applied by this application is the handling of network disturbances in service companies. In the field of handling network disturbances, there are problems, namely where there are still delays in handling disturbances, this is due to the length of time searching for the location of the disturbance. This paper aims to improve the handling of network disturbances using mobile devices. With a mobile device that is integrated with location base service, it can solve the problem of delay in handling network disturbances.

Abstract

In the construction industry, the building materials business is a necessity, one of the businesses that is currently growing rapidly is the property business. The public’s need for a place to live becomes a business opportunity sought by the public. The Industry 4.0 transformation brought building materials stores to the online market, one of which is Tokopedia. TB. Sinar Jaya has a dataset of inventory and sales with a total of approximately 15,000 data rows which are updated each month. With large amounts of data, data mining and machine learning methods are needed in data management. 5 years rapid development of TB. Sinar Jaya has not been without problems, such as competition with online stores that offer lower prices than offline stores and a lack of strong marketing strategy. In this case, TB. Sinar Jaya wants help in making marketing strategy decisions by utilizing information system technology and minimizing existing problems. Based on these problems, it is necessary to implement data mining and machine learning gaussian algorithms naïve bayes to find out the average prices available on Tokopedia to increase sales and carry out classification, forecasting and TSA (Time Series Analysis) at TB Sinar Jaya. Based on the results of testing/research, the gaussian naive Bayes algorithm has good accuracy results with an accuracy level of 0.71 and gains insight, that is, for potential buyers they can do Wishlist efficiency, and for segments that generate profits below 50% of the total profit the researcher recommends carrying out a campaign program according to customer profile in order to improve the resulting profitability.

Abstract

Dalam pemeliharaan bangunan, kegagalan memahami kondisi ketidakpastian dapat berpotensi menimbulkan risiko yang akan mempengaruhi tujuan proyek konstruksi yaitu, pada biaya yang optimal namun dengan kualitas yang sesuai terhadap konsep dan spesifikasi proyek yang diinginkan serta waktu pelaksanaan yang tepat. Kualitas hasil pekerja yang melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dapat dilakukan penilaian kinerja pekerja. PT Harewa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa building maintenance. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data penilaian kinerja pekerja building maintenance menggunakan metode klasifikasi dengan algoritma Decision Tree bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek variable dalam meningkatkan kinerja pekerja building maintenance sehingga memberikan hasil keputusan analisis data penilaian kinerja pekerja dengan pemanfaatan algoritma Decision Tree. Performance accuracy dalam pengoptimalisasi pemodelan kinerja klasifikasi algoritma Decision Tree mendapati nilai accuracy sebesar 77.50%, Precision tertinggi 82.28%, dan recall tertinggi 83.33%. Hasil performance algoritma Decision Tree dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai keputusan peningkatan kinerja pekerja, karena hasil performance accuracy, precision, dan recall membuktikan nilai rata-rata diatas 50%. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan algoritma Decision Tree dapat membuat hasil keputusan analisis data penilaian kinerja pekerja building maintenance sebagai penunjang peningkatan kinerja pekerja building maintenance dalam kualitas pengerjaan building maintenance yang akan mendatang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang gizi seimbang, olahraga praktis, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) sebagai alat untuk membantu dalam perencanaan gaya hidup sehat. Dalam pelatihan, teknik prompt engineering digunakan untuk membuat rekomendasi menu dan olahraga yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu. Unsur ibu-ibu PKK, tim PPSU, karang taruna, dan perangkat Kelurahan Duri Kepa hadir untuk mengikuti kegiatan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyusunan materi, simulasi prompt engineering pada kecerdasan buatan, pelatihan luring, dan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih memahami konsep "Isi Piringku", manfaat olahraga, dan keterampilan menyusun prompt sebagai input kecerdasan buatan.
