Abstract

Pemkab Bekasi akan menjalin kerja sama jangka panjang dengan Kemenkominfo untuk pembangunan juga pusat data di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi, bahkan Pusat data nasional akan dibangun menjadi pusat data terbesar berskala internasional yang akan menyatukan 20.000 tenaga kerja yang menyediakan bantuan untuk pengoperasiannya. Desa Sukadaya merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Sukawangi, Kabupaten Bekasi. Penduduk desa Sukadaya umumnya bergerak dibidang pertanian dan buruh. Lebih sedikit penduduknya yang berprofesi sebagai petani, buruh tani, buruh harian, dan pekerja swasta. Pemerintah desa adalah Kepala desa atau yang disebut dengan nama lain yang terkait perangkat desa, sebagai tidak diatur pemerintah desa, Perangkat desa Sukadaya masih belum mengenal teknologi informasi dengan baik antara yang lain di dunia komputer. Melihat peluang kerja di atas, dengan ini perlu diberikan pelatihan terhadap masyarakat Bekasi pada umumnya, dan khusus masyarakat di desa Sukadaya, dapat membahas tentang peluang tersebut. Perangkat desa merupakan warga di desa yang akan menjadi contoh warga masyarakat dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Dengan ini perangkat desa perlu diberikan ilmu pengetahuan dalam menunjang pekerjaan dan kegiatannya, untuk memudahkan dalam pekerjaannya dalam mengelola administrasi desa, serta dapat menyampaikan pengetahuannya kepada masyarakat dilingkungannya. Para perangkat desa akan diberikan materi pengenalan komputer yang kemudian dilengkapi dengan aplikasi microsoft office. Tujuannya adalah memberikan pelatihan, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan tentang perangkat desa dan melibatkan peran pengajar terhadap pendidikan sebagai bentuk pengabdian bagi masyarakat yang menjalankan tugas Tri-Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode latihan dan tanya jawab. Sehingga setelah melakukan pelatihan, perangkat desa dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan menggunakan microsoft office dengan baik. Pelatihan komputer pada perangkat desa sukadaya, dapat digunakan untuk mengelola komputer dengan benar dan menguasai microsoft office, untuk meningkatkan kinerja serta dapat bersaing dalam era globalisasi.

Abstract

This study addresses the problem faced by Onesnet in its environment, which is how to provide discounts or rewards to customers who have not received them before. This is due to the increasing competition in the internet installation service industry. The aim of this research is to determine the best customers in order to maintain customer loyalty in the increasingly competitive industry. The Weighted Product method is used as a decision-making technique by multiplying the ratings of each connected attribute, where the ratings of each attribute must be exponentiated with the corresponding attribute weight. The data used in this research comes from interviews and observations at Onesnet, which will be processed using the Rank Order Centroid method for weighting and Weighted Product method to evaluate and make a decision. The result of this study is the most loyal customer who becomes the best customer with a value of 0.14578.

Abstract

Before the era of Information Technology, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) were faced with a number of problems that could hinder their development. Limited market access and lack of information about market trends and customer preferences often make it difficult for MSMEs to develop effective marketing strategies. Observation activities are carried out by conducting direct observations of the situation and environmental conditions of the community. Abstract

Keamanan data pribadi telah menjadi isu yang semakin penting seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan penggunaan internet. Masyarakat sering kali tidak menyadari risiko yang terkait dengan penggunaan WiFi publik yang tidak aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran warga RW 13 Desa KarangSatria tentang pentingnya keamanan data pribadi serta bahaya yang mengintai dari penggunaan WiFi publik. Penggunaan WiFi publik dapat membahayakan keamanan data dan perangkat ponsel. Beberapa risiko yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi serangan Man-in-the-Middle (MitM), phishing, dan smishing. Untuk mengurangi risiko, ada beberapa langkah yang dapat diambil, seperti meningkatkan keamanan perangkat, menggunakan jaringan yang dikenal, mengaktifkan HTTPS, dan memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar saat mengakses WiFi publik. Selain itu, edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang keamanan data dan privasi di era digital juga penting untuk menghadapi risiko dan ancaman keamanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, penyuluhan langsung, pembagian materi edukatif, dan simulasi kasus nyata. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran warga terhadap pentingnya menjaga keamanan data pribadi dan berhati-hati dalam menggunakan WiFi publik.

Abstract

The training registration process at Company XYZ faced several challenges, including the use of physical documents, slow file submission, non-standardized document numbering, and inefficient file storage. This research aimed to develop a web-based application called "Training Registration System" using the Waterfall software development method to address these issues, as well as implementing the Levenshtein Distance algorithm in the search feature to enhance training search efficiency. The results showed that the application successfully improved the efficiency and accuracy of the training registration and search process by eliminating the need for physical file submission, accelerating the workflow, and reducing the potential for errors. The implementation of the Levenshtein Distance algorithm also proved effective in improving the efficiency of training searches based on training names, even in cases of typos, such as the strings "Trainning" and "Training" which had a similarity score of 87.5% based on similarity weight calculations.

Abstract

Technology aids humans in performing activities such as accessing information in all fields, particularly in education. One implementation adopted by educational institutions is the student information system. As an educational institution, SMK Yadika 13 Tambun runs a scholarship program. The school's selection process is still manual, conducted through document requirements. Consequently, the selection process takes a long time due to the high number of applicants. Only those meeting the criteria receive scholarships. The large number of applicants and the limited scholarship quota make it challenging for the school to manually screen documents. The research objective is to determine prospective scholarship recipients at SMK Yadika 13 Tambun and implement the Simple Additive Weighting method in a decision support system that can provide alternatives in determining scholarship recipients. The Simple Additive Weighting algorithm can be applied in determining scholarship recipients. This algorithm can serve as an exemplary calculation method as it can identify alternatives for each attribute. Subsequently, a ranking system is devised to select the best alternatives. The system developed can assist SMK Yadika 13 Tambun Bekasi in determining scholarship recipients more efficiently and systematically, thereby reducing errors in the selection process.

Abstract

Digital literacy outreach is crucial for MSMEs to optimize product marketing in the digital era. This program aims to enhance the understanding and skills of MSME players in Villa Gading Harapan RW 021 in using social media platforms for digital marketing. The approach involves training and mentoring on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook to create effective marketing strategies. Participants learned to manage business accounts, produce engaging content, and interact with customers using features like WhatsApp catalogs, Instagram Stories, and Facebook Pages. The program started with basic training on digital literacy and social media use, followed by practical sessions on creating visual content, using hashtags, and managing advertisements. Despite challenges like limited technical skills and content creation difficulties, participants showed enthusiasm and actively applied the knowledge gained. They created promotional content, handled customer interactions, and analyzed market feedback. Networking among MSMEs also grew, fostering collaboration and experience sharing. Evaluation showed significant improvements in participants' digital marketing skills, leading to increased customers and sales. A digital MSME community was formed to ensure the program's sustainability, serving as a model for similar initiatives in other areas.

Abstract

Mobil merupakan salah satu alat transportasi yang dibutuhkan masyarakat saat ini, karena mobil memberikan banyak ruang bagi banyak orang dan cocok untuk perjalanan jauh, dan juga memiliki mobil saat ini adalah hal dasar bagi masyarakat. Akan tetapi, beberapa masyarakat mengalami kesulitan dalam membeli mobil baru karena harganya terbilang cukup mahal, sehingga beberapa masyarakat lebih memilih membeli mobil bekas karena harganya lebih murah. Namun, dalam memilih mobil bekas ini banyak sekali kriteria yang perlu dipertimbangkan seperti harga, jarak tempuh, tahun, dan kondisi mobil. Oleh karena itu diperlukan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analytic Hierarchy Proces, karena dapat memecahkan suatu masalah yang kompleks dalam suatu situasi yang tidak terstruktur menjadi bagian-bagian yang tersusun. Agar mendapatkan hasil alternatif mobil bekas yaitu Rush sebagai rangking 1 dengan nilai 0,265, Avanza rangking 2 dengan nilai 0,228, Cayla rangking 3 dengan nilai 0,202, Xenia rangking 4 dengan nilai 0,154, dan Innova sebagai rangking 5 dengan nilai 0,151, dengan adanya sistem informasi pendukung keputusan tersebut dapat membantu masyarakat untuk menentukan pilihan mobil bekas yang sesuai dengan keinginannya.

Abstract

Introduction to regional songs is part of the arts and culture subject in the Elementary School curriculum. Currently, students learn regional songs through books that only provide the lyrics, and there are limitations in the song variations. The singing learning process is conducted by teachers. Teachers routinely teach the same regional songs every year, resulting in many other regional songs never being taught. The challenge arises when teachers have to determine which regional songs should be prioritized in learning, due to a lack of information about known and familiar regional songs among students. The research aims to support decisions on prioritizing regional songs in the teaching and learning process based on their popularity among different student groups. With a web-based system, it becomes easier to determine and categorize the popularity levels of regional songs among elementary school students, specifically at SDN Margahayu XIII in this case. The algorithm used to process and categorize these regional songs is K-Means, which is a non-hierarchical data clustering method aiming to partition data into two or more groups. The research results in a decision support system providing clustering results based on values or criteria that closely align with the popularity levels. The final outcome is a decision support system that can be used to determine which regional songs should be prioritized for learning in the teaching process based on their popularity levels.

Abstract

In Kelurahan Bahagia, there are problems in managing archives, especially archiving incoming and outgoing letters, precisely in the search and presentation of mail information, often experiencing delays and difficulties in finding the archives of the letters. This study aims to assist Kelurahan Bahagia in overcoming the problem of mail archives, by designing and developing an information system for archiving incoming and outgoing mail using the Rapid Applciation Development (RAD) method and using a sequential search algorithm to help find mail information faster and easier. The result of this research is an information system for archiving incoming and outgoing mail that can help overcome the problem of filing letters in Kelurahan Bahagia.
