Abstract

Anak-anak dan remaja sekarang banyak yang memposting di sosmed seperti Facebook, Twitter, Instagram seringkali menjadi korban kejahatan siber seperti phishing, bullying, social engineering oleh para predator dengan memanfaatkan sosial media, email dan fasilitas siber lainnya. Dengan berbagai macam kasus dan modus kejahatan siber seperti tersebut, maka perlu dibangun kesadaran di kalangan muda untuk memiliki bekal pengetahuan keamanan siber. Kegiatan ini memberikan tip dan tricks serta informasi bagaimana cara berselancar di dunia siber yang aman dalam menghadapi kejahatan siber.

Abstract

Sawarna berbatasan langsung dengan Samudra Hindia, di sisi selatan sehingga Desa Sawarna merupakan kawasan pesisir pantai. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Sawarna ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pelaku usaha homestay sekaligus memperkenalkan aplikasi inovatif, yaitu Batour, guna mempermudah pemasaran homestay kepada masyarakat luar. KKN ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memecahkan permasalahan nyata yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat setempat, sekaligus memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup mereka.

Abstract

The training registration process at Company XYZ faced several challenges, including the use of physical documents, slow file submission, non-standardized document numbering, and inefficient file storage. This research aimed to develop a web-based application called "Training Registration System" using the Waterfall software development method to address these issues, as well as implementing the Levenshtein Distance algorithm in the search feature to enhance training search efficiency. The results showed that the application successfully improved the efficiency and accuracy of the training registration and search process by eliminating the need for physical file submission, accelerating the workflow, and reducing the potential for errors. The implementation of the Levenshtein Distance algorithm also proved effective in improving the efficiency of training searches based on training names, even in cases of typos, such as the strings "Trainning" and "Training" which had a similarity score of 87.5% based on similarity weight calculations.

Abstract

Technology aids humans in performing activities such as accessing information in all fields, particularly in education. One implementation adopted by educational institutions is the student information system. As an educational institution, SMK Yadika 13 Tambun runs a scholarship program. The school's selection process is still manual, conducted through document requirements. Consequently, the selection process takes a long time due to the high number of applicants. Only those meeting the criteria receive scholarships. The large number of applicants and the limited scholarship quota make it challenging for the school to manually screen documents. The research objective is to determine prospective scholarship recipients at SMK Yadika 13 Tambun and implement the Simple Additive Weighting method in a decision support system that can provide alternatives in determining scholarship recipients. The Simple Additive Weighting algorithm can be applied in determining scholarship recipients. This algorithm can serve as an exemplary calculation method as it can identify alternatives for each attribute. Subsequently, a ranking system is devised to select the best alternatives. The system developed can assist SMK Yadika 13 Tambun Bekasi in determining scholarship recipients more efficiently and systematically, thereby reducing errors in the selection process.

Abstract

Kertamukti Village faces challenges in increasing public awareness and participation in digital security in the technological era. This study aims to build public awareness through cybersecurity education, citizen data management, and implementation of CCTV-based security technology. Education is provided in the form of training that includes an introduction to cyber threats, how to protect personal data, and good online security practices. In addition, citizen data is inputted digitally with a secure system to support efficient village administration management. As a mitigation measure, CCTV installation in strategic areas of the village is also carried out to improve physical and digital security. The results of this program show an increase in public understanding of the importance of cybersecurity, efficiency in managing citizen data, and strengthening village environmental security. This initiative is expected to be a sustainable model to be implemented in other villages in order to support safe and inclusive digital transformation

Abstract

Introduction to regional songs is part of the arts and culture subject in the Elementary School curriculum. Currently, students learn regional songs through books that only provide the lyrics, and there are limitations in the song variations. The singing learning process is conducted by teachers. Teachers routinely teach the same regional songs every year, resulting in many other regional songs never being taught. The challenge arises when teachers have to determine which regional songs should be prioritized in learning, due to a lack of information about known and familiar regional songs among students. The research aims to support decisions on prioritizing regional songs in the teaching and learning process based on their popularity among different student groups. With a web-based system, it becomes easier to determine and categorize the popularity levels of regional songs among elementary school students, specifically at SDN Margahayu XIII in this case. The algorithm used to process and categorize these regional songs is K-Means, which is a non-hierarchical data clustering method aiming to partition data into two or more groups. The research results in a decision support system providing clustering results based on values or criteria that closely align with the popularity levels. The final outcome is a decision support system that can be used to determine which regional songs should be prioritized for learning in the teaching process based on their popularity levels.

Abstract

Thomas Cell is a business outlet that provides cellphone service, and sells cellphone accessories. The purpose of research conducted by researchers at Thomas Cell is to design an information system to process service data and check accessories according to consumer budgets. The old system adapts to various types of changes in its environment, to the point where the system can no longer adapt to the problems in its environment. Then a new system was created to replace it. The technique used to design this application is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique, this technique suggests an approach to structuredsoftware development, starting from the stages and progress of the system for all analysis, design, code, testing, and maintenance. In designing software and compiling reports on this system, it is designed on a website basis. This information system can reduce errors that occur in managing service data, later checking service data can be carried out quickly, easily, effectively, efficiently, and the data obtained can be more accurate and it can also be easier to have conversations about data, so there is no need to meet each other.

Abstract

PT Sinar Perkasa Engineering is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that considers employee evaluation a critical component of human resource management. Manual evaluation processes are often time-consuming and prone to human error, potentially leading to inaccuracies in selecting the best employees. This study aims to design a decision support system based on the SMART algorithm to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of employee evaluations. The system was developed using the Waterfall model and designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results indicate that the implementation of a web-based decision support system significantly improves the speed and accuracy of the evaluation process, reduces the risk of human error, and provides a transparent and objective assessment tool. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for further development of decision support systems, either through collaborative efforts or by comparing alternative decision-making methods.

Abstract

Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam menjaga kinerja perangkat laptop dan komputer adalah sulitnya menemukan layanan servis yang cepat, terjangkau, dan transparan. Minimnya informasi mengenai estimasi biaya dan waktu pengerjaan menjadi kendala utama, terlebih bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki keterbatasan waktu dan anggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah platform digital bernama RakIT, yang menyediakan layanan servis laptop dan komputer berbasis website, sekaligus menjadi sarana untuk mengembangkan kemampuan technopreneurship mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah gabungan dari prototype dan lean startup. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara iteratif, dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan Minimum Viable Product (MVP), hingga evaluasi kegunaan sistem. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan diuji menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian awal menunjukkan skor SUS sebesar 57, mengindikasikan sistem belum sepenuhnya memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan masukan responden, evaluasi lanjutan menghasilkan skor 77, yang menandakan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek kegunaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa RakIT berpotensi menjadi solusi digital yang tepat bagi mahasiswa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan servis perangkat, sekaligus menjadi media pembelajaran technopreneurship melalui pengalaman langsung membangun dan mengelola layanan berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan data dan layanan pelanggan, termasuk dalam industri jasa printing kain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam pengembangan sistem aplikasi pemesanan digital pada CV XYZ, sebuah perusahaan jasa printing kain yang berlokasi di Kota Bandung. Selama ini, proses pemesanan di CV XYZ masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Google Forms dan komunikasi via WhatsApp atau email, yang berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan kurangnya transparansi informasi bagi pelanggan. Melalui pendekatan CRM, sistem dirancang untuk meningkatkan interaksi pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur, observasi langsung, dan wawancara dengan pihak internal perusahaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, integrasi, dan pengujian. Teknologi yang digunakan mencakup PHP dan MySQL untuk pengembangan web, React Native untuk aplikasi mobile pelanggan, serta Express.js untuk REST API sebagai backend aplikasi mobile. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengelola data pesanan secara terstruktur, menyediakan pembaruan status pesanan, serta mendukung admin dalam memproses pesanan secara lebih efisien. Evaluasi usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh skor rata-rata 83,75 yang termasuk kedalam kategori “Excellent” dan memunjukan tingkat penerimaan sistem yang tinggi oleh pengguna. Dengan demikian, penerapan CRM dalam aplikasi ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan daya saing perusahaan di era digital.
