Abstract

PT Sinar Perkasa Engineering is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that considers employee evaluation a critical component of human resource management. Manual evaluation processes are often time-consuming and prone to human error, potentially leading to inaccuracies in selecting the best employees. This study aims to design a decision support system based on the SMART algorithm to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of employee evaluations. The system was developed using the Waterfall model and designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results indicate that the implementation of a web-based decision support system significantly improves the speed and accuracy of the evaluation process, reduces the risk of human error, and provides a transparent and objective assessment tool. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for further development of decision support systems, either through collaborative efforts or by comparing alternative decision-making methods.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is driving transformation in the trade sector, including the increasing use of e-Commerce   platforms. However, challenges such as sales disparities between products still occur, such as at the Smoodie Foodie Store, which still operates conventionally, where 5 of its 16 products have a low sales conversion rate despite being promoted. This research aims to design an e-Commerce   system that facilitates online purchases and increases the visibility of less popular products through the Content-Based Filtering (CBF) algorithm. The system development uses the Waterfall method, from analysis to testing. The uniqueness of this research lies in the integration of a recommendation feature that displays similar products based on title attributes. The result is an e-Commerce   application that is able to recommend products effectively and increase the visibility of products with low sales. Next, system testing covered key functions such as registration, login, product and order management by the admin, and adding products to the cart by the user. Based on the test results, all features showed a "Succsess" status, indicating the system was functioning as expected

Abstract

Indonesia telah membuat peraturan tentang kesejahteraan dan perlindungan anak dengan memberikan berbagai program dan kebijakan sesuai dengan amanat UUD 1945, dimana anak terlantar dan fakir miskin dipelihara oleh Negara.Anak anak yatim membutuhkan perhatian, bantuan baik material maupun spiritual untuk berkembang demi menggapai cita-citanya. Berdasarkan data dari pihak pengelola yayasan terdapat 72 anak yang masih miskin dan yatim piatu di Yayasan Yatim dan Dhu'afa “Al-Ikhlas” perlu diberikan ketrampilan merakit komputer untuk meningkatkan atau membangun kemampuan mereka dalam menguasainya. dan kemudian mereka bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan atau menjadi kreatif sesuai dengan misi atau menciptakan lapangan kerja. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan perakitan komputer agar dapat merakit komputer dengan baik dan juga memberikan kontribusi pendidikan bagi dosen. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode ceramah dan metode praktek lapangan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta dapat merakit komputer dan menggunakan komputer dengan baik, mulai dari merakit perangkat keras, menyalakan komputer, hingga menginstal sistem operasi dan aplikasi standar

Abstract

Currently, there is limited research focused on providing tools or systems for business owners to facilitate the quality determination of the coffee beans they use. However, quality coffee beans must be accurately identified based on proven standards and criteria. Unfortunately, coffee quality determination is still often done visually or by manual observation, practices that risk compromising the accuracy of the final product's quality and flavor. To ensure the selection of superior coffee beans, a structured decision-making mechanism is required. The solution is a Decision Support System (DSS), a computer information system that is adaptive, interactive, and flexible. This development research applies the Topsis (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) method, to determine the results of calculations for superior coffee bean selection.

Abstract

This study focuses to implementing a web-based sales information system leveraging the Apriori algorithm to analyze consumer purchasing patterns at PT. Mura Mitra Sejati. Adopting the Waterfall development methodology, the project progressed systematically through the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages.The system was developed using a native PHP architecture based on the MVC pattern, supported by a MySQL database and Bootstrap for the front-end. Key functionalities of the system include sales transaction recording, real-time inventory management, and powerful association rule mining. Comprehensive black-box testing across all modules—Login, Stock Management, Transactions, Apriori Analysis, and Reporting—confirmed the intended performance of every system function, achieving a 100% success rate.The Apriori algorithm effectively identified strong association rules from 10 transaction datasets, notably revealing the frequent co-purchase of White Paint and 1-inch Brushes, with 40% support and 80% confidence, respectively. Ultimately, the resulting system delivers an efficient, well-structured, and data-driven solution that significantly improves sales management and supports strategic decision-making.
