Abstract

Threats to the existence of the state are increasingly complex, but youth awareness of Bela Negara tends to be reactive and stagnate on the orientation of physical threats. The role of family, school, and community as pillars of education is indicated to work by itself. This literature study aims to explain awareness, the influence of dominant factors, and alternative strategies for youth awareness of Bela Negara in the Era of Globalization. Through the application of descriptive-qualitative method the study concludes; (1) The threat to the existence of an increasingly complex state has not been responded to by the understanding of the younger generation in a comprehensive manner. (2) The presence of non-physical threats that are also destructive, such as the understanding of the counter value of Pancasila and local wisdom, the flood of imported products, etc. feels so natural, that most young people don't realize it, (3) Contextualization of understanding through education is the most important element, and material for understanding the counter values ​​of Pancasila and local wisdom, the threat of imported products, etc. as a threat to the existence of the state, it becomes a priority for insertion in education, both in the family, school, and community spheres. The existence of relevant measures and policies is also very much needed to continuously improve the effectiveness of their implementation.

Abstract

Choosing the right delivery service partner is an important thing for companies to consider. This is because the selection of the right delivery service partner can minimize the risks involved. Generally, choosing a delivery partner service is done by looking at the profile of the freight forwarder's partner. It takes time to determine the right delivery service partner. This study aims to apply the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods in a decision support system for selecting delivery service partners to make it easier to make the right decisions and meet needs. The ROC weighting method is used to determine the value of the criteria based on priority. Meanwhile, the COPRAS approach is used to determine the best solution based on an analysis of the existing options through alternative assessments by providing interval-based utility judgments. In the case study conducted, the best alternative was obtained, namely J&T Express with a score of 100, followed by JNE Express with a value of 92.09, SiCepat with a value of 91.89, Ninja Express with a value of 91.42. The COPRAS calculation results on the system developed with the manual calculation results show the same value, this means that the calculations on the system are valid. The usability scores, on the other hand, have an average value of 88.33% and are considered good

Abstract

Pemilihan supplier yang tepat menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan operasional perusahaan. Supplier yang berkualitas berperan penting dalam menjaga kontinuitas produksi dan kualitas produk akhir. Namun, pemilihan supplier secara manual seringkali menghadapi kendala, seperti proses yang memakan waktu, kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan berbagai kriteria penilaian, serta potensi kesalahan atau bias dalam penilaian subjektif. Tujuannya penelitian ini dilakukan yakni guna mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis pendekatan Composite Performance Index (CPI) yang dapat membantu manajemen dalam mengevaluasi dan memilih supplier dengan lebih tepat. Metode CPI memiliki kelebihan dalam mengintegrasikan berbagai aspek kinerja menjadi satu indeks komposit yang mudah dipahami dan digunakan untuk perbandingan. Studi kasus pemilihan supplier menunjukkan bahwa PT Dikatama Putra Perkasa (A2) memperoleh skor indeks gabungan tertinggi sebesar 116,67. Hasil perhitungan dari SPK yang dikembangkan konsisten dengan hasil hitung secara manual, memperlihatkan perolehan yang sama dan valid. Uji dengan black box testing juga mengonfirmasi bahwa sistem beroperasi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan pada seluruh fitur utama yang diuji.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the internet has been applied for education as being used for new student registrations (PPDB). As in the KB Pertiwi pre-school, in the current registration process, parents of prospective students must come directly to the school, fill out a paper registration form, attach supporting files, and pay the registration fee in cash. This process takes a long time and causes the registration, reporting, and data processing process ineffective and slow. An information system is needed to help parents of prospective students obtain information and register students to be more efficient, save time, and can be accessed anywhere, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. Aims of this study was to design a new student admission information system at KB Pertiwi PAUD. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Using field studies with data collection techniques observation, namely by observing how the New Learner Admission Process (PPDB) process works at KB Pertiwi Lebeteng, then an interview process is carried out, namely data collection by conducting questions and answers directly with the committee. The result of this research is a prototype of a web-based new student admission application that has been tested so there are no errors in the applications. The application is done by what is planned and the needs of its users.Pada saat pandemi Covid-19, internet telah dapat bermanfaat dalam bidang pendidikan seperti digunakan untuk proses penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB). Seperti pada sekolah Paud KB Pertiwi, pada proses pendaftaran saat ini orang tua calon siswa harus datang langsung ke sekolah, mengisi kertas formulir pendaftaran dan melampirkan berkas pendukung serta membayar uang pendaftaran dengan tunai. Proses ini memakan waktu lama sehingga proses pendaftaran, pelaporan dan pengolahan data menjadi tidak efesien dan lambat. Dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu orang tua calon siswa memperoleh informasi dan melakukan pendaftaran siswa agar menjadi lebih efesien, hemat waktu dan dapat diakses di mana saja, terutama dalam masa pandemi Covid 19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru di PAUD KB Pertiwi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Menggunakan studi lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data Observasi yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengamatan terhadap cara kerja  proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di KB Pertiwi Lebeteng, selanjutnya dilakukan proses wawancara yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan tanya jawab secara langsung dengan pihak panitia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjadi sebuah purwarupa aplikasi penerimaan peserta didik baru berbasis web yang telah dilakukan pengujian sehingga tidak terdapat kesalahan pada aplikasi. Aplikasi yang dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang direncanakan dan kebutuhan dari penggunanya.
