Abstract

Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Padang terdapat permasalahan yaitu lambatnya proses dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pemenang tender proyek dan lamanya panitia memeriksa verifikasi dokumen administrasi dan belum ada tersedianya sistem pendukung keputusan pememang secara otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu panitia yaitu pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dalam hal melakukan seleksi tender konsultan supervisi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisa yang mampu membantu menentukan pemenang tender proyek dengan menggunakan metode Electre. Metode Electre adalah konsep outranking dengan menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan dari alternatif-alternatif berdasarkan setiap kriteria yang sesuai. Kata Kunci—3-5 Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Decision Support System, electre, tender proyek.

Abstract

Palm oil is one of the leading commodities in Indonesia. Oil palm yields can be influenced by several factors, one of which is proper weed control. Uncontrolled weeds can damage oil palm plantations. To be able to manage and control weeds, especially large leaf weeds, it is necessary to know the types of weeds. However, not all farmers have knowledge about the types of weeds. For that we need a system that can help identify broadleaf weeds based on leaf images using image processing. So this study aims to build a large leaf weed classification system using a combination of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithms. PCA is used as feature extraction based on the characteristics formed from each spatial property. PCA can be used to reduce and retain most of the relevant information from the original features according to the optimal criteria. The results of the information will then be used by KNN for learning by paying attention to the closest distance from the object. Based on the test results, the developed model is able to produce an accuracy of 90%. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms can be used in the classification process properly. Accuracy results are strongly influenced by the amount of training data and test data as well as the quality of the image used.

Abstract

Penyakit gigi dan mulut dapat dialami oleh semua orang mulai dari anak-anak hingga dewasa.Namun karena biaya berobat ke dokter gigi yang mahal maka masyarakat enggan memeriksanakan keluhannya terutama pada masyarakat kalangan menengah ke bawah. Padahal jika penyakit gigi dan mulut tidak segera dirawat akan bertambah parah. Case-Based Reasoning meniru kemampuan manusia, yaitu menyelesaikan masalah baru menggunakan jawaban atau pengalaman dari masalah lama.Penyajian pengetahuan (knowledge representation) dibuat dalam bentuk kasus-kasus (case).Setiap kasus berisi masalah dan jawaban, sehingga kasus lebih mirip dengan suatu pola tertentu.Cara kerja Case-Based Reasoning adalah dengan membandingkan kasus baru dengan kasus lama. Jika tidak ada yang cocok maka Case-Based Reasoning akan melakukan adaptasi, dengan cara memasukkan kasus baru tersebut ke dalam database penyimpanan kasus (case base), sehingga secara tidak langsung pengetahuan CBR akan bertambah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu mengetahui kemiripan kasus baru dan kasus lama dengan penerapan Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) dan membandingkan dua metode yang digunakan, yaitu Extended Jaccard Coefficient (Tanimoto Coefficient) dan Euclidean Distance similarity dengan memilih hasil akurasi terbaik dari kedua metode tersebut. Hasil pengujian terhadap data uji penyakit gigi dan mulut menunjukkan sistem memiliki unjuk kerja dengan tingkat akurasi menggunakan metode Extended Jaccard Coefficient sebesar 95.24% dan Euclidean Distance Similarity sebesar 100%.   Kata kunci—Case Base Reasoning, Extended Jaccard Coefficient, Euclidean Distance Similarity, penyakit gigi dan mulut

Abstract

Air transport is very important for Indonesia, because the condition of Indonesia which has many islands, air transport can connect between islands in a fairly fast and efficient time. One aspect that greatly affects air transport activities is the availibility of airports. Airports have facilities and infrastructure to support various airport activities at each airport in Indonesia. Not only passangers who need good facilities and handling, but also the handling of their goods. One of them is the Aviation Security (AVSEC) officer who handles lost items found in the airport landside area. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the information system Lost Item (LOSI) is effective or not in handling scattered passanger goods, how much the effectiveness of the Lost Item (LOSI) application information system, and to find out the obstacles faced. In this study the authors used mixed methods, namely combining quantitative and qualitative methods to be used together in one study, so as to obtain more valid and reliable, and objective data. The data used for this research are questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The author can explain that the use of the LOSI application information system carried out by the Aviation Security unit is effective for handling scattared passanger goods, this means that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted. Furthermore, in the T test results form the coefficient table, it can be seen that there is a significant effectiveness between the independent variable X (effectiveness of using the LOSI application) on the dependent variable Y (handling of scattered passanger items) with the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R)2 geeting a value of 66,4% and the remaining 33,6% is influenced by other factors that researchers do not discuss in this study. Obstacles faced in the procedure for handling the Lost Item Information System in the LOSI application to deal with scattered passanger itmes, namely, technical obstacles such as network disruptions, constraints and communication systems.

Abstract

Wayang Kulit, which is an original Indonesian culture, is conditioned by the meaning of life in every performance. However, Wayang Kulit is currently less popular among young people due to a lack of understanding of the art of Wayang Kulit performance. To be able to provide knowledge to the younger generation about Wayang Kulit, one of which is by introducing the characters that exist in Wayang Kulit performances. This study aims to build an image classification system for Wayang Kulit characters by applying the neural network method using Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) and morphological feature extraction. Morphological feature extraction provides information about the shape characteristics of objects present in the image which are then used for input in the classification process. The Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method may arbitrarily establish the weight value between the input neurons and the hidden layer during the classification step, resulting in a quicker learning pattern. Based on the test results using the confusion matrix, the accuracy value is calculated to get a value of 81%.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, good service in accordance with expectations can provide satisfaction for passengers because service quality has a close relationship with passenger satisfaction. In general, the level of passenger satisfaction depends on the quality of service received. Various ways are done to be able to attract the hearts of passengers to feel satisfied with what they expect. The purpose of this study was to find out whether service excellence has an effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction. This study used quantitative methods, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to passengers who had experienced Citilink airline services at El Tari Kupang International Airport. The respondents of this research were 100 respondents. In this study using the SPSS application to process data, this research uses Simple Linear Regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significant value (sig) of 0.000 and a calculated T value of 8.700. Because the sig value is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated T value is 8.700 > 1984 T table, it means that there is an influence between variable X on variable Y. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that the magnitude of the influence of variable X excellent service on variable Y is passenger satisfaction of 43, 6% while the other 56.4% is influenced by other factors outside the X variable (excellent service).

Abstract

With the wide selection of 3D printers available on the market, the challenge arises for consumers and businesses to choose the device that best suits their specific needs. To determine the choice, the decision-maker must know one by one the specifications of the 3D printer to be purchased, which results in making difficult decisions and requiring a long time. This research aims to implement a combination of the Rank Reciprocal and additive ratio assessment (ARAS) approaches to make it easier to determine decisions for selecting a 3D printer. The Reciprocal Rank approach provides weight values by utilizing the reciprocal or inverse principle. Meanwhile, the ARAS approach is used to obtain the best alternative by evaluating alternative rankings based on their utility function. From the case studies that have been carried out, the highest to lowest utility values are Anycubic 4Max Pro (A2) getting a score of 0.8289, Creality Ender-3 Pro (A1) getting a score of 0.6174, Anet 3D Printer ET4 Pro (A3) getting a score of 0.5510, and Mingda Magician X2 (A4) getting a score of 0.5116. The output produced by the system in the case study carried out produces the same value as the manual calculation, meaning that the ARAS method calculation in the system is declared valid. Based on usability testing, it got a score of 90%, which shows the system is suitable for use

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode olah data menggunakan SPSS Statistik 21, jumlah reponden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam pembuktian dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik : uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji homogenitas, kemudian uji regresi sederhana, uji determinasi (R2), uji hipotesis : uji t (parsial). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara signifikan kualitas pelayanan kemanan Passenger Security Check Point (PSCP) oleh unit Aviation Security terhadap kepuasan penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak, hasilnya diperoleh dari nilai T hitung 19,365 > 1.984 T tabel dengan nilai sig 0,00 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kualitas pelayanan kemanan Passenger Security Check Point (PSCP) oleh unit Aviation Security (AVSEC) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak sebesar 79,3% yang artinya adalah terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas pelayanan kemanan Passenger Security Check Point dan kepuasan penumpang.

Abstract

Background. This study examines the character formation of Muslim children through indigenous education at Floor IT Elementary School, Batusangkar, Tanah Datar Regency. The problem lies in the character formation of Muslim children. Purpose. From this problem, the question arises about the condition of the students' character and what efforts the teacher has made to shape the students' character at the Sekolah IT Floor Batu. This research is field research because the researcher directly visited the research subjects. Method. Data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with teachers at the school. After the data is collected, it is then processed by classifying the data and making notes about the results of observations and interviews. Results Next, the data is narrated descriptively. The research results are discussed using theories which are also supported by the arguments of the Koran and Hadith as well as several applicable government regulations. This research found an important understanding that Indigenous education is an educational method that is based on customs or customs that develop in society. Children's characters emerge due to the influence of the customs of the place where they live. Conclusion. To prevent the emergence of bad characters, teachers gather their students in one environment, so that teachers can accustom children to behave well. In this way, teachers can shape the character of Muslim children and familiarize children with behaving according to the character of Muslim children
