Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Petani Terhadap Peremajaan Kelapa sawit dan Faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dua metode antara lain wawancara terstruktur dan observasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Petani Terhadap Peremajaan Kelapa Sawit pada umumnya mempersepsikan kegiatan peremajaan sulit dilakukan, modal yang tidak sedikit menjadi faktor utama munculnya alasan tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi petani yaitu Faktor ekonomi berkaitan dengan modal, jaminan hidup serta pendapatan, sosial yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan, sejarah dan kesehatan serta faktor teknik yaitu keterampilan. Rantau Bais Kepenghuuan has quite potential catfish ponds, usually the results of catfish ponds are sold in the form of fresh fish without any management so that management of catfish can increase the added value of catfish and become a productive economic potential for SMEs. The outreach and shredded making activities were carried out on August 12 2023 with the target community being 34 young people from Rantau Bais Penghuluan, Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The aim of this outreach is to create catfish-based products, provide information and training to improve community skills in processing catfish and develop local products by mobilizing MSMEs. The methods used are counseling, training and assistance in the process of making catfish floss right through to packaging under the Karabon23 brand and marketing. The results of the activities were the formation of a group of shredded catfish producers.

The objective of this study was to find out students’ difficulties faced by the Eight Grade Students at SMP N3 Tanjung Raja in Comprehending English reading text. The method was used descriptive qualitative research. The participants of this study was all of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The technique for collecting the data was multiple choice. Based on the result, it was found that the percentage of difficulty in indicator not clearly stated information was 55.90%, the percentage of difficulty in indicator reference of the text was 59.54%, the percentage of difficulty in indicator find moral value of the text was 64.23%, the percentage of difficulty in indicator find the deducing meaning was 55.27%, the percentage of difficulty in indicator find the specific information was 56.35%, the percentage of difficulty in indicator find the detailed information was 67.05%, and the percentage of difficulty in indicator find the main idea was 54.81%.
