Abstract

Recording transactions, both receipt and distribution, to zakat institutions is an important activity that must be carried out by Zakat Institutions, including Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat Kaltim. With this recording, all transactions can be accounted for in reports. Designing database and transaction records for zakat institutions is a very important thing for these institutions to have. Building an application information system for this zakat institution aims to help carry out activities in recording and reporting its finances by creating an accounting design based on Macro Microsoft Excel. Building an information system is the process of designing a system for recording, processing and reporting information that suits the needs and goals of users. The method used is conducting interviews and observations as the basis for making the application. The result of this activity is an Information System Application that is tailored to the zakat institution. The final stage of the process is implementation for operators by providing training

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana kualitas laporan keuangan dengan sistem pengendalian internal sebagai variabel intervening dipengaruhi oleh sistem informasi akuntansi, kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi, dan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) adalah metodologi kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian internal dan sistem informasi akuntansi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sistem pengendalian internal, tetapi penggunaan teknologi informasi tidak. Selanjutnya, kualitas laporan keuangan sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistem pengendalian internal, tetapi kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi tidak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan sistem pengendalian internal dan penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi yang efektif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan rumah sakit daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource quality, human relations, work environment, and work facilities on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Mitra Sukses Raharja. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to examine the relationships among variables. The results show that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and indirectly affects performance through motivation. In contrast, human relations, work environment, and work facilities do not have significant effects on either motivation or performance, whether directly or indirectly. Work motivation was found to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving human resource quality and strengthening work motivation are key factors in enhancing employee performance. Meanwhile, the management approach to human relations, work environment, and facilities needs to be re-evaluated, as they have yet to demonstrate a measurable impact on employee motivation and performance.
