Abstract

The rapid economic growth in the current push but unfortunately the increasing number of marketers do not market share has increased significantly, making this the marketers face stiff competition. Personalized web-based marketing using consumer preference information to make adjustments in order to match the offer needs of Internet users. Information can be obtained consumer marketers easily through cookies, browsing history, registration forms and online surveys. Personalized web-based marketing can reduce the cost of direct mail production to near zero, this leads to the marketers do not need print the letter and sent it back to each consumer. Personalized web-based marketing can be a competitive advantage, especially in the marketers internet marketing. Personalized web-based marketing is important, because personalized web-based marketing can reduce the provision of information or offers that are not useful for consumer, making it look simple and attractive website. Personalized web-based marketing will create a dialogue between marketers and consumers an effective and mutually satisfying. Personalization is expected to be a strong commitment between consumers and marketers, there by strengthening customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research purpose is to make easy the registration process of new students by personalizing the account page on admission online. Therefore, each user can manage their own needs and recognize the steps that must be taken to be a BINUS student. Analyses are performed towards the current working system and issues related to the system. Further is performing finding references related to the problem through literature study. Then, creating a UML diagram of the system design, user interface and database. Next is the programming phase and evaluation of the application . The results obtained is an online admission application with a personalized login page. It can be used to make easy the registration of new student or related issue at the many insttutions of Binus. It is suggested to create the mobile version of online admission for the future development.

Abstract

Technically registration form for new Binus institution must be regenerated and not dynamic. Therefore, this research is objected to simplify the creation of registration process for new Binus institution and provide solutions to the problem when Binus establish other new institutions. Methodology used is analysis and design of the database (database oriented). Analysis is done by asking the problems of existing systems in the IT Directorate, whereas the design uses UML diagram notation 2.0. The results obtained is front end and back end applications for the Content Management System of the registration form. The results of this design can be used to simplify the new student registration or in the many Binus institutions by grouping similar fields. With some changes in the front end and back end applications for content Management System, the addition of new online admission application form can be managed faster, where the creation of admision registration form is managed in the back end application. As suggestions for future development, online admission registration can be run in mobile version.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel personal profit, celebrity endorser, dan trust terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Mi1 Global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelotian berjumlah 91 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Personal Selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. dan secara bersama-sama dari personal selling, celebrity endorser dan trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of a food and beverage company's stock price in an undervalued (cheap) or overvalued (expensive) position so that it can make investment decisions. Research methodology: This research methodology uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling based on criteria. Then obtained eight research samples including CEKA, ICBP, INDF, MYOR, ROTI, SKLT, ULTJ, and DLTA. For data collection techniques in this study using the documentation method and data analysis was performed manually using Microsoft Excel. Results: The results of stock valuation using the PER, PBV and PSR methods on average show that the company is in overvalued condition, including ICBP, MYOR, ROTI, ULTJ, SKLT and DLTA shares, so a good investment decision is to sell. Meanwhile, shares of CEKA and INDF companies have an average calculated value of undervalued (cheap) so the right investment decision is to buy these shares. Limitations: This study only uses six financial ratio scales to see company performance and share valuation using only relative valuation methods such as PER, PBV and PSR. Contribution: This research can be a good reference source for investors in making investment decisions, especially those who want to invest their funds in stocks. In addition, the company is expected to be able to provide evaluation information on the company's financial performance. So it can bring potential investors to invest and gain loyalty to the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Orang Tua Terhadap Perilaku Kenakalan Remaja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sawo Lingkungan I Kelurahan Bandar Sono Kecamatan Padang Hulu Kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi sebanyak 165 orang dan sampel berjumlah 33 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dari Suharsimi Arikunto. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara komunikasi orang tua terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja di Desa Sawo Lingkungan I Kelurahan Bandar Sono Kecamatan Padang Hulu Kota Tebing Tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil analisis data dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,529, yang mana interval koefisien korelasi 0,40 – 0,599, maka pengaruh antara variabel yang diteliti masuk dalam kategori sedang. Dengan melihat besar kontribusi Variabel X terhadap Variabel Y dengan melihat koefisien determinasi, besar kontribusinya adalah: KD = (r)2 x 100% =(0.529) 2 X 100%. Dari hasil perhitungan diatas, maka dapat diketahui besar kontribusi Variabel X terhadap Variabel Y adalah 27.98%. dan 72.02% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

The digital era has an impact on people's economic activities which provide convenience, speed and accuracy in financial transactions, one of which is e-money, where the GoPay application is an e-money application that offers convenience and security in various digital payment transactions. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of security, information quality, and system quality on the trust and satisfaction of users of the GoPay e-money application. Researchers collected 350 samples by distributing questionnaires to GoPay application users. The research results show that security, information quality, and system quality significantly influence trust and satisfaction of users. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi akuntansi yang terkomputerisasi membuat software akuntansi pun berkembang. Setiap orang yang berkecimpung dalam bidang akuntansi dituntut untuk mampu menyelenggarakan akuntansi yang terkomputerisasi. Accurate merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang paling sering digunakan oleh banyak perusahaan di Indonesia, hal ini terlihatdari banyaknya lowongan kerja dengan kriteria mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi Accurate. Agar para guru dapat mempersiapkan siswa-siswi dalam memasuki dunia kerja, para guru perlu harus terus memperbaharui pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Guru perlu mempelajari keterampilan komputerisasi yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja, agar dapat mengajarkan para siswa dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menjadi sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjawab tantangan industri.. Tujuan Kegiatan ini antara lain: (a) Meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai software akuntansi Accurate V5 dalam proses pencatatan transaksi keuangan untuk menyiapkan laporan keuangan; (b) meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMK dalam pemenuhan kewajiban mata pelajaran dandaya saing siswa setelah lulus sekolah. Pelaksanaan pelatihan diadakan selama 3 (tiga) hari dan pelatihan ini sangat sukses. Kesimpulan dari pemberian pelatihan ini telah menjawab masalah tidak siapnya guru pengampu mata pelajaran komputer akuntansi menggunakan Accurate serta peningkatan mutu kompetensi guru dalam menjalankan aplikasi Accurate Accounting akan berdampak kepada peningkatan kompetensi siswa yang nantinya akan menjadi lulusan SMK yang siap kerja di bidang komputer akuntansi khususnya menggunakan aplikasi Accurate.

Abstract

Recording transactions, both receipt and distribution, to zakat institutions is an important activity that must be carried out by Zakat Institutions, including Wahdah Inspirasi Zakat Kaltim. With this recording, all transactions can be accounted for in reports. Designing database and transaction records for zakat institutions is a very important thing for these institutions to have. Building an application information system for this zakat institution aims to help carry out activities in recording and reporting its finances by creating an accounting design based on Macro Microsoft Excel. Building an information system is the process of designing a system for recording, processing and reporting information that suits the needs and goals of users. The method used is conducting interviews and observations as the basis for making the application. The result of this activity is an Information System Application that is tailored to the zakat institution. The final stage of the process is implementation for operators by providing training

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sekaligus efek negatif mendengarkan musik berdampak pada moral dan akhlak siswa Muhammadiyah 07 Serbalawan. Studi ini dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Serbalawan, yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar, Kabupaten Simalungun, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif hubungan kausal yaitu hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Serbalawan yang berjumlah 257 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan cara purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi koefisien -0,24 yang mana interval koefisien korelasi -0,10 – -0,29 maka tingkat hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti adalah negatif yang rendah. Logika berpikir hasil penelitian ini adalah semakin siswa mendengarkan musik maka semakin meningkat akhlak siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Serbalawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh positif mendengarkan musik terhadap akhlak siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Serbalawan.
