Abstract

Universitas Papua telah memberikan layanan internet yang di bagikan pada setiap gedung fakultas dengan Wi-Fi sebagai media berbagi, dalam penelitian ini kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu mengamati dan menganalisis kualitas jaringan Wi-Fi yang telah tersedia. Dalam penelitian ini cara melakukan pengukuran kualitas jaringan nirkabel ini menggunakan metode Drive Test, dimana metode ini mengukur secara manual dan menghimpun data secara waktu nyata menggunakan beberapa parameter antara lain  Bandwidth, Delay dan Packet Loss. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dua aplikasi jaringan yaitu Nagios XI dan Wireshark. Untuk melihat kualitas jaringan dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan maka digunakan standar TIPHON. Hasil perolehan pengukuran yang di dapat adalah kualitas pemakaian Bandwidth sudah baik, karena tidak melebihi kapasitas yang telah di alokasikan pada setiap gedung di Universitas Papua dan dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata Delay dan Packet Loss pada setiap gedung. Hasil pengujian kualitas layanan jaringan Wi-Fi menunjukkan indeks nilai pada standar TIPHON adalah 4, yang artinya sangat bagus. Karena pengujian Delay nilai tertinggi yang di peroleh bila di ukur dengan Nagios XI  adalah 76 ms dan terendah adalah 21,8 ms, untuk pengukuran menggunakan Wireshark nilai tertinggi adalah 72,4 ms dan terendah adalah 10 ms.  Untuk Packet Loss hasil yang diperoleh yaitu 0% bila di ukur dengan Nagios XI dan Wireshark.AbstractUniversitas Papua has provided internet services that are shared in every faculty building with Wi-Fi as a sharing medium, in this research the activities carried out were observing and analyzing the quality of available Wi-Fi networks. In this research, how to measure the quality of this wireless network using the Drive Test method, where this method measures manually and collects data in real-time using several parameters including Bandwidth, Delay and Packet Loss. In this research, data collection using two network applications, namely Nagios XI and Wireshark. To looks at the quality of the network from the results of experiments conducted, the TIPHON standard is used. The results obtained are that the quality of using Bandwidth is good because it does not exceed the capacity that has been allocated for each building at Universitas Papua and can be seen from the average value of Delay and Packet Loss in each construction. The results of testing the quality of Wi-Fi network services indicate that the index value on the TIPHON standard is 4, which means it is excellent. Because of the Delay test, the highest value obtained when measured by Nagios XI is 76 ms, and the lowest is 21.8 ms, for measurements using Wireshark, the highest value is 72.4 ms, and the lowest is 10 ms. For Packet Loss, the results obtained are 0% when measured by Nagios XI and Wireshark.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In today's digital era, Nabire Regional General Hospital (RSUD) and other health institutions face increasingly complex information security challenges. Information management system security is a crucial issue to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of patient health data. The purpose of this study was to analyze the security of the information management system at RSUD Nabire. This study uses a qualitative research method that involves analyzing the security of the information management system at RSUD Nabire. The data in this study were collected through interviews with relevant parties at Nabire Regional General Hospital, direct observation of the system, and analysis of documents and policies related to information security. Interviews were used to obtain information from parties experienced in hospital information management systems. The data that has been collected is then analyzed thematically. The results showed that the security of the Nabire Hospital information management system was measured by three dimensions which showed that employee knowledge in managing information management system security understood the rules and guidelines governing the use of information systems. While in the attitude dimension, employees have a high awareness of the importance of maintaining information security. Then the behavior dimension has a high awareness of the importance of maintaining information security and acting proactively to protect hospital data and information systems. Keywords: Security, System, Management, Information  ABSTRAK Pada era digital saat ini, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Nabire dan institusi kesehatan lainnya menghadapi tantangan keamanan informasi yang semakin kompleks. Keamanan sistem manajemen informasi menjadi isu krusial untuk menjaga kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan data kesehatan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keamanan sistem manajemen informasi di RSUD Nabire. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan analisis keamanan sistem manajemen informasi RSUD Nabire. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak terkait di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Nabire, observasi langsung terhadap sistem, serta analisis dokumen dan kebijakan terkait keamanan informasi. Wawancara digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi dari pihak yang berpengalaman dalam sistem manajemen informasi rumah sakit. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil peneltian menunjukan bahwa keamanan sistem manajemen informasi RSUD Nabire diukur dengan tiga dimensi yang menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan karyawan dalam mengelola keamanan sistem manajemen informasi memahami aturan dan pedoman yang mengatur penggunaan sistem informasi. Sedangkan pada dimensi sikap, karyawan memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi terhadap pentingnya menjaga keamanan informasi. Kemudian dimensi perilaku memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi akan pentingnya menjaga keamanan informasi dan bertindak secara proaktif untuk melindungi data dan sistem informasi rumah sakit. Kata Kunci: Keamanan, Sistem, Manajemen, Informasi

Abstract

Abstract: This study maps the vulnerability of landslides in Jayapura Regency, Indonesia, using a parameter weighting method within the framework of the Geographic Information System (GIS). The study identified key factors that contribute to landslide risk, including slope, soil type, rainfall, geology, and land use. The analysis revealed significant areas prone to landslides, with substantial portions classified as moderate to high risk. Comparison with the BNPB Inarisk method shows variations in the percentage of risk areas, highlighting the importance of the double assessment technique. The study underscores the need for an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to landslide risk management, emphasizing accurate data collection, land-use planning, and targeted mitigation strategies. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and disaster management agencies to minimize the impact of future landslides and promote sustainable development, especially in light of the 2019 landslide disaster in Sentani..Keywords: landslide; jayapura regency; parameter weighting method; inarisk BNPB methods; disaster mitigation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memetakan kerentanan tanah longsor di Kabupaten Jayapura, Indonesia, menggunakan metode pembobotan parameter dalam kerangka Sistem Informasi Geografis  (GIS). Studi ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang berkontribusi terhadap risiko tanah longsor, termasuk kemiringan, jenis tanah, curah hujan, geologi, dan penggunaan lahan. Analisis mengungkapkan area signifikan yang rentan terhadap tanah longsor, dengan porsi substansial diklasifikasikan sebagai risiko sedang hingga tinggi. Perbandingan dengan metode BNPB Inarisk menunjukkan variasi persentase area risiko, menyoroti pentingnya teknik penilaian ganda. Studi ini menggarisbawahi perlunya pendekatan multidisiplin yang terintegrasi untuk manajemen risiko tanah longsor, menekankan pengumpulan data yang akurat, perencanaan penggunaan lahan, dan strategi mitigasi yang ditargetkan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pembuat kebijakan dan lembaga penanggulangan bencana untuk meminimalkan dampak tanah longsor di masa depan dan mempromosikan pembangunan berkelanjutan, terutama mengingat bencana tanah longsor tahun 2019 di Sentani..Kata kunci: tanah longsor; kabupaten jayapura; metode pembobotan parameter; metode BNPB Inarisk; mitigasi bencana.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the accuracy of the Decision Tree C4.5 and Naive Bayes algorithms in predicting student graduation at YPK Immanuel Nabire Junior High School, Central Papua. Student data from the 2022 and 2023 school years were used as training data, whereas student data for the 2024 school year were used as testing data. Data collection methods included field studies, interviews with schools, and literature studies. The implementation of the algorithm is carried out using the Orange software, which simplifies the process of data visualization and analysis. Both algorithms are applied to data processed through stages of cleaning and normalization to ensure the quality and relevance of the data used. The results show that the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm has a prediction accuracy of 90.91%, while the Naive Bayes algorithm has an accuracy of 63.64%. The C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm is superior in predicting student graduation compared to Naive Bayes, which means that the C4.5 Decision Tree is more effective in identifying students who are likely to pass or not pass. The implementation of the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm also helps schools make better decisions to support students who require additional attention. The study concluded that the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm is recommended for use in predicting student graduation because it provides higher accuracy. The results of this research can be used by schools to improve the efficiency of the graduation prediction process and develop more effective and efficient learning programs. Using the right algorithms, schools can be more proactive in identifying students who need additional support, which can reduce academic failure rates and improve the overall quality of education

Abstract

KKN is a form of academic activities related to community service activities that arecarried out by interdisciplinary and intraculicular activities. The implementation iscoordinated by research institutions and community service (LPPM). Data from PapuaState University students who have been modest so far, besides that there is no digitallyrecorded data, in the form of student numbers, student names, location of assignmentsor supervision. So there needs to be a MySQL database application that can facilitateLPPM and help students in the KKN registration process.The research method used is the Development of KKN Information System datacollection, analysis, design, implementation and testing. System design uses Data FlowDiagrams (DFD) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams). The development of theKKN information system development using PHP version 5.6.23 and MySQL. Theadded feature is the student registration feature, KKN photo gallery upload feature,input KKN value, message input to LPPM, input announcement and upload fileattached to the announcement. Abstract

This research aims to develop a Scratch-based digital learning media called Rimba Ceria, intended for early childhood at Gracia Waharia Kindergarten, Nabire, Papua. The background of this activity departs from the limited educational resources and the low involvement of children in the learning process in the 3T (disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost) areas. Rimba Ceria media is designed in an interactive and interesting manner, in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood learning which are visual and game-based. The development process uses the ADDIE model approach which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the development show that this medium successfully integrates text, audio, video, and interactive elements to introduce the categories of terrestrial, marine, and aerial animals. This innovation not only fills the gap in relevant learning media in remote areas, but also contributes to improved computational thinking, problem-solving skills, creativity, and early childhood learning engagement. Evaluation shows that this media is well received by students and teachers, and has the potential to be replicated in similar areas. Thus, Rimba Ceria is an adaptive and applicative educational solution in supporting the equitable distribution of the quality of early childhood education, especially in areas with limited access to technology and learning resources.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mobile-based online sales application for banana-based products in Nabire Regency, Central Papua, using the Figma design tool. The method used in this study is Design Thinking, which consists of five stages: empathy, determination, ideation, prototyping, and trial. The research began by conducting observations and interviews to understand the main problems faced by Kedai Bananas Nabire, such as the accumulation of customers and the limitations of service information. Based on these findings, a solution was designed in the form of a mobile application that allows customers to order products online, view service and price information, and communicate with stores through social media. The prototype of the app developed using Figma was designed with an intuitive and user-friendly interface to ensure optimal user experience. Testing the application with the black-box technique shows that this application successfully meets all the requirements and specifications that have been determined. The results of this study show that the developed online sales application can improve the quality of service, customer satisfaction, and sales competitiveness of Kedai Bananas in Nabire Regency.Keywords: Online Sales; Banana Nuggets; Figma; Design Thingking; Nabire Bananas Shop. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi penjualan online berbasis mobile untuk produk berbahan dasar pisang di Kabupaten Nabire, Papua Tengah, menggunakan alat desain Figma. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design Thinking, yang terdiri dari lima tahap: empati, penentuan, ideasi, prototipe, dan uji coba. Penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk memahami permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh Kedai Bananas Nabire, seperti penumpukan pelanggan dan keterbatasan informasi layanan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dirancang solusi berupa aplikasi mobile yang memungkinkan pelanggan untuk memesan produk secara online, melihat informasi layanan dan harga, serta berkomunikasi dengan pihak kedai melalui media sosial. Prototipe aplikasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan Figma dirancang dengan antarmuka yang intuitif dan user-friendly untuk memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Pengujian aplikasi dengan teknik black box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil memenuhi semua kebutuhan dan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi penjualan online yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan daya saing penjualan Kedai Bananas di Kabupaten Nabire.Kata kunci: Penjualan Online; Pisang Nugget; Figma; Design Thingking; Kedai Bananas Nabire.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to compare the performance of MobileNet-V2 and DenseNet121 in classifying brain tumor types from MRI images under identical preprocessing, partitioning, and training conditions. Design/methods/approach – The study used a Kaggle-based dataset consisting of 3,264 MRI images, divided into 88% training data and 12% testing data. Both models were implemented using transfer learning and fine-tuning. Preprocessing included image resizing, normalization, and data augmentation through rotation, flipping, and zooming. The models were trained using the Adam optimizer, a learning rate of 0.0001, batch size of 32, and early stopping. Performance was evaluated using confusion matrix analysis, precision, recall, and F1-score. Findings – The results show that MobileNet-V2 achieved better overall performance than DenseNet121 in brain tumor classification. MobileNet-V2 produced more stable classification results and higher evaluation scores across most tumor classes, particularly in glioma and pituitary tumor prediction. In contrast, DenseNet121 showed a greater tendency to overfit, although both models performed well in identifying non-tumor images. Research implications/limitations – The study is limited by the relatively small dataset size, the use of a single dataset source, and the absence of external validation, which may affect generalizability. Originality/value – This study provides a direct comparative analysis of MobileNet-V2 and DenseNet121 for four-class brain tumor classification and highlights MobileNet-V2 as a more efficient and reliable model for this task.
