Abstract

Until the end of 2019, Indonesia's ranking in the International Transparency Anti-Corruption Institute is still stagnant. Has not moved significantly in its ranking. The ranking is based on aspects of the ease of investing in a country. Significant influential factors are bureaucracy and corruption against Indonesia's low ranking. Bureaucracy and corruption are two things that are closely related, especially in carrying out the duties of bureaucrats. Various bureaucratic pathologies have caused bureaucracy to be ineffective and inefficient in carrying out government functions. For this reason, the commitment to eradicate corruption in Indonesia is very important because from the time of Sukarno's administration to Joko Widodo, corruption continued and Indonesia has always ranked first in Asia as the most corrupt country. And spread from Sabang to Merauke.Quite a number of laws and regulations in Indonesia were made as an effort to eradicate corruption. This is a manifestation of the commitment of the Indonesian government to eradicate corruption, but there are still legal loopholes that can be misused by corruptors to escape the law trap. Various attempts have been made by the Government of Indonesia to eradicate corruption, one of which is by establishing an Anti Corruption Agencies. Then in the era of globalization which is characterized by digitalization was taken by the Government to eradicate corruption, which is increasingly massive both from the impact and the actors. This shows that efforts to eradicate corruption along with the progress of information technology, especially based on communication technology (e-Gov).This study was conducted qualitatively using a variety of secondary materials both in the form of literature and internet sources compiled descriptively, with the aim of increasing new understanding of how efforts to eradicate corruption through electronic governance, as one solution in preventing corruption so that Indonesia's competitiveness is improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine e-government as a tool to enhance public participation in decision-making. The researcher used qualitative research methods with a field research approach. Field research involves direct observation, interviews, or other data collection methods in the field, allowing the researcher to gain a deep understanding of the phenomenon under study. The research location for this study is the Jakarta Provincial Government. To gather information or collect data, two staff members of the Jakarta Provincial Government were interviewed. The findings of this study indicate that the use of e-government in the Jakarta Provincial Government has proven to enhance public participation in policy-making. E-government enables broader, more inclusive, targeted, and transparent participation. Public participation is facilitated through online platforms where people can easily access information and participate in discussions about proposed policies. In the context of the Jakarta Provincial Government, e-government has also helped improve the efficiency of governance and provide easier access to public services.

Abstract

The issues of Law No. 6 of 2014 About the village, showing the spirit of the government to promote the village through exhumation values of lokal customs and wisdom in governance villages by providing broad authority that is authorized by the right of the origin village and village authority of local scale. Article 18 B of the 1945 Constitution is the basis for regulating and developing villages in the future, which has been giving wide space to the village for inreasing into a strong, Forward, independently and democratic to realize the community fair, prosperous and prosper without loss, throught recognition and respect for the autonomy of the State agains the village, with the authoritu to regulate and manage government affairs and public interest by the authority based on the origin and authority right scale local villages as well as other authorities through the assignment of central and local goverment. Based on article 18 B of the 1945 Constitution and the regulations in law No. 6 of 2014 About Village, should develop village into an inclusion environtment that is able to accept diversity and participation of all citizens, so that no citizen or group of citizen are marginalized
