Abstract

Transformator digunakan secara luas, baik dalam bidang tenaga listrik maupun elektronika. Pengguaan dalam sistem tenaga memungkinkan dipilihnya tegangan yang sesuai dan ekonomis untuk tiap-tiap keperluan. Dalam bidang elektronika, transformator digunakan antara lain sebagai gandengan impedansi antara sumber dan beban, untuk memisahkan satu rangkaian dengan rangkaian yang lain. Agar memperoleh hasil perancangan yang baik dan memuaskan diperlukan perancangan dengan menggunakan program Bantu komputer. Perancangan dengan menggunakan program bantu komputer ditujukan untuk mengganti perancangan yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine e-government as a tool to enhance public participation in decision-making. The researcher used qualitative research methods with a field research approach. Field research involves direct observation, interviews, or other data collection methods in the field, allowing the researcher to gain a deep understanding of the phenomenon under study. The research location for this study is the Jakarta Provincial Government. To gather information or collect data, two staff members of the Jakarta Provincial Government were interviewed. The findings of this study indicate that the use of e-government in the Jakarta Provincial Government has proven to enhance public participation in policy-making. E-government enables broader, more inclusive, targeted, and transparent participation. Public participation is facilitated through online platforms where people can easily access information and participate in discussions about proposed policies. In the context of the Jakarta Provincial Government, e-government has also helped improve the efficiency of governance and provide easier access to public services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the instrument and the quality of the national identity scale items using the Rasch model analysis approach. To determine the quality of the national identity scale items for the population analyzed using the Rasch model, namely the item analysis approach. This study is a type of quantitative research. The scale developed is a national identity scale compiled based on Ashmore's collective identity theory. The research subjects successfully collected in this study amounted to N = 503. Based on the analysis using the Rasch model, the national identity scale instrument is reliable and valid. In terms of items, there are several national identity scale items that need to be discarded and revised. Of the 39 national identity scale items, 23 items were accepted, 7 items were replaced/discarded, and 9 items needed to be revised in terms of item difficulty. The Self-Categorization element is the element that has the most items discarded and revised so it needs to be considered in compiling the items.

Abstract

This study examines publication trends on anti-corruption education in Indonesian universities using a bibliometric approach. Secondary data was obtained from scientific journals published between 2019-2024 and analyzed through software to extract metadata, manage references, and visualize conceptual links. The analysis has revealed a significant increase with a total of 989 publications and 9,167 citations, resulting in an average of 9.27 citations per publication. The academic impact index showed an h-index of 44 and a g-index of 75. The network visualization identified 6 main thematic clusters reflecting the shift from conceptual studies towards evaluating the actual implementation of anti-corruption education programs. The findings emphasize the strategic role of universities in building an academic culture of integrity and provide a basis for developing more effective anti-corruption education strategies and policies in the future.

Abstract

Judicial institutions tend to avoid using information technology. The phenomenon of rampant bribery in judicial institutions, which is often used to speed up the process of handling cases, is often the main source of income for court officials. This condition makes some officials reluctant to adopt information technology. This descriptive research aims to find out the reasons behind the rampant practice of bribery - which is included in the category of judicial corruption - amidst the efforts of the Supreme Court, as one of the pinnacles of judicial power, to carry out digital transformation in services for justice seekers. The results show that legal morality is no longer the main guideline for some law enforcers. Monopolistic factors, greed, and protection from certain leadership hinder the optimization of digital transformation as a supporting system for Good Court Governance (GCG). As a result, services to the justice-seeking public have not been maximized. Bribery is clearly contrary to the principles of GCG, while digital transformation is precisely the core element to realize it.

Abstract

Pertanggungjawaban Direksi BUMN dalam mengelola BUMN di Indonesia sampai saat ini masih menimbulkan kontroversi, disatu sisi Direksi BUMN dituntut untuk mencari laba dan mengembangkan kinerja bisnis perusahaan BUMN yang dipimpinnya namun disisi lain apabila dalam menjalankan roda perusahaan tersebut menimbulkan kerugian maka Tindakan tersebut mengandung resiko dianggap merugikan negara. Konsep BJR menyatakan bahwa Direksi BUMN sepanjang memenuhi prinsip itikad baik dan kehati-hatian tidak dapat dituntut bila tindakannya menimbulkan kerugian bagi BUMN.. Berdasarkan prinsip ini, direksi BUMN pembuat keputusan bisnis yang mengakibatkan kerugian bagi BUMN tidak dapat dituntut bertanggung jawab secara pribadi dengan syarat keputusan bisnis tersebut diambil berdasarkan itikad. Salah satu tahapan untuk dapat memenuhi unsur BJR tersebut adalah keterlibatan Stake holder, baik internal maupun eksternal untuk mendukung tindakan yang diambil Direksi

Abstract

Indonesian youth is the future of the nation. Therefore, every Indonesian youth, who is still student, or who has completed his education, is an important actor who is very guaranteed to realize the ideals of the image of the life of our nation in the future.In various debates over the debate, there are always challenges, or challenges due to mistakes or mistakes that we make or do things that are outdoors that support our abilities, such as discussions about the natural situation or due to the financial crisis in the country others that affect us domestically. Abstract

Pendidikan karakter memiliki peran sentral dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs), terutama dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pendidikan karakter dapat berkontribusi dalam membentuk individu yang tidak hanaya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki nilai moral, etika, dan sosial yang kuat, yang diperlukan dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pendidikan karakter mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, empati, dan kepedulian sosial ke dalam sistem pendidikan formal, yang dapat mendukung terciptanya masyarakat yang adil, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis relevansi pendidikan karakter dalam mencapai SDGs, khususnya SDG 4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter memainkan peranan penting dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, berintegritas, dan berdaya saing global, yang dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi tantangan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan karakater harus terus ditingkatkan dan diintegrasikan dalam kebijakan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of marginalization of local communities and analyze their participation in sustainable development on Batam Island as an Industrial city that is developing and bordering ASEAN countries. The research applied a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach and used the concept of gentrification, an implication of new industrial cities describing a phenomenon empirically. The results show that Batam Island, as one of the developing new industrial cities than other cities, cannot withstand the influx of people from outside the cities to work and settle there. As the center of industrial cities in Indonesia's border regions with Malaysia and Singapore, it has opened cooperation with developed countries with the support of globalization currents to have affected the urban system and destroyed many traditional regional models. This research found that local cities' development strategies are required through the collaboration of sub-state actors and must be planned under a more macroscopic framework so that local communities are not deeply marginalized as part of industrial cities' growth.
