Abstract

Global climate change has undeniably impacted national climate patterns. According to data from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), the annual greenhouse gas index in 2020 increased by 47% compared to 1990. Carbon dioxide (CO₂) contributes significantly to the composition of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, accounting for around 80%. Urban areas are among the most significant contributors to the rise in GHG emissions, driven by the rapid pace of urbanization. One clear example of a city implementing the Climate Village Program (ProKlim) policy is Magelang City, specifically in Jambon Gesikan, RW 04, Cacaban Subdistrict. Implementing the ProKlim policy is essential to identify the alignment between policy formulation and its environmental impacts at the community level. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the implementation of the ProKlim policy and to identify the various policy supports that influence the successful implementation of ProKlim in Jambon Gesikan in realizing the vision of an Adipura (Clean and Green) City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman by reviewing all collected data concerning the policy implementation model theory by Van Meter and Van Horn (1975). The research findings show that implementing the ProKlim policy in RW 04 Jambon Gesikan has been reasonably practical, although several challenges remain. The ProKlim working group (POKJA) in Jambon Gesikan strategically fosters a collaborative climate that supports program sustainability. ProKlim in Jambon Gesikan has begun transforming into an educational tourism village called ProKlim Bersemi, attracting many visitors. However, in terms of actualization, there are still several obstacles. Budgetary resource availability does not yet meet the needs, and the lack of youth participation presents a serious barrier to developing innovation and program consistency. Implementing the ProKlim policy in RW 04 Jambon Gesikan demonstrates that integrating various aspects holistically influences its success. The findings of this study provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve and ensure the continuity of the ProKlim policy in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of service and employee performance on library satisfaction at the Magelang City Library and Archives Office. The method used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach. The source of data in this study comes from respondents, namely users who visit the Library and Archives Office of Magelang City. The method used in this research is associative with quantitative approach. The source of data in this study came from respondents, namely users who visit the Library and Archives Office of Magelang City. Data analysis techniques used Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Test. The conclusions of the results of this study are: (1) Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Library Satisfaction with a value of 4.924 > 1.661. (2) Employee Performance has a significant positive effect on Library Satisfaction with a value of 2.179 > 1.661. (3) Service Quality and Employee Performance have a significant positive effect on Library Satisfaction with an influence value of 53.1%. That way, the value of Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected because service quality and employee performance have an influence on library satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi informasi, penerapan sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik (e-government) telah menjadi fokus utama bagi negara hingga kalangan masyarakat, termasuk Desa Pucungrejo yang berupaya meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik dengan menerapkan aplikasi e-layanan mandiri di Desa Pucungrejo. Namun masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memiliki pemahaman yang memadai tentang teknologi dan tidak yakin atau tidak melihat secara langsung manfaat yang akan mereka peroleh dari penggunaan aplikasi e-layanan mandiri. Hal ini memengaruhi persepsi penggunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat menggunakan aplikasi e-layanan mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 100. Dengan menerapkan teori TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) menggunakan purposive sampling yang disebar kepada masyarakat pengguna e-layanan mandiri. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat untuk menggunakan (intention to use), serta variabel perceived usefulness dan ease of use berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap intention to use, namun variabel persepsi kemudahan pengguna (perceived ease of use) berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat menggunakan (intention to use).

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin cepat menyebabkan kepadatan wilayah meningkat dan menimbulkan sejumlah permasalahan. Permasalahan yang ada diantaranya meningkatnya luasan lingkungan kumuh dan timbulnya masalah kekurangan perumahan yang layak (backlog). Dengan banyaknya permasalahan yang ada, pemerintah membuat terobosan, salah satunya dengan kebijakan pembangunan rumah susun di Kota Magelang yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Walikota Magelang Nomor 39 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kebijakan pembangunan rumah susun sederhana sewa di Kota Magelang dapat mengurangi permasalahan hunian (backlog) di Kota Magelang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan arsip. Hasil penelitian yang dianalisis menggunakan teori evaluasi Bridgman dan Davis (2000) dengan menggunakan 4 indikator yaitu input, proses, output, dan outcomes telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh tetapi masih ada indikator yang dinilai kurang baik yaitu indikator output. program kebijakan pembangunan rusunawa di Kota Magelang belum bisa menjangkau seluruh masyarakat Kota Magelang yang membutuhkan rumah layak huni dengan harga sewa yang rendah. Pembangunan rusunawa di Kota Magelang secara garis besar dinilai sudah baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan kebijakan yang ada
