Abstract

The presence of Borobudur as one of the five Super Priority Areas (DSP) Tourism development needs to be carried out by participating in developing the surrounding area: first, so that the duration of tourist visits in Borobudur can be longer because there are other geographically integrated magnets that can be visited, and secondly so that it is sustainable If a tourist destination can maintain its presence, the community around the location of the Borobudur Temple destination must benefit from the existence of that destination. The existing Borobudur Temple is surrounded by a number of villages which support it, so the Directorate of Regional Tourism Destination Development I of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy then agreed that 3 villages around Borobudur Temple should be prioritized for developing tourist villages, namely Karanganyar Tourism Village, Karangrejo Tourism Village and Borobudur Village. Borobudur Village itself has responded to this business opportunity with plans to develop the unique potential in each hamlet through the Thematic Village Program, and of the 21 new hamlets, 6 hamlets have started to discover potential and develop it, 15 other hamlets are still in the process of exploring potential. The Tidar Magelang University Community Service Team responded to this situation and provided education about the need to develop a tourist village based on the unique potential that exists in the village. The uniqueness of the product/service must differentiate it from products from other tourist villages and be in line with what tourists expect. This understanding is useful for the management of a tourist village so that they can focus on its development and have an optimal impact on improving the welfare of the surrounding community.

Abstract

E-government was driven successfully due to government initiatives and acceptance of technology. This research aims to test whether perceived usefulness, ease of use, and security have a positive relationship with user interest in Digital Population Identity (IKD) in Pemalang Regency. The quantitative method is the method used in this research with a sample of 100 people who use Digital Population Identity (IKD). The results obtained from this research show that there is a very strong positive and significant relationship between perceived usefulness, user-friendliness, and security on user interest in IKD. Results were obtained with a significance level of 0.05, namely, r calculated 0.951 > r table 0.195. Apart from that, obtaining a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted so that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that the degree of relationship between the variables of perceived usefulness, user convenience, and security on user interest is a very strong correlation category.

Abstract

Magelang City is currently undergoing a demographic bonus phase, marked by a large, productive workforce. However, this potential has not yet driven significant economic growth. High youth unemployment and a limited number of young entrepreneurs remain key barriers to the region’s progress. This study explores how collaborative governance helps address these challenges through the BOS Muda Program in Magelang City. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, the research applies Ansell and Gash’s (2008) collaborative governance theory, focusing on the pentahelix collaboration model. The findings show that collaborative governance has been effectively implemented in the BOS Muda Program. The program enabled participants to start businesses and hire employees, offering a practical solution for managing demographic bonus challenges. Despite these successes, the study also highlights several barriers. Maintaining consistent participation in face-to-face dialogue sessions was difficult due to conflicting departmental schedules. Additionally, some participants dropped out because of limited capital and the program's long training period. Interestingly, the program also involved participants who were already entrepreneurs, which, although unintended, contributed positively to the program’s outcomes. Overall, the study underlines the importance of strong multi-stakeholder collaboration in ensuring that demographic advantages translate into economic opportunities for the region.

Abstract

Perkembangan wisata di sekitar Candi Borobudur terus ditingkatkan untuk mendukung destinasi wisata prioritas ini. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah pengembangan wisata batik. Rumah Batik Borobudur adalah usaha mikro, kecil, menengah yang mempunyai potensi besar dalam pengembangan batik karena usaha ini diberikan kesempatan untuk menggunakan motif relief-relief yang ada di Candi Borobudur sebagai motif dalam produk-produknya. Dalam perkembangannya, pewarna sintetis dalam proses produksi batik mempunyai dampak yang kurang baik untuk kesehatan dan lingkungan sehingga penggunaan berbagai pewarna alami mulai didorong. Tim pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pendampingan dalam penggunaan pewarna alami dengan pemberian materi terkait perkembangan tren penggunaan pewarna alami, ragam pewarna alami, teknik fiksasi serta praktiknya. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah para pengrajin batik di Rumah Batik Borobudur. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan diskusi awal penggalian masalah, pengumpulan materi dan bahan, pemberian materi dan praktik pewarnaan batik secara alami. Kegiatan ini berhasil memunculkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pewarnaan alami dari sisi lingkungan, kesehatan dan potensi pasar. Dengan menggunakan pewarna alami kesehatan pengrajin dan kesehatan lingkungan sekitar tempat produksi batik lebih aman. Selain itu, batik dengan pewarnaan alami juga dapat meningkatkan nilai jual yang diharapkan dapat berdampak positif bagi kesejahteraan pelaku usaha Rumah Batik Borobudur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of passenger satisfaction on the TransJateng Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Corridor IV Magelang - Purworejo service. In this study, the research method used was a descriptive quantitative research method. Researchers obtained data through a survey. The survey was distributed to 100 respondents with the criteria that respondents had used the service at least more than twice. Data analysis in this study used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of this study indicate that in general passengers are satisfied with the services provided by the Transjateng BRT Corridor IV Magelang - Purworejo. However, there are several aspects that still require attention from the management of the Transjateng BRT Corridor IV Magelang - Purworejo, including the uneven distribution of information boards and facilities for disabled passengers at bus stops, the comfort and safety of disabled passengers are still low, the arrival and departure times of the bus are inconsistent, and the distribution of bus stops is uneven. Therefore, continuous evaluation and improvement are needed to increase passenger loyalty and the efficiency of the public transportation system in the area.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan penumpang pada layanan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) TransJateng Koridor IV Magelang – Purworejo. Pada penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Peneliti memperoleh data melalui penyebaran survei. Survei disebarkan kepada 100 responden dengan kriteria responden telah menggunakan layanan minimal lebih dari dua kali. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum penumpang merasa puas dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh BRT Transjateng Koridor IV Magelang – Purworejo. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek yang masih memerlukan perhatian dari pihak pengelola BRT Transjateng Koridor IV Magelang – Purworejo antara lain belum meratanya papan informasi dan fasilitas bagi penumpang disabilitas di pemberhentian bus, kenyamanan dan keamanan penumpang disabilitas yang masih rendah, waktu tiba dan berangkat bus kurang konsisten, serta distribusi titik pemberhentian bus yang belum merata. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan loyalitas penumpang serta efisiensi sistem angkutan umum di wilayah tersebut.
