Abstract

bstrak: Saat ini pembangunan infrastruktur sangat masif dilakukan tidak terkecuali di daerah-daerah pelosok. Hal ini tidak terlepas dengan adanya kebijakan pembangunan infrastruktur yang dapat menggunakan Dana Kampung. Keberhasilan pembangunan infrastruktur di kampung sangat dipengaruhi pada tahap perencanaan dan salah satu luaran pada tahap perencanaan adalah dokumen Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pembangunan infrastruktur. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa pemberian pelatihan penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) kepada aparat kampung di Kampung Sekban. Pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari tahap pengenalan gambar kerja dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), perhitungan volume pekerjaan, analisa harga satuan pekerjaan, analisa kebutuhan bahan, penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan, rekapitulasi Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Luaran  kegiatan yang  diharapkan  adalah  tersusunnya  modul penyusunan anggaran  biaya sederhana yang dapat digunakan oleh aparat kampung dalam rangka kegiatan perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur di kampung. Selain itu, melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diharapkan dapa membantu meningkatkan pemahaman aparat kampung dalam menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) infrastruktur kampung.Abstract:  Currently, massive infrastructure development is being carried out, including in remote areas. This is inseparable from the existence of infrastructure development policies that can use the Village Fund. The success of infrastructure development in the village is strongly influenced at the planning stage and one of the outputs at the planning stage is the Cost Estimating Plan (RAB) document for infrastructure development. The activities carried out were in the form of providing training on the preparation of the Cost Estimating Plan (RAB) to village officials in Sekban Village. The implementation of activities consists of the introduction of working drawings and Cost Estimating Plan (RAB), calculation of work volume, analysis of work unit prices, analysis of material requirements, preparation of Cost Estimating Plan (RAB) and, recapitulation of Cost Estimating Plan (RAB). The expected output of the activity is the compilation of a simple cost budgeting module that can be used by village officials in the context of infrastructure development planning activities in the village. In addition, through the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that it can help improve the understanding of village officials in preparing the Village Infrastructure Cost Estimating Plan (RAB).

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah wajah pendidikan anak dari Sekolah Dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Dampaknya menuai pro kontra seiring dengan masuknya era baru (postpandemic) terutama bidang pendidikan. Banyak sekolah tidak siap dengan belajar daring terutama sekolah yang berada di pedalaman. Minimnya sarana prasarana hingga akses internet merupakan salah satu penyebab sulitnya melalui masa pandemi. Akibatnya sekolah tidak siap menerapkan metode daring sebagai bentuk upaya perbaikan pendidikan. Desa Basseang memiliki tiga sekolah dasar yang tersebar di beberapa bagian pegunungan. Sulitnya akses ke kota dan hanya bergantung pada pendidikan dalam desa. Menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan masyarakat yang hanya rata-rata lulusan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Fokus pada penelitian yaitu Faktor pendukung dan penghambat sarana prasarana di Sekolah hingga tidak cukup memenuhi kebetuhan pendidikan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran akademis, tentang sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di Desa Basseang. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan bersama siswa-siswi, orang tua dan guru-guru dengan total informan sebanyak 15 orang. Sedangkan hasil obervasi digunakan sebagai data pendukung dalam penulisan artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana di Desa Basseang belum cukup untuk mendukung pendidikan masyarakat. Akibatnya berdampak pada stagnasi pada ekonomi dan pendidikan. Keadaaan dapat membaik seiring dengan memaksimalkan dana desa sebagai sistem baru dalam proses pembangunan aspek kebutuhan masyarakat. Dana desa merupakan tumpuan Pemerintah Desa dalam membenahi pembangunan. Pembangunan terbagi atas dua yaitu sarana fisik dan non-fisik. Pembangunan fisik meliputi jalanan, perpustakaan desa, posyandu, pasar hingga sarana-prasarana pendidikan lainnya. Nonfisik dapat kita temui melalui akses informasi pada website desa, sekolah ataupun yayasan yang bekerja sama dengan desa.Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the face of children's education from elementary school to university. The impact has pros and cons as we enter a new era (post-pandemic), especially in the education sector. Many schools are not ready for brave learning, especially schools in rural areas. The lack of infrastructure and internet access is one of the reasons why it is difficult to get through the pandemic. As a result, schools are not ready to apply bold methods as a form of effort to improve education. Basseang Village has three elementary schools spread across several parts of the mountains. Difficult access to the city and only depends on education in the village. Causing the low level of public education, with the average being only a junior high school (SMP) graduate. The focus on research is the supporting and inhibiting factors of infrastructure in schools so that they are not sufficient to meet educational needs. The aim of this research is to provide an academic overview of educational facilities and infrastructure in Basseang Village. The research method uses interviews and observation methods. Interviews were conducted with students, parents and teachers with a total of 15 informants. Meanwhile, the results of observations are used as supporting data in writing articles. The research results show that the facilities and infrastructure in Basseang Village are not sufficient to support community education. As a result, it has an impact on stagnation in the economic and educational sectors. The situation can improve along with maximizing village funds as a new system in the process of developing aspects of community needs. Village funds are the foundation of the Village Government in improving development. Development is divided into two, namely physical and non-physical facilities. Physical development includes roads, village libraries, posyandu, markets and other educational facilities. We can find non-physical through access to information on village websites, schools or foundations that collaborate with villages.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dalam perencanaan perkerasan landasan pacu bandar udara adalah daya dukung tanah dasar yang baik. Daya dukung tanah dasar pada perkerasan struktur landasan pacu menggunakan parameter berupa nilai CBR. Dalam menentukan daya dukung tanah dasar ini, salah satu metode pengujian yang banyak digunakan yaitu dengan metode pengujian CBR lapangan. Metode ini dipilih karena memiliki tingkat keakuratan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode yang lain. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menentukan dan menganalisis nilai CBR tanah dasar pada pembangunan landasan pacu Bandar Udara Siboru melalui pengujian CBR lapangan. Dalam penelitian diambil sampel sepanjang 500 m dengan jumlah titik pengujian sebanyak 10 titik. Metode pengujian yang digunakan mengacu pada ASTM D4229 – 09 dan SNI 1738:2011. Dari hasil penelitian di peroleh nilai CBR tanah dasar terendah sebesar 12,02% dan nilai CBR tertinggi sebesar 24,40%. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis dan evaluasi nilai CBR bahwa tanah dasar memiliki kategori high (A) dengan interval nilai CBR ≥ 13% pada 8 titik pengujian dan kategori medium (B) dengan interval nilai CBR 8% < CBR < 13% pada 2 titik pengujian.

Abstract

The geomorphological condition of Fakfak Regency is dominated by limestone. It makes ground water difficult to access. The clean water crisis in Fakfak Regency requires people to look for alternative sources of clean water such as rainwater. However, during the dry season, people will have great difficulty with clean water. Cloudfisher or fog catcher is a technique for collecting fog that have condensed into water. Cloudfisher's ability to catch fog or dew and produce water varies depending on the situation with an average of around 2 liters – 10 liters/m2/day. The ability of this technology to produce water depends on the net material used, the size of the net, the direction and model of the net, and the location of the net placement. In this research, the potential cloudfisher to produce water in Fakfak Regency will be examined, with the ultimate aim of seeing how effectively this technology is applied in Fakfak Regency in terms of the amount of water produced. The method used in this research is a field study by reviewing locations in Fakfak Regency with the altitude, fog conditions, temperature and humidity that are most suitable for the application of cloudfisher technology. The fog catcher was installed using a standard research model using 65% and 85% cover nets. Each fog catcher material was installed for 1 month and the amount of water captured by the tool was checked every morning at 06.30 am. The location of the fog catcher is based on several factors including altitude, air humidity, fog frequency, temperature and wind speed. The average water volume obtained in the 65% cover net was 59.6 ml while in the 85% cover net it was 26.24 ml. Factors that influence the amount of water obtained are net material, net cover, fishing area, equipment placement, and weather. The fog catcher (cloudfisher) in Fakfak Regency has the potential to be used but still requires further research regarding the design and materials used so that more water can be obtained and can be used by local communities as an alternative source of clean water

Abstract

Rural potential is an important asset in running the village government system. If managed properly, it will bring economic value to the village community. The fried onion production and packaging training in Basseang Village aims to increase the added value of local commodities and improve community skills in production and marketing. This program is carried out with a participatory approach involving the community, village government, and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The results of the training showed an increase in the technical skills of participants in processing shallots into high-quality fried onions as well as an understanding of the importance of packaging and marketing strategies. In addition, this training encourages social change by increasing public awareness of local resource-based business opportunities. The main challenges faced include limited capital and production continuity. Therefore, further support from various stakeholders is needed so that this program can be sustainable and have a long-term impact on the village economy.

Abstract

Basseang Village, Pinrang Regency is an area with a hilly contour that is prone to landslides, especially during high rainfall. The lack of vegetation as a soil retainer is the main factor that increases the risk of disasters in this area. In addition, there is a diversification of cocoa plantation crops to corn which is considered to have better economic benefits. From this change in plant types, it has an impact on the strength of the soil that is prone to landslides. This study aims to implement landslide disaster mitigation through tree planting with a community-based approach. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves the community in every stage, from planning, seed distribution, to planting and maintenance. A total of 950 tree seedlings, consisting of candlenut, coffee, and cocoa, were distributed to 20 heads of families in landslide-prone areas. The results of the program show that this activity not only improves soil stability, but also builds public awareness of the importance of environmental conservation. In addition, the formation of environmental care groups is an indicator of the sustainability of the program. In conclusion, the participatory approach to disaster mitigation in Basseang Village has proven effective in reducing the risk of landslides and providing economic benefits to the local community.
