Abstract

The situation of progress of development in various sectors of life urged the madrasa to improve the quality of education are developed. The programs intelligently based on contemporary needs, demands to be realized, so that the existence of madrassas can be functional in answering daily reality, both in the context of developing science and technology, create jobs or in an attempt to foster a critical attitude, dynamic and be autonomous Madrasah need to be developed to meet three demands minimal in improving the quality of madrasah, namely: (1) how to make the madrassa as a vehicle for fostering the spirit or practice of Islamic life, (2) how to strengthen the presence of the madrassa so equally with the school system, (3) how the madrassa able to respond to future demands science and technology in order to anticipate future developments and globalisasi Madrasah era in the context of preparing learners face of changing global age, it becomes important role. Madrasah success in preparing students to face future challenges more complex will produce graduates with a competitive advantage and became the leader of the nation's leaders that will determine the direction of the development of this nation

Abstract

When discussing the results of educational provision, of course you will question the quality of educational provision, and to measure the quality of education you can look at the graduates or output. And this can be realized if it is done with proper management of the quality of education, and that is the domain of education quality management studies. So a comprehensive understanding of education quality management is needed so that it can be implemented in educational institutions appropriately and can run effectively and efficiently. In this study the author uses qualitative research with a library research approach and is descriptive in nature, where the author wants to reveal a deeper theoretical review of education quality management." The result of this study is that quality management, which is more popularly known as TQM, is a way of continuously improving performance (continuous performance improvement) at every level or process, in every functional area of an organization by using available human resources and capital. The main goal of TQM in education is to improve the quality of education in a sustainable, continuous and integrated manner. Abstract

Industri halal telah menjadi tren yang sedang berkembang ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi penjualan industri halal dalam meningkatkan perekonoian masyarakat, kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah terkait peningkatan ekonomi dengan menggunakan cara dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif untuk data yang didapatkan adalah data primer dan skunder melalui wawancara dan kajian pustaka yang sesuai dengan tema penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Malang kelurahan Dinoyo dengan sasaran respondennya adalah toko-toko yang membuka beberapa usaha industri halal. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat tiga cara dalam menjalankan strategi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian yaitu cara yang pertama dengan Menciptakan produk unggulan dengan batas waktu yang tidak lama, cara ini sangat efektif untuk menarik pembeli, kelebihan produk yang dipasarkan memiliki beberapa potensi mulai dari bahan, desain dan harga dengan cara yang singkat ini maka masyarakat akan berbondong-bondong membelinya. Cara yang kedua Menerapkan harga jual dengan kelipatan produk, cara ini sebagai trik yang sangat tepat, dengan kelipatan produk menjadikan masyarakat semakin tergiur dalam membeli baju muslim. Cara yang ketiga yaitu Memproduksi produk sepasang, cara ini juga menjadi daya tarik masyarakat ketika momen tertentu seperti hari raya banyak banyarakat yang menginginkan pakaian yang sama dalam satu keluarga.

Abstract

The school principal holds a strategic role in building a superior school image, especially in addressing the challenges of 21st-century education. This study aims to describe the strategies employed by the principal in enhancing the school's image at SMA Al Aulia. A qualitative approach with a case study method was adopted. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the principal implemented transformational leadership strategies, strengthened school culture, improved the quality of academic and non-academic services, and optimized public communication and the use of digital media. These strategies have proven effective in increasing public trust and reinforcing the school's positioning as a competitive educational institution. This study enriches the discourse on educational leadership and offers empirical contributions to models of school image development.

Abstract

Abstract Teenagers are one component of society that has the potential to prosper mosques, so teenagers need to be nurtured and empowered so that they have the skills and expertise to prosper mosques in the form of knowledge about da'wah, da'wah management, leadership and emotional and spiritual intelligence. Empowering and mentoring teenagers aims to make them become good young people; namely teenagers who are pious, faithful, knowledgeable, skilled and have noble character. To develop Muslim youth, various approaches can be taken, including through mosque youth activities. The implementation can be carried out with mosque youth partners. It is hoped that an understanding of da'wah management, organization and leadership for mosque youth will provide the ability to solve problems found in society. The results of this activity show that the Remas Mosque of Al-Huda Drigu, Poncokusumo Village, Malang Regency is becoming more solid and more developed and can be more useful for the people. Keywords: Da'wah Management, Training, Empowerment, Mosque Youth   Abstrak Remaja merupakan salah satu komponen masyarakat yang mempunyai potensi untuk memakmurkan masjid, sehingga remaja perlu dibina dan diberdayakan agar mempunyai keterampilan dan keahlian untuk memakmurkan masjid dalam bentuk pengetahuan tentang dakwah, manajemen dakwah, kepemimpinan maupun kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual. Pemberdayaan dan pendampingan remaja bertujuan agar mereka menjadi generasi muda yang baik; yaitu remaja yang shalih, beriman, berilmu, berketerampilan dan berakhlak mulia. Untuk membina remaja muslim dapat dilakukan dalam berbagai pendekatan, diantaranya melalui aktivitas remaja masjid. Pelaksanaannya dapat dilakukan dengan mitra remaja masjid. Pemahaman tentang manajemen dakwah, organisasi dan kepemimpinan kepada remaja masjid diharapkan memberikan kemampuan utnuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang ditemukan di masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa Remas Masjid Al-Huda Drigu Desa Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang semakin solid dan lebih berkembang serta dapat lebih bermanfaat untuk umat. Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to the quality of learning at MTs Al-Hidayah Karangploso Malang. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design, the research involved five informants through interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding. Miles and Huberman’s analysis model was employed to systematically trace patterns of facilities management. The findings show that planning and procurement were relatively effective, although storage management remained suboptimal and maintenance tended to be reactive rather than preventive. Distribution of facilities adequately supported learning needs, while rehabilitation was carried out gradually based on the level of damage and usage priorities. Overall, facilities and infrastructure management contributed positively to learning comfort, student motivation, and classroom instructional effectiveness. The study recommends strengthening strategic planning, implementing preventive maintenance, and developing a sustainable asset management system to improve educational service quality consistently. The results provide practical and strategic implications for school management in enhancing learning quality through more structured facilities governance.
