The development of the mobile application has reached the food and beverages sector.The presence of a food and beverage mobile application can ease our lives to order our food and drinks from anywhere. By that, user experience has become one of the factors of customer satisfaction and led to customer loyalty. This research focuses on exploring customer loyalty through user experience and customer satisfaction on Kopi Kenangan mobile app. Kopi Kenangan is one of the fastest-growing new retail food and beverage business that use mobile application for convenience of their users to buy their products. This research usesa descriptive and quantitative approach with conducts to find the relationship between three variables, namely user experience, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty with their respective variables. This research uses quantitative data as data collection methods in the form of questionnaires with the population whocame from Kopi Kenangan mobile application user who has been using Kopi Kenangan mobile application to buy Kopi Kenangan products. The purpose of this research is to analyze the positivesignificance of user experience and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. This research shows both user experience and customer satisfaction shows positive significance to customer loyalty.Keywords: Kopi Kenangan mobile app, User Experience, Customer Satisfaction, Customer loyalty

This research was conducted with the aim to find out the representation of Islamic values found in mural art in Salatiga City, so that it can be useful for future researchers. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with semiotic analysis approach by referring to Roland Barthes' theory. The data collection technique in this research uses observation and documentation methods on the object of research. The observation method in this research is by looking at the mural images on the walls of Salatiga City directly, while the documentation method in this research is taking some photos of mural art images related to Islamic values. The result of this study shows that, in the art of drawing or painting on the walls of large "murals in Salatiga City" there is a representation of Islamic values of aqidah, sharia and morals that dominate in the mural art located in three locations: Selasar, Munginsidi, and Taman Tingkir. Mural art is effective to represent Islamic values, because people can easily grasp the meaning of the values that want to be conveyed.

Abstrak Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Al-Farisi Tapos Bogor karna melihat lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif sehingga akan mempengaruhi semangat kerja guru. Dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja Guru diantaranya ditentukan oleh Lingkungan Kerja yang kondusif, jika lingkungan kerja kurang kondusif maka semangat guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya tidak akan berjalan dengan baik. Oleh karna itu lingkungan kerja guru sangat berpengaruh dalam menentukan semangat kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengetahui adanya lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan populasi tenaga pendidik (guru) SMP Al-Farisi Tapos Bogor sebanyak 30 tenaga pendidik (guru) dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi dan korelasi sederhana berupa analisis deskriftif, analisis inferensial, dan uji persyaratan analisis. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja (X) dengan Semangat Kerja Guru (Y) di SMP Al- Farisi Tapos Bogor, terbukti dengan Ryx = 0,470 yang mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang cukup dalam rentang (0,400-0,600), nilai signifikan dan nilai koefisien determinasinya sebesar 24,6% dan 74,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain. berhubungan dengan faktor lain. Seperti pendidikan, keterampilan, motivasi, gaji, kesehatan, teknologi, kesempatan berprestasi dan lain-lain.

The school principal holds a strategic role in building a superior school image, especially in addressing the challenges of 21st-century education. This study aims to describe the strategies employed by the principal in enhancing the school's image at SMA Al Aulia. A qualitative approach with a case study method was adopted. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the principal implemented transformational leadership strategies, strengthened school culture, improved the quality of academic and non-academic services, and optimized public communication and the use of digital media. These strategies have proven effective in increasing public trust and reinforcing the school's positioning as a competitive educational institution. This study enriches the discourse on educational leadership and offers empirical contributions to models of school image development.

Penelitian ini beretujuan untuk menganalisa seni mural dalam perspektif komunikasi dan dakwah. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dan pendekatan menggunakan kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi yang dari berbagai jurnal dan hasil penelitian dan teknik keabsahan data pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan kecakupan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seni mural saat ini menjadi media komunikasi dan dakwah yang sangat estetik dan persuasif, karena seorang da’i atau seniman bisa memberikan atau menyisipkan pesan moral melalui karya gambar atau lukisan muralnya, sehingga siapa pun yang melihat akan mudah memahami dan mengetahui pesan moral melalui mural tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut merepresentasikan seni mural dapat menjadi rujukan sebagai media komunikasi dan media dakwah dalam menyapaikan pesan dakwah kepada publik.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of elementary school teachers towards the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum as an educational policy innovation in Indonesia. This curriculum is expected to be able to answer the challenges of post-pandemic education by offering flexibility, project-based learning, and an emphasis on the character of the Pancasila Student Profile. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, plus field data from observations and interviews during the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at SD Negeri 04 Talang Tangah, West Sumatra. The results showed that teachers generally responded positively to the freedom in designing learning. However, implementation in the field still faces obstacles such as limited facilities, low training participation, and difficulties in integrating character values into teaching materials. In addition, there is still a gap between teachers' understanding and the delivery of materials in the training. Therefore, support is needed in the form of continuous training, equitable access to resources, and comprehensive evaluation to optimize the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum.
