Abstract

Nilai kepemimpinan di negara ini sudah mulai luntur. Pemerintah telah berupaya mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan pendidikan karakter, yang salah satu isinya adalah menanamkan nilai kepemimpinan. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengintegrasi nilai kepemimpinan Ben Mboi dalam pembelajaran sejarah di SMA St Arnoldus Mukun. Kepemimpinan yang ideal adalah kepemimpinan yang mengikuti tuntutan revolusi industri 4.0. pemimpin yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi pemimpin harus memiliki keterampilan dalam mempengaruhi, mendorong, membimbing, mengarahkan, dan menggerakkan orang lain yang ada hubungannya dengan pelaksanaan dan pengembangan pendidikan dan pengajaran di era revolusi industrI 4.0. Dalam konteks kekinian, maka konsep kepemimpinan Ben Mboi relevan untuk di internalisasi pada siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru sejarah dan siswa SMA ST Arnoldus Mukun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji keabsahan data adalah teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah yang mengintegrasikan nilai kepemimpinan Ben Mboi telah dilaksanakan dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan karakter yang dibentuk. Integrasi nilai kepemimpinan Ben mboi dalam pembelajaran sejarah dilkukan oleh guru sejarah dimulai ndari tahap perencanaan yaitu dibuat perangkat pembelajaran serta pelaksanaan dalam kelas.

Abstract

Masalah yang sering terjadi pada ibu menyusui merupakan teknik menyusui yang tidak benar sehingga mengakibatkan lecet puting susu, dimana bayi tidak mengisap puting sampai ke areola payudara. Puting susu lecet sering terjadi pada ibu menyusui dan sering diakibatkan oleh teknik menyusui yang salah. Puskesmas Way Sulan cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif tahun 2015 mencapai 44,86%, tahun 2016 mencapai 42,79%, dan tahun 2017 mencapai 45,13%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan teknik menyusui dengan puting lecet pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja puskesmas Way Sulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2019. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua ibu menyusui wilayah kerja puskesmas Way Sulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan sejumlah 340 orang. Sampel 78 orang. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan distribusi frekuensi responden teknik menyusuinya tidak tepat yaitu sebanyak 69 responden (70,4%), responden mengalami puting lecet yaitu 76 responden (77,6%). Ada hubungan teknik menyusui dengan puting lecet pada ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja puskesmas Way Sulan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2019 (p value 0,001). Perlunya penyuluhan tentang teknik menyusui yang benar guna mencegah puting lecet oleh tenaga kesehatan kepada ibu dan ayah.

Abstract

One of the important pillars in the world of education in Aceh Tamiang Regency is the presence of school supervisors. The number of supervisors for junior high schools in Aceh Tamiang District is relatively limited. The purpose of the study was to analyze the motivation of school supervisors in improving the quality of teachers in Aceh Tamiang District. This qualitative research uses interview, observation, and document techniques. The results of the study indicated that the motivation of school supervisors in improving the quality of education in Aceh Tamiang Regency is very much needed. Their motivation in improving the quality of education in Aceh Tamiang District is a way to achieve eight national education standards. The number of school supervisors for the junior high school level is still very limited when compared to the number of schools. Accordingly, this is the case in Aceh Tamiang District. The existence of school supervisors is important to motivate educators and education staff in the education unit to improve the quality of their work. The quality of education in schools is the responsibility of a supervisor. To solve this problem, a policy should be taken by the local government through the Education and Culture Office of Aceh Tamiang Regency to increase the number of school supervisors for the junior high school level.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Observe the policies of the Japanese Occupation Government in Surakarta in the political, socio-cultural and economic fields (2) Map the sites of the Japanese Occupation period in Surakarta for the development of historical tourism by prioritizing the value of education. This research uses a historical method, with the step of collecting data through the study of archives, documents and relevant previous research as well as related reference books; analyze sources to find the authenticity and credibility of sources; interpreting with political, sociological, and economic approaches to find the historical facts sought, and finally producing historiography about the Japanese occupation in Surakarta by mapping historical sites and tourism with educational content that can be scientifically accounted for. The results of the study show that (1), the Japanese Occupation Policy in Surakarta is top down, that is, it follows the policy of the Army government in Java by regulating local government. The government bureaucracy is territorial, from the highest to the lowest, held by indigenous people but with very strict supervision. In the social field, it is characterized by the loss of hierarchy based on race. In the field of culture and economy, Japan tried to Japaneseize but was not able to form its own culture, local culture was used to realize Japanese government programs, especially for the needs of winning wars; The economy is directed towards the war economy, so all economic activities are associated with the war victory effort. (2) There are not so many Japanese heritage sites in Surakarta, because of the Japanese colonial period which was only 3 1/2 years, but it left a deep impression. The impressions in question are related to Kenpei Tai, the recruitment of comfort women (Jugun Iyanfu), forced labor (romusya), poverty, the cruelty of the Japanese army and military training; Relics that can be mapped as educational tourism are such as: Kenpei Tai headquarters, MAPA Headquarters, street names, Japanese Caves, These relics can be packaged into tour packages that have educational value because there are values of strength, togetherness, unity, discipline and heroic spirit from the masses which are very valuable for Indonesia in the future.
