Abstract

Each campus has technology that is used to communicate and exchange information using technology in the form of a website. The use of the website itself has penetrated into the world of education, one of which is the laboratory on campus. Laboratory on campus cannot be separated from the existence of a practicum assistant. Every semester the faculty of informatics opens registration for practicum assistants, but there are obstacles that candidates who register still use the manual method in their selection. So they need the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This study uses the Simple Additive Learning method which will increase the highest score level of 1.39 with the weight indicator used in the selection of practicum assistants and get an average score of 4.9 out of 5.0 so that it is very effective for admins (laborers) to manage and lecturers, to see recommendations for prospective practicum assistants, the best are web-based

Abstract

Mobile ad-hoc network is a wireless network with variable topology and communication routes. In a MANET network, nodes have the role of finding and handling routes to each node in the network. There are several challenges such as bandwidth, power, and direction of movement of nodes. A routing protocol is needed to determine the route and ensure that the packets sent successfully arrive at their destination to solve this problem,. In large-scale networks, the routing structure requires redundant route information, resulting in frequent overhead. We investigated the use of the LEACH protocol as a hierarchical protocol to solve the network overhead. The proposed research also adds a PSO algorithm to optimize the performance of the LEACH protocol. The research method uses simulation methods and evaluation of routing models using Network Simulator. Evaluation is prioritized on the use of traffic TCP and UDP. The results show that TCP traffic has better delay, packet loss, and PDR values compared to UDP traffic when using the LEACH protocol. When the PSO algorithm is added, the delay value in TCP traffic decreases by 47%, the packet loss value decreases by 78%, and the PDR value also increases by 0.1%.

Abstract

Currency recognition is one of the essential things since everyone in any country must know money. Therefore, computer vision has been developed to recognize currency. One of the currency recognition uses the SIFT algorithm. The recognition results are very accurate, but the processing takes a considerable amount of time, making it impossible to run for real-time data such as video. AKAZE algorithm has been developed for real-time data processing because of its fast computation time to process video data frames. This study proposes the faster real-time currency recognition system on video using the AKAZE algorithm. The purpose of this study is to compare the SIFT and AKAZE algorithms related to a real-time video data processing to determine the value of F1 and its speed. Based on the experimental results, the AKAZE algorithm is resulting F1 value of 0.97, and the processing speed on each video frame is 0.251 seconds. Then at the same video resolution, the SIFT algorithm results in an F1 value of 0.65 and a speed of 0.305 seconds to process one frame. These results show that the AKAZE algorithm is faster and more accurate in processing video data.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran merupakan aktivitas utama pada pendidikan. Sejak awal tahun 2020 terjadi perubahan drastis dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pembelajaran jarak jauh memerlukan sebuah sistem untuk berkomunikasi antara siswa dengan guru. Belum adanya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMK Maarif NU 2 Ajibarang berdampak pada sulitnya para guru atau tenaga pengajar dalam hal memantau maupun mengelola aktifitas siswa pada saat diberlakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat dilakukan dalam jaringan (daring) dan dikelola dengan baik jika menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS). Moodle merupakan LMS yang dapat digunakan dan dikelola sendiri secara gratis oleh sekolah. Sehingga untuk mempermudah pengelolaan pembelajaran jarak jauh dilakukan pelatihan penggunaan LMS berbasis Moodle. Metode yang dilakukan adalah mempersiapkan LMS dan modul pelatihan, membuat course pelatihan, melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan, serta melakukan evaluasi dan refleksi diri. Melalui pelatihan ini guru memperoleh edukasi mengenai praktek baik pengelolaan LMS sebagai guru atau siswa secara mudah dan efektif. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan melalui tatap muka dengan 40 orang guru yang menghasilkan kelas pembelajaran jarak jauh didalam LMS yang terdiri dari aktifitas pengelolaan presensi, chat, tatap muka daring, materi pembelajaran, blog, dan pengumpulan tugas. Kata Kunci: LMS, Moodle, Pelatihan LMS, Pembelajaran jarak jauh, Sistem manajemen pembelajaran ABSTRACT The learning process is the main activity in education. Since the beginning of 2020, there has been a drastic change from face-to-face to distance learning. Distance learning requires a system to communicate between students and teachers; without a system that can help teachers manage distance learning at SMK Maarif NU 2, Ajibarang. The teachers' difficulty or teaching staff impacts monitoring and managing student activities when distance learning occurs. Distance learning can be done in a network (online) and well managed using a Learning Management System (LMS). Moodle is an LMS that schools can use and manage independently. So that to facilitate the management of distance learning, training on the use of Moodle-based LMS is carried out. The method used is to prepare LMS and training modules, create training courses, carry out training activities, and conduct self-evaluation and reflection. Through this training, teachers get an education about acceptable practices in managing LMS as a teacher or student efficiently and effectively. Training activities are carried out face-to-face with 40 teachers who produce distance learning classes within the LMS, consisting of attendance management activities, chat, face to face online, learning materials, blogs, and assignment collection. Abstract

Anak-anak merupakan generasi penerus masa depan dari suatu bangsa. Oleh karena itu, tumbuh kembangnya seorang anak harus dibentuk sejak dini. Sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman, kini penggunaan aplikasi maupun permainan berbasis android kian digemari oleh anak-anak. Selain sebagai faktor hiburan, kehadiran sebuah permainan yang mampu mengasah ingatan anak diharapkan mampu melatih ingatan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) yang menggabungkan metode penangkapan pola Long-Term-Memory dan Short-Term-Memory pada anak. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi permainan berbasis android yang mampu digunakan oleh anak-anak untuk melatih kemampuan ingatan mereka baik kemampuan ingatan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

Abstract

Natural disasters are unpredictable events of the time and place that occur. In fact, natural disasters in Indonesia often make the destruction of an area that can cause the destruction of facilities in the region. Disaster events make regional communication usually cut off, so it requires backup communication tools in the event of a disaster. Backup communications can be built using infrastructure without a network. In this research we will design a network system where we will try to use the system to select some good ad hoc mobile protocols for sending data. The movement of each node means that each node is the data sent. The proposed service may also provide such services. . However, since there is no access to banks in disaster areas, the use of electronic currency for online transactions has become limited. Therefore, the secure payment system will be centered on our offline transactions after conducting simulations and looking at the existing comparison values then we get a conclusion about the results of the parameter trial in the end to end delay test parameters in this simulation we also get the best value that on node 50 is 3.2 seconds and on node 30 get a value of 15.03 seconds this happens because there is a 50

Abstract

In this digital era the development of technology occurs an evolution in media technology, let's call it new media or people also often call it online media or people are more familiarly called it the internet, this media is certainly familiar to the ears. The delivery of data for communication can be hampered because of the lack of satellites caused by the weather or because of damage to the satellites and delays in the delivery of data that may result in late entry of information. Therefore we want to implement mobile ad-hoc network (manet) and evaluate the results of the manet method by knowing the results of end to end delay and packet delivery ratio Normalized routing load to know the existing. The research method uses simulation method and evaluation of routing model using Network Simulator. Evaluation is prioritized on the use of existing calculated parameters to test the AOMDV protocol and then we use the PSO algorithm to be able to optimize the value of existing calculated parameters. In this study has been done by using 2 scenarios with each scenario has a number of nodes namely 30 and 50 ago with an area of 1000m x 1000m and also data delivery speed of 200/kbps and speed of 200 in each scenario. After doing the simulation and looking at the existing comparison values, we came to a conclusion about the results of the parameter trial above obtained the average value of PDR on nodes 50 95.1 and nodes 30 81.5%, NRL values on nodes 50 51.4% and nodes 30 12.7%. While in optimization value with PSO each parameter occurs in a significant increase in PDR and NRL parameter value while for Avaerage delay value there is a decrease in each simulation value.

Abstract

Fake news is information that is presented incorrectly or falsely. Of course, if the spread of fake news continues, it can result in wrong knowledge of the information obtained. One of the efforts to prevent the spread of fake news is by detecting whether the news is genuine or fake in order to provide an explanation to the readers of the related news. This study aims to detect fake news using a supervised learning random forest model. The news dataset used contains 6256 rows of titles that have a fake or real class. The dataset first goes through a cleaning, tokenization, and stemming process to break sentences into words. The results obtained using the random forest model of 84%, this result is higher than using the logistic regression model of 77%.

Abstract

Biometric information that exists in humans is unique from one human to another. One of the biometric data that is easily obtained is the human voice. The human voice is identic data that can differentiate between individuals. When we hear human voices directly, it is easy for our ears to tell the person who is speaking is male or female. But sometimes male voices can resemble girls and vice versa. Therefore, we propose a human voice detection system through Artificial Intelligence (AI) in machine learning. In this study, we used the Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) method to extract human voice features and Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM) for the classification of female or male voice data. The experiment results showed that the system built was able to detect human gender through biometric voice data with an accuracy of 81.18%.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has a very large potential for disaster. If a disaster occurs then all activities will stop because the infrastructure is damaged. One of the example is digital payment activitiy. It will stop because there are failure because the existing system is loss. The proposed research is to conduct modeling using cellular ad hoc networks (MANET). An Ad-Hoc network is a standalone configuration for configuring the network infrastructure of devices that can self-configure wirelessly connected devices. In its development, Mobile ad hoc networks can be used in many ways. One of the example is in disaster management. In this study, we recommend restructuring the network by using a mobile ad hoc network to replace network infrastructure damaged by disasters. We are trying to design a replacement network infrastructure to replace the damaged network infrastructure so that payment transactions can be carried out continuously until the restoration of the new network infrastructure can be built. The protocol used in this study is the DSR (Dynamic Source Routing) protocol, this protocol has the advantage of finding routes when there is damage to the links between nodes. From the simulation results using NS-2, by increasing the number of nodes in the simulation area, it shows that there is a decrease in packet loss to 0%. There is an increase in delivery success of almost 98% when the number of nodes is increased. And there is a decrease in delay with the addition of the number of nodes
