Abstract

Home industry and MSMEs in Sidowayah Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency are not fully developed. There are several productions of processed food and household crafts that are less than optimal, both in terms of production and marketing. Some of the problems related to marketing are that there is no digitalization yet. Some MSMEs have to go out of business during the Covid-19 pandemic. Even though during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is great potential to increase sales and ensure the continuity of product marketing from community-owned businesses. The results of the socialization activities related to the management of the home industry and MSMEs made them understand the urgency of digitizing MSMEs as an effort to widen their industrial market and to improve welfare and economic recovery during the pandemic.

Abstract

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia is committed to encouraging businessgrowth and investment by launching Online Single Submission (OSS), LocalGovernments have an important role in ensuring that policies are implementedeffectively. The implementation of business licensing in Sukoharjo Regency is organizedby the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) with anelectronic basis through Online Single Submission (OSS). This study aims to describethe Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2022 concerning theImplementation of Business Licensing Based on Online Single Submission (OSS) at theOne-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Sukoharjo Regency. Thisresearch uses the theory of Policy Implementation George C. Edward III. This type ofresearch is descriptive qualitative, the types of data used are primary data andsecondary data, determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The datacollection techniques used in this research are: observation, interviews anddocumentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation,data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the SukoharjoRegency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office always tries to implementRegional Regulation Number 10 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of BusinessLicensing Based on Online Single Submission (OSS) properly. However, there are stillobstacles, namely in terms of communication, not fully providing understanding to thecommunity, including business actors who have not updated and migrated data to OSSRBA and even though the licensing system has been integrated online, there are stillmany applicants who come to the office. Bureaucratic Structure related to StandardOperating Procedures (SOP) there is already a service flow mechanism but RegionalRegulation Number 10 of 2022 does not explain the Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) regarding the implementation of business licensing based on Online SingleSubmission (OSS).Keywords: Implementation, Business Licensing, Online Single Submission (OSS)

Abstract

Karanganyar Regency carries out integrated service policy responsibilities organized by the One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP). This service is a digital-based non-business licensing service called SIMPEL (Electronic Service System). Practically, people manage their service needs all through an electronic service system. Through the SIMPEL service system, all non-business licensing arrangements can be carried out more easily, quickly, precisely and efficiently.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to describe the quality of non-business licensing services through a simple application at the Karanganyar Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service using the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, Berry (in Hardiansyah (2011:41)). This model states that the success of service quality is determined by 5 indicators which serve as benchmarks for measuring service quality, these indicators are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy In the results of research on real variables (physical evidence) based on the information used in obtaining permits which is quite easy, researchers also found that the ease of access to information available on the SIMPEL website is said to be good. In the Reliability variable, employees have followed the SOP as a work guide, and understand what information will be conveyed by the public as service users. In the Responsiveness variable, employees serve service users quickly and respond to every online and online service user. offline. In the Assurance variable, it can be said that the cost indicators and security guarantees are good and the employees are polite, courteous and friendly. The Emphaty indicator in prioritizing the interests of service users is said to be quite good, as can be seen from the statements of informants interviewed by researchers in the field. Informants expressed satisfaction with the service on this indicator. It can be concluded that all indicators carried out by researchers have worked well. Apart from that, it is recommended to DPMPTSP Karanganyar to further maximize employee performance and improve services that are already running well in accordance with the SOP and objectives of DPMPTSP Karanganyar Regency.  Keywords: Service quality, Licensing, SIMPEL Implementation

Abstract

People with disabilities are citizens who must get equal rights, but they are often marginalized and live less properly. Disability issues are not only the responsibility of the central government, but other stakeholders are also responsible. The purpose of this study is to find out how far the role played by stakeholders in solving existing problems. This study aims to determine the collaborative governance carried out by the Maron Village government with the Wonosobo District Social Service, the Temanggung District Social Service, Tali Kasih KSM and the private sector, namely the local community in empowering people with disabilities. Methods This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with stakeholders involved in empowering people with disabilities and documents as secondary data. The results of the study show that collaborative governance in empowering people with disabilities has not gone well. This can be seen from the indicators of collaborative governance according to DeSeve that have not been achieved, namely the absence of a strong commitment to all stakeholders, the absence of strong trust between stakeholders, the absence of official rules related to collaboration for empowering people with disabilities and not having access to resources that are still limited, especially the budget. and infrastructure. The recommendation in this study is that the government can create a national assistance program for disability, the government cooperates with MSMEs for disability empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the preparedness availability of lower level implementers in executing the Free Nutritious Meals Program in primary schools in Klaten Regency. Although the program has not been officially delivered from government, strong indications suggest its likely implementation farther. The main focus of this research is to identify factors influencing implementers' readiness, challenges encountered, and the support needed to ensure the program's effective execution. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, simulation observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the level of preparedness availability among lower-level implementers remains deficient. This deficiency is influenced by several key factors, including the absence of local government support through socialization, inadequate resource availability, the implementers' capacity and competence, and community participation. Despite the program's planned nature, potential obstacles were identified, including limited facilities, unequal distribution of food supplies, and insufficient technical training for implementers. Furthermore, enhancing community participation is imperative to optimize the quality and sustainability of the program in select schools.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to analyze the influence of service quality and reading motivation on user satisfaction of the iSolo application at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. The service quality variables in this research use the service quality theory by Parassuraman Valerie Zeithmal and Leonard Berry 1988 with the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The reading motivation variable uses self-determination theory by Ryan & Deci in 2000 with the dimensions of autonomy, competence and relatedness. The user satisfaction variable is measured using indicators proposed by Tjiptono, namely conformity to expectations, interest in reuse, and willingness to recommend. The research method used is an associative quantitative method in the form of causal relationships. The population used in this research is all the unknown number of iSolo application users. The sampling technique used simple random sampling or random sampling with a sample of 96 respondents. The method used in collecting research data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is statistical testing with validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the research results, it was concluded that service quality had a low influence on iSolo application user satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service, while reading motivation had a very low influence on iSolo application user satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. Service quality and reading motivation together have a significant effect on user satisfaction of the iSolo application at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service with an Fcount value of 26.031. The coefficient of determination value is 0.345, which means that 34.5% of the user satisfaction variable can be explained by the service quality and reading motivation variables, while the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the existence of the local public broadcasting institution Radio Irama Fm in the midst of digital transformation in the distribution of public information. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique used in this research is inductive using phenomenological procedures (Moleong, 2014). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) indicators of organizational goals have been determined at the local public broadcasting institution Irama Fm radio, to achieve existence in the midst of a rapidly growing digitalization stream; 2) this leadership is a character possessed by each leader which will have a direct impact on the existence and progress of an organization. The pattern of relationship between superiors and subordinates will affect harmonization and create a sense of kinship in an organization. 3) at LPPL Radio Irama Fm there is a clear organizational structure for the division of labor, although in some time there has been a change in leadership. This is an innovative effort to maintain the existence of LPPL Radio Irama Fm amidst the current digital transformation. 4) The responsibility has been firmly held by all employees at LPPL Radio Irama Fm to maintain existence in the midst of the digitalization era, even though there are still obstacles that arise in the field

Abstract

Educated unemployment is a complex problem faced by many cities, including Surakarta. Ironically, most of the unemployed in Surakarta are those who have a fairly high level of education, namely high school and diploma or bachelor's level. One of the causes of the large number of educated unemployed is the mismatch between skills and labor market needs and individual factors themselves. This study aims to determine the role of the Manpower Office in efforts to reduce the problem of educated unemployment in the Surakarta City area.This study uses the theory according to Gede Diva (2019:15-18) that the role of local government as a Regulator, Facilitator and Catalyst. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection used is interviews, documentation, and observation. The analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of the study indicate that the Surakarta City Manpower Office has an important role in reducing educated unemployment through programs and activities, these programs include job training by organizing job training aimed at improving the skills and competencies of job seekers to match the needs of the labor market. Job fairs, namely by facilitating meetings between job seekers and companies through job fairs. The Manpower Office provides accurate and up-to-date job market information to educated job seekers. Abstract

The Rolasan Program is a form of Smart City initiative in Klaten Regency which aims to provide information to the public through digital platforms, especially YouTube and Spotify. The research aims to analyze the development of the Rolasan Program in implementing the Smart City concept at the Klaten Regency Communication and Informatics Office. This study uses Richardus Indrajit's theory, namely content development, competency building, connectivity, cyber laws, citizen interfaces, and capital. This research method is descriptive qualitative aimed at analyzing and describing the development of the Rolasan program. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the analysis technique according to Miles Huberman. The results of the study showed that although the Rolasan program has good potential in improving public services, there are still several challenges. In addition, of the six indicators carried out by researchers, the Rolasan program was not satisfactory.

Abstract

he use of artificial intelligence (AI) by university lecturers to support their professional duties remains largely ineffective. There is a need for refresher training programs to reintroduce AI and its applications, particularly for lecturers who rarely or have never utilized AI in fulfilling their responsibilities related to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This community service initiative aimed to introduce AI and demonstrate its practical applications to such lecturers. To achieve this goal, an AI training program was developed, focusing on foundational AI concepts and the development of effective prompts. The outcomes of the program indicate a notable improvement in participants' understanding, as evidenced by an increase in post-test scores. The average score rose from 56.5% on the pre-test to 68.3% on the post-test, marking a 20.89% improvement following the AI refresher training provided to FISIP UNISRI lecturers.
